To sum it up, this facility and its vets and staff are incredible. I mistakenly brought my baby in a day early for her booster and the staff was so sweet to take us anyway and take care of us. They were also great with my high-anxiety kitten, who can be difficult to treat. So thankful for you and all that you do for me and my baby girl! Thank you!

I appreciate the need for new practices with Covid, but Atrium’s service for a simple med pickup is awful…. If I was not such a long time customer, I would consider changing!

Don't like the curbside vet service, where you only speak on the phone with the vet. This is unacceptable that I can not go inside with the pet. When I was picking up medicine, for my puppy, I could've waited inside the lobby instead and had paid for it there, but I was made to leave and stay near my vehicle while one of the techs was searching for my puppy's medicine, and I was the only client at that time. This in my opinion was rude. I like the old way of doing things like being with my pet while you guys examine him. And what if I forget about my phone, that would be a problem calling and I would have to go inside anyway to inform that I am there. Also, with the curbside it takes too long for me and stresses the pet and me.

Set an appointment up a month ago, got a call two days before to confirm appointment. Get to appointment and they say I’m no where in the system. After showing the receptionist all the confirmations I had they TOLD me “you cancelled your appointment this morning and we’ve already REBOOKED the spot you initially had” which was clearly untrue as I drove 45 minutes for the appointment and waited a month to have my puppy seen. Since some random stranger cancelled my appointment They told me I would have to wait until the end of the month for another appointment instead of trying to fix their obvious mistake and work me and my puppy in…. so discouraging as my puppy is having teeth issues and I already didn’t want to wait as long as I did for my appointment. Would highly recommend not coming to this office. I would hate for another fur family to have wasted valuable time and end up in my situation.

I have 7 dogs do I'm there almost once a week. They know my pets and they are very professional and attentive. I'm very happy.

The Veterinarians and all the staff at Atrium are super nice! My rabbit sees Dr. Laura and Dr. Morrison who are both amazing! They go out of their way to answer my questions, make me comfortable and are wonderful with the bun buns. It's so hard to find exotic animal vets in the first place, and at Atrium they use herbs and nutrition and natural remedies when they can as well. I'm very happy with this Vet office and would recommend it to anyone who has a pet.

Dr. Lin and vet tech Cat are so patient and understanding with my anxious , vet aggressive Frenchie. They take extra time and are open to trying multiple solutions to treating a dog that does not want to be touched by anyone but his mom. Thank you so much for making it possible for me to be with him by moving his appointment outside.

The vet was very thorough, upfront, and respectful. I love that this place offers non-sedation/low-sedation dental cleanings as well! I also like that they have their curbside spots labeled for easier identification than just describing your vehicle which happens to match others in the parking lot.

Dr Morrison and the staff at Atrium took care of our dog Willow last week. She was in quite a bit of pain from a broken toe nail. In a couple of days she was back to herself running in the yard.

I take both of my bunnies to Atrium and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality rabbit care! My bunnies have seen both Dr. Lathan and Dr. Morrison. They are both absolutely fantastic!

I love the staff and my fur baby's vet Dr. Kreig. She is very knowledgeable and you can tell that she and her assistant are truly concerned. They do care about my baby Hannah. We love them! Hannah loves going and we feel that she is getting the best care.

Took two days to refill a prescription. Did not return my phone call on first day or next day so I drove over there and waited an hour in the car for pills my dog has been on for two years. We are going elsewhere. Inexcusable!

I have always been impressed by my visits at Atrium but I was even more so after our visit yesterday. I was impressed by the procedures they have in place due to Covid-19 and also that these procedures have not interfered at all with their high level of care. The doctor took lots of time to discuss options with me.
