I took my Golden doodle Jerome here for his first vet visit since we got him, my husband and I are very pleased. The staff was amazing and they were so kind. Dr. Rubin is very knowledgeable and came highly recommended from Amy a existing client. They aren’t too pricy and made Jerome feel comfortable as he was already nervous and scared. Dr. Rubin has been in business for over 50years ????????. I forgot to mention Dr. Rubins assistant she was amazing????

Dr. Rubin is great! He is very knowledgeable and is patient.The rest of the staff are great as well. Unfortunately, I won’t be going back because Libby has a horrible attitude. I only gave one star because of her. It will be hard replacing Dr. Rubin and the rest of the staff, however, I have had quite enough of Libby’s unprofessional behavior.

Great place to bring your pet

Top notch staff who took great care of my dog, Logan. Logan went in a little puny but was back to his usual onery self in a couple of days! I liked their no frills office and very reasonable fees. Would recommend to everyone, I will go back.

The kindest vet in charlotte. It’s not fancy, but you get great vet care at a reasonable price. Dr. Rubin and his staff are incredibly kind and compassionate. There is transparency in the pricing, which I like a lot.

Dr. Rubin is my favorite veterinarian. He takes care of my 4 dogs. I’ve noticed the CMPD dogs in here sometimes, so I’m pretty sure he takes care of the police dogs (not sure, just looks like). My Husky, Mello loves to see Dr. Rubin, I think she has a crush:) The prices here I think are very fair, and other vets places charge so much (I think that’s a reason a lot of ppl don’t take care of their dogs the way they should, animals are expensive and you shouldn’t get 1 if you cant pay to take it to the vet) but here it’s always reasonable and Dr Rubin is very meticulous and always does a thorough job checking over the animals. Recently we had to put 1 down due to cancer :(. Thru the good times/visits and bad (sick/hurt) times/visits, Dr. Rubin has always been very kind to me and my family and even if I ask him a million questions he’s always happy to answer and takes his time answering. I appreciate Dr. Rubin and the whole staff here so much, they have helped us when our dogs were sick/hurt and been so informative/helpful during regular check ups. Thank you Dr. Rubin and all staff for always being kind and taking great care of our animals.

Excellent staff, Gentle care, Convenient hours. This vet is open seven days a week guys. No more missed days of work I've been very happy. My fur babies love this place.

Dr Ruben and his staff have provided the best of care for all of our pets for many years. Very caring, compassionate, down to earth veterinary medicine. We really appreciate the practice. He even had a mobile clinic as well! Highly recommend.

Best Veterinary clinic in Charlotte!

This location will probably be my personal vet until I no longer have animals or they are out of business. Neither of which is likely. They are friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. They take your pet and your wallet into consideration, giving you a ramge of services for appropriate prices.

Vet and staff are great.

My pets are my treasure and Dr Rubin and his staff know it. They have cared for my cats and dogs since I moved into my house over 20 years ago. I never want to lose them. I didn't realise it when my dog Sam had lung cancer. Dr Rubin came, picked him up and took him back to their clinic, sedated him because his teeth needed cleaning then took X-rays because he knew something else was wrong. I lost Sam that night but God took him. When my Golden Retriever, E. Lee had to be put to sleep Dr Rubin sat on the back of his truck for three hours with me in the rain because I couldn't let go of the fact that E. Lee was gone to Heaven. He sedated him twice over I'm sure the norm but still, he loved E. Lee too. He told me of all the dogs I had my Goldie was his favourite. He's a busy man but takes the time with we people to explain what's going on. I'm phobic about my pets. His staff is great. Laura has been with him the longest. If you need a compassionate animal hospital then you can't find one any better than them. I drive them crazy sometimes. Thank God, they put up with me. When my cat, Sweet Pea had Feline Leukemia, Dr Rubin kept her alive more years past her nine lives with an FDA approved vaccine for cats who haven't been vaccinated for this. It's called LTCI. To date, he is one of the few vets who knows about it. I could brag about them for hours. They’re busy for a reason. They are kind people who love animals.

I have been coming to see Dr. Rubin and his staff for years and have always been more than pleased with the excellent and attentive care. They are always very attentive and have my pets best interest in mind when making decisions as well as making sure I understand all of the steps taken along the way. I trust their judgement and never feel like they are doing it for money, they truly care about the animals that walk through their door. I have complete trust in the staff and I wouldn’t go anywhere else, I recommend this facility to everyone when asked about veterinary care.
