We were shocked when the Clinic called the next day thinking it be bad news of some sorts ….. the Doctor called only to see how our Chowder is doing on the new meds ???? and some tips to get him to take them.

They took great care of my baby

A lost dog showed up on my lawn so I took him here to see if he had a chip. They were extremely nice here and offered to check him for free but they ran the scanner over his back real fast without checking his underside or neck. They said that was good enough to pick up a chip, they wouldn't do a more thorough check, and that he did NOT have one. Well we believed her and turned him over to someone who rehabs dogs since the shelters are full and euthanizing a lot of strays right now and they took him to a different vet and they actually checked all over him and it turns out he DID have a chip underneath, they got his name, age, and owner's info and everything. I thought they were very nice and was considering bringing my own two doggies here for check ups but I won't trust them here anymore. That was a pretty simple task, she could have just checked more thoroughly. If they can't take the time to find those chips or if the device is broken then lost dogs brought here are in danger of being given to animal control and euthanized after 72hrs when they really do have families :(

Been our family's vet service provider for over a decade... Had to put my dog to rest today, the compassion shown was very much appreciated.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but I’ve been to A LOT of vet clinics over the years, and this is by far the best. I recently moved back to NC from TX and my cat got sick. I was able to get an appointment with Clear Creek right away. Every single person that I had an interaction with was super friendly and kind. They even made multiple follow-up calls (even the vet called me) afterwards to check on how my cat was doing. I highly recommend this clinic!

The staff at Clearcreek are both professional and caring. Theo gets excited everytime he goes there. After each overnight boarding, I get a follow up call as to how Theo is doing .

Clear Creek Animal Hospital the staff are great with our two dogs,Dr.M.Hesson is awesome with both the dogs, just boarded them there and they seemed to have had an awesome time was impressed with their services and reasonably priced!

This was my first time bringing my dog here to board him over a three day weekend. The facility was very clean and everyone was very knowledgeable. They trimmed his nails for me also. He seemed to enjoy himself and didnt seem stressed of anxious when he got back home so they took very good care of him. Whenever I have to board him again I will definately be choosing them.

Friendly compassionate docs and staff.

The staff is very nice but I do not feel as if they care about my animal. I am on a wellness plan that offers you half off visits but only scheduled visits like an annual exam or puppy vaccines. When I take my pet to a scheduled exam where they are free and covered under my wellness plan, they do not say anything about the spots on his belly or the black stuff in his ears. I have purposely not said anything about things I have seen on my dog to see if they will bring it up and treat it at the time of his free exams and they do not. My dog had an ear infection for months and as a new pet owner I had no clue. They never said anything and he was seen several times before it got unbearable for him. Seems as if they wait for me to say something about his health and schedule it then therefore I would have to pay full price instead of doing what they are supposed to do at an exam; make sure my animal is in good health and treat them if not. Which is ridiculous because I pay 40 dollars a month for a reason. They seem money hungry instead of genuinely caring about my dog. This has put a bad taste in my mouth and I will not be returning after this wellness plan and last round of medicine. The neglect is just disappointing

My experience was excellent! From the time I walked in the door til the time I walked out, I felt that they had my pet’s best interests at heart.

New to this vet, the office seems new and the women at the front desk are super helpful and polite. I don't know how I feel about the over all care of my dog yet. The test results do come back quickly. I will update the review after my dog has had a year of services.

We love the staff at Clear Creek. The only thing that could make them any better would be an exotic vet on staff. We have 6 pets - 4 are seen by Dr. Stone at Clear Creek. They take great care and provide lots of options to give our cats and dog the best life.

I no long take my pets to this location or vet. The staff are friendly and nice to my pet/myself, but overall their focus is the sale and not the care of the animal or client. I've taken 2 different dogs to this location and 1 cat. Each time I take my animals the staff try to upsell on other products or services without addressing the concerns I have and the reason for my visits. My cat's nail broke off at the base and was blood and they preferred to tell me I need to put him on a flea/tick medication and didn't address his paw. More recently I took my dog to their location for a exam and nail trimming. Prior to showing up the concern of a 'bump' on my dog was gone prior to showing up and they were only able to trim 4 front nails before my pet wouldn't allow it. I was charged for the full exam (which never happened on my request at this point) and charged for the full trimming.

5 years ago you took very good care of my girl Diamond, you answer my question with no hesitation. Thanks
