Just when you need to vaccinate the pets, Petsuites is there!

This place is absolutely amazing! Previous to bringing my pup here, we had a really bad experience at another boarding facility. I was then very hesitant to leave her for a week while I went to get married. They understood my concern and I was very pleased to get a fast update after reaching out to see how she was doing. Throughout her stay, they were very responsive, caring, understanding, and professional. When I picked up my pup, I could tell she was happy, clean and would have loved to stay there another night if she could. :)

Staff was very personable and I know my buddy Goose gad a great time. I brought extra food for him and he fed him all the right amounts!

I have been taking my dog here for almost 2 years. The staff is wonderful. They give her lots of attention and love. During the warmer months, she loves the pool.

Would recommend - just not any of the upgraded packages. Have used this location twice for 2+ day boarding stays for two felines where we decided to purchase Gold package (playtime, treat, pictures) but did not see the value of upgraded package either time. For each stay so far, we have not received pictures as expected until I had to called & inquired. The second stay, upon check-in I emphasized the picture issues we had before to which i was assured it wouldn’t happen again (but it did - stated reason short staff 1st time, new system 2nd time). Both times we were fully or partially refunded the package cost for days where pictures were not taken however if pictures were missed then it makes us curious about what else may have been missed. Additionally upon second stay - we provided the cats with correct amount of dry & wet food for duration of stay with the ask to use food provided - upon picking up cats saw very little of our food was used which made us wonder how often/much cats were fed. Overall clean and well looking facilities with nice employees however given we look to spend the extra money for the extra levels of care when we go out of town - we will be pursuing different boarding options for our felines.

First time for my pup. The staff is very friendly and they really care about your pet. My pup would not eat so they called me for suggestions. I called to see how she was doing, they gave me a detail report. I really love these workers. I really think my pup enjoyed herself eventhough she probably did not participate much. They told me that they understand when pups come for the lst time they know how they will act and they understand.I will be bring my pup back.

You can ask my dog Brysen. He gets so excited when we pull up to Pet Suites. I get him out of the car and he is pulling me to hurry up so he can go inside. We get inside and he is greeted by the friendly and professional attendants. We both love this place!

I booked a stay for my pet for 4 days during the labor day holiday. The quote I received online was $153 - to include the stay, a bath and trim and nail filing. When I got there, my total was $20 more than the white because I was charged a holiday surcharge FOR EACH DAY that no one felt the need to tell me about in the price quote or in the 3 subsequent conversations. He also did not get a bag and hair trim. Normally i wouldn't care, but I canceled his regularly scheduled grooming appt since they included the device with his stay. Whew i picked him up, he smelled like outside and his hair was in his eyes. I was not happy with the service or communication.

Great place. My dog seemed well no issues. They played with him and sent pictures.

Ready for this…. A week ago I made appointment for our dog for daycare and grooming today while we were going to be out of town for the day. Our plans changed so yesterday called them and said only need grooming. They couldn’t find first appointment we made but ok will set him up for just grooming. Come in at 9 and we will call you when done. Arrived today. No appointment on books PLUS their groomer isn’t there on Mondays. Unbelievable. I think we are done w Pet Suites. This is the last time. They are disorganized and not a professional place to take your pet. This is probably the fifth time they couldn’t find immunizations, or appointments. Absolutely poorly run business. DO NOT let his response below fool you. They can NEVER find our dog, his records, or his appointments and we have used them for three years. We actually hand bring in his immunization record EVERY time he boards because “they can’t find”. I would never disparage a business like this if this was an isolated incident. We will not be using them again. Management-the dog is Cooper Jones but I doubt you will “find” him. I will not be calling.

PetSuites took care of our cat (Petey) for 5 days while we traveled. As fun loving as he is, he goes into a fear invoked protection mode every time we take him out of the home to the vet or whatever. Granted he went from his 4000 sqft air conditioned kingdom to a PetSuites villa (prison to him) but he fared well and PetSuites staff took good care of him. They are very well aware of how cats are and they are well-suited for caring for cats. They put blankets up for Petey to give him more privacy once he started to adjust and after ending his hunger strike. They also kept us abreast of his status, sending a picture every day with an update. Every time I sent a text that text was answered within an hour. Every suggestion I offered they were willing to try. I admit, this was a first for us and Petey, but overall he was safe, well fed and cared for with respect. I couldn't ask for anything more. Petey would most likely disagree. He was very happy to jump back into my arms, spend hours telling me of his tales, enter his crate and go back home. I would absolutely recommend PetSuites. Cats are cats and have a funny way about them, but PetSuites knows how to work with this compassionately.

So at first i was very happy. I thought my Dog would love it there. The staff were really nice and friendly. But, when i picked up my dog his bed was full of pee!! Like they never took him out.. and it smelled really bad too! He was only there for 2.5 days! He is completely potty trained and never goes inside the house so o was very surprised!

My Golden Retriever, Tess, is happy to go to Petsuites. While she is happy to see me when I arrive to take her home, she is never in a hurry to leave. She has to say goodbye to everyone there and gobble down a few extra treats from the front desk. She has always received excellent care and comes home happy and healthy.

I love the people here, they always take great care of my dogs and keep good communication. Can't recommend them enough!

As a newly referred customer and a new pet owner l wish I could leave a better review for my first visit but unfortunately I cannot. I called Pet-suites to inquire about the process for a haircut and nail trim for my puppy and was informed of the same. When I asked about a specific appointment time to bring my puppy I was told there was a timeframe for drop off but not a specific appointment time. I was also informed that I could provide a picture as a frame of reference for the type of cut that I wanted for my puppy. I followed the specific instructions that were provided ahead of my appointment and I was thoroughly disappointed when I picked up my puppy from her grooming appointment that I traveled 40 minutes away from my home because I was told this place had great service. Not only did it appear that my puppy had barely been trimmed on her body, but her fur on her head had been disproportionately trimmed off to make her head look significantly smaller than her body. Her nails had been clipped some but not buffed or filed so they are scratching everything she touches worse than when I dropped her off. When I asked the groomer about taking more hair off he began to say that he was behind.He stated he did not know he had my puppy on his schedule and he was unable to do anything more for my puppy. He suggested I leave her and come back. I explained to the groomer that I lived 40 minutes away and had already made two trips to pet suites but could wait for him to trim more hair off as there were no other patrons waiting in the lobby at that time. The groomer was not willing to do anything further at that time and did not offer other solutions and simply walked away. No other employees there offered any solutions and left me standing in the lobby. I will not use this facility in the future. Money can be replaced, but my time cannot!

It was Stormy's 1st time at Pet suites and she loved it. Came home nice and sleepy!

Very clean environment. Staff is friendly to animals and humans. Reasonably priced. They had last minute availability all three times we have used them. Unfortunately, our dog did get hurt while he was being boarded there for the weekend at no fault of the establishment. They did an amazing job of taking care of our dog bringing him to the vet, adjusting his living quarters, giving him one on one playtime, and making sure he was comfortable. We would definitely use PetSuites again.

This week was the first time our Great Dane has ever gone to daycare and I am so thrilled with the care and professionalism the staff has shown in getting him comfortably acclimated to new surroundings, people and doggy friends! VERY kind and helpful!!!

It was my dogs first time being boarded. She was a rescue and was clearly nervous going in. 5 days later when I picked her up, she was worn out and happy! They sent a couple of updates during her stay which was nice to see. Highly recommend.
