I'm totally disgusted. Best Friends should be shut down. They have no business caring for our fur babies. After yesterday I understand why there is such a turnover in employees. I took my Sadie in to be groomed. Her privates were nipped, her whiskers gone, the hair on top of her head cut very irregular. They don't know what they are doing. Horrible experience. I'm taking her to her vet. This morning and contacting an attorney and the Sec. Of Stare. Please do not use them.

Great place to drop the dog off in a pinch. Dogs have 4 hours playtime per day!

Omg I purchased a Groupon for Best Friends Pet Hotel, read the reviews and didn’t know what to expect. I called and asked a zillion questions and Grayson was very kind and answered all my questions even though I had a zillion. My Dorian seem liked he really loved his stay, he didn’t cry when I left him, and the staff was super friendly. The staff got all into Dorian they forgot I was standing there????. In a good way they were very attentive to him. Thanks for caring for my fur baby.

Boarded my two shih zus and a Pomeranian with BF a few weeks back, as my regular boarder was full. First time experience: pricey - and my two shih zus came back with bloodshot eyes. All good $300 later after a visit to the vet and a week of administering drops twice a day. It may not be their fault but I won’t be coming back! In fairness, I did call to inquire if anyone else had a similar experience and I was told I was the first and LeeAnn seemed genuinely concerned but…

We boarded our three dogs for 8 days and were horrified when we picked them up. They were disgusting. They were wet and smelled and we asked if they had been hosed off only to be told no. They were covered in their own urine. My husband looked into the room they had been staying in and it was extremely dirty. He didn’t recognize our English cream golden retriever because she was a different color. He didn’t think it had been cleaned the entire time they were there. I called to complain and share how horrible our first experience was and they apologized but said we hadn’t scheduled an exit bath. Had we known the conditions they would have been staying in we would have never let them stay there let a lone book an exit bath.

My husband and I just moved to Charlotte and we were searching for a place to leave our dogs while we were vacationing. Upon visiting this establishment we will certainly NOT be bringing our dogs here! The odor was horrendous! Not only is this illegal to have 20+ dogs in a room with 1 person, but it is very dangerous not to mention we seen not 1 person in sight! I can imagine that the other 2 camps are just as full since the cameras aren’t on! I definitely will be reporting this! SHAME ON THIS COMPANY!

My pup has so much fun and the best part is he's nice and tired when he comes home, which says alot because he's a husky and full of energy!

Dogs came back reeking of urine. Couldn't see where dogs were kept.

We got a puppy several months ago and take her to doggy day care and board her here. Maple absolutely loves this place and gets so excited when she sees me pulling up. The staff is very friendly and professional and overall a great value and experience. I would highly recommend

This facility should be shut down! Way more than 10 dogs per 1 person. If a dog fight broke out there is no way 1 person could handle this. That place was dirty! The little dogs seemed to be ignored and left in their cages with no socialization by the councilors. The smell was not pleasant as there was feces on the floor.

Extra friendly! Very attentive to my dogs needs, also very informative about their up coming events.

I would like to thank Best Friends for still providing their services during these uncertain times. You guys are a life saver! I love bringing my dog here knowing he will be well taken care of. LeighAnn is always very friendly and personable. She always greets us with a smile and loves on Bailey. Again thank you for all you do. We love Best Friends!

I will never send my dog there again. That was his first time being boarded. The pet cams were off 97% of the time. He was very sad and looked like he did not eat the time he was there. He smelled awful. He came home missing half of his toys and has a little bite mark in his ear.

I love this place and so does my pet.

Location is conveniently located, and has great hours. Staff are friendly and pleasant, and the manager personally assists with any issues that arise.

Roy Blue knows when we turn the corner where we are going! Hops right out of car and when I open the facility door, he heads right and jumps on the hall door “to go play”! He comes back home and takes a rest.... he has had full day of fun and play! I like the “ deals offered for play days”! Ellen Milano and ????

This place is AMAZING!! I recently rescued a Siberian Husky who wasn’t well trained or socialized. Best Friends was very patient with him and took measures to ensure he and the other dogs were safe while trying to acclimate him to daycare. Now he is the happiest boy and LOVES going to see his friends at day care. I was so worried at the beginning that he wouldn’t have this outlet for all of his energy (think soda can you shake and then open). ???? Thank you Best Friends for being patient with Tahoe and giving this fur mommy peace of mind! You guys are the BEST!!!!

Darcy is the absolute best groomer around! She is loving and immediately puts our labs at ease. Best Friends is tops in our book!!

I would never take my dog back there..when we picked her up she had urine all over her and she was very disoriented..the girl that was there never explained how she did while she was there...charged more than we thought...added some kind of pet plan fee..not sure what that was..

I have boarded my dog at Best a Friends and used their doggy day care and grooming services and they have done a great job with all services. Everyone is friendly and all seem to sincerely love their jobs!

Great staff and facilities. I will never go anywhere else. They really care about my dogs instead of just treating them like a revenue source .

Whenever I leave town, I feel at ease knowing my babies are taken care of at Best Friends. I get photo updates and I know they are having a blast!

Our Chase loves visiting for his day camp. He is treated friendly and with kindness. Grooming services are great, Chase even gets a bandana after a bath :) We love Best Friend's Pet Hotel!
