Super friendly staff and great service

I just moved to Charlotte with my dog and I was looking for a new vet and found this one. I was extremely close to my last vet and it was hard for me to accept the fact that I can no longer take my pup there. CLT Vets blew me away. They were amazing and made me and my dog feel at home. I am so grateful that I have found a wonderful vet here in Charlotte. My dog and I both highly recommend them!

I had an incredible experience. I can't say enough good things about CLT Vets. They got us us in on very short notice and went above in beyond in the care they gave. It was also very reasonably priced. This is the first time I have had a dog, and they did an amazing job explaining to me everything I needed to know and made my dog feel very at home.

I was able to get an appointment day-of for my boy! Everyone there was wonderful; they had such a positive attitude and were so thoughtful towards to me and my dog (they got me water and him a frozen pb treat!). There was no waiting in a crowded, noisy lobby area like other vet offices. Super great experience for both me and my boy!

Beautiful vet clinic! I was given the choice between a lager and kombucha upon arrival! Both the vet and vet techs were very knowledgeable and took care of my French Bulldog puppies as if they were their own! 10/10 experience

The staff here is just phenomenal! They're so good with my dog Ziva, they are conveniently next door to my place, and they're just awesome! They take great care of my doggo and I will continue being a customer here because of how awesome they are!

Dr Jen is amazing! She was SO good with my senior bulldog and offered multiple options for treatment (including some alternative ones, CBD & acupuncture). We were able to get in quickly and the office is new and gorgeous with top of the line equipment. Every staff member is so friendly (they even offered something to drink and let my daughter watch a show in the exam room) and they made us feel at home. Highly recommend!

Super detailed, friendly, and great open availability!

So thankful for CLT Vets. I called at 8:05 am right as they opened, stressed because my cat was showing signs of a very upset belly. I asked if there was any way I could be seen that day and they scheduled me for 10:30!! Once there I felt very informed and secure with Phoenix's treatment plan. He is doing great now, and I am glad I trusted my instincts and I am very happy with the bedside manner and services we received!

There is no veterinary practice that could draw me away. Down to earth, friendly people from start to finish. While I'd typically be suspicious of places that are too shiny, this one has a solid foundation of knowledge and experience so the kombucha is really just an added bonus (not a distraction). These vets have treated all my pets, including a large skittish dog, a super fun but aggressive cat, and a really boring cat with a bow tie. All of my pets are well treated by everyone they meet.

I have been to quite a few vets in Charlotte trying to find the right one & this has hands down been my favorite!!

I have been to a lot of Vets but these guys are by far the top of the line. From the entrance to the exit I felt like I was at home. Jen us so knowledgeable and just overall an amazing heart to work with me on my old man. Helping me make decisions about my oldest and so kind and caring. Highly recommend them if you are in Charlotte even if it’s a 30 min drive it’s worth it! Trust me you won’t leave feeling anything but amazing. They even offer cold brew on tap!

Simply amazing! I came in thinking that my puppy was very sick and they ran several tests to make sure he was okay and gave me some new diet recommendations for him as well. Jennifer and Joseph were so awesome and super knowledgeable I knew Coop was in great hands! What I thought was going to be a scary experience ended up being the best vet experience I have ever had! A beautiful facility too!

We recently got our first puppy and were definitely anxious about making sure we got her off on the right foot and do everything on time. The staff and Dr.s at CLT Vets couldn't have been better. They've been so helpful in walking us through best practices and take such good care of our pup. She gets so excited to see them, especially Joseph her vet tech. It definitely makes us feel good about taking her there and we would highly recommend them to everyone.

This was hands down the best Animal Hospital I have ever been too! They made you feel like family from the minute I walked in the door for our sweet puppy. They took time with me and answered all my questions and concerns.

My experience at CLT Vets has been one of a kind. The doctors and staff are incredibly professional and extremely compassionate. The practice provides a very customized experience for my dog’s care and we are so thankful for how responsive the team is to any questions around care. CLT Vets is the best!

I am so happy to have found CLT Vets! The clinic is beautiful and in a great location. But the real reason for 5 stars is the staff. From the first phone call, to the appointment, to the follow up, it was evident this is a team who cared about my cat and his well being. When you love your animal as much as I do it means the world to know they are safe and in caring hands. And we found that at CLT Vets. Thank you to the entire staff!

We just had our first experience here and absolutely loved it. Dr. Meth is personable, professional, and empathetic. Pricing was reasonable and I didn’t feel coerced into spending money on anything unnecessary. Joseph was amazing as well! Happy to have found a great place right around the corner.

What a gem of a find! If you are looking for a place that will truly treat your pet as one of their own, look no further. Friendly, courteous staff that truly love animals, and the physicians patiently answer any questions you may have. Having 4 dogs myself, I wouldn’t bring them anywhere else.

Finally found our new favorite vet practice! We have lived in Charlotte for six years and have tried out several vet clinics in the area, but when we visited CLT Vet earlier this month, I knew that it was the perfect fit. The experience was professional and comforting for both me and our animals. I arrived for our curbside appointment with our cat and two dogs (in addition to two screaming kids) and the front desk staff and techs could not have been more friendly and engaging. The techs were very thorough in their pre-visit assessments, and had each animal in and out of their appointments in a timely manner. Dr. Meth was amazing and FaceTimed me for each animal’s evaluation. She was very professional and detailed in her examination and really took the time to make sure all of my questions were addressed. She also seemed to keep all three of our animals calm and at ease, which is not an easy task when they are at the vet! We received follow up on all of the tests that were performed very quickly following the appointment. All in all, it was an awesome experience! I highly recommend.
