I just moved to Charlotte from Dallas and feel like its the best pet store I have found in the area yet!!!! Highly recommend.

My dog has been acting very weird since I picked him up…. Wouldn’t ever go here again!!!!!

Just started shopping at this store with my friend and to say the least, it was a very uncomfortable environment. Did not feel like a warm environment. The other girls that I have met there have always seemed so sweet, but the older woman that was there last week was not a warm person. Very condescending. The treats are very pricy so the fact that she wasn't a warm person on top of that, is not helping your business at all. Please make changes.

I came in this week and this store is HORRIBLE now. The new owner (she has short blonde hair) is not nice and talks bad about other employees. The prices are outrageous. A lot of the items are marked up to 100%..... and more..... when you can find the same products somewhere else conveniently at a lower price. I tried to support a small business, but this new owner is bringing it down. Where has Cheyenne and Tiffany been? There's way too much turnover at this store, why can't you keep employees? I just moved here not long ago and really loved getting treats for my dogs at this store.. but not anymore.

I had issues with this store in the past and while I thought it had turned around, my suspicions were confirmed. This weekend I experienced rude customer service and over heard the new owner speaking negatively of other employees. I miss seeing Mia and Cheyanne in the store. Always new employees in and out. Very unfortunate. I will now be shopping elsewhere.

The store appears to be a jumbled mess. Very difficult to find anything. Unorganized staff and disappointing product selection. My wife has been told multiple times this store would start carrying smallbatch. Even from the owner himself. No follow through months later.

Things always seem to be changing around this store. Very frustrating to know where everything I need is and all of a sudden things be moved again. New employees in and out that have no idea what is going on or how to give advice. Not how things once were. Would not recommend.

My pup is always greeted with such a warm & inviting welcome from Cheyenne! She always takes the time to make sure that my little girl gets what she needs. This has quickly become one of her favorite places on our weekend adventures. The store has a great product selection! I have been provided with wonderful recommendations that are sincere and are given to help my pup in the best way possible. If you have interest in being around loving people who set the gold standard for the wellness of our community's fur friends, then this is the place for you!! (:

We have two Ragdoll kittens. Mocha and Aragorn. They are a little over 6mths right now. They were transitioned to Primal raw cat food as soon as possible after we purchased them this past November 7th. Since Primal doesn't produce lamb or plain chicken, we started provisioning those two proteins from Darwin's.

Not only is the entire staff knowledgeable, moreover, they are also very compassionate to their profession. After resolving to satisfaction my cat’s proper succcesful weight loss plan, I'm convinced the Acana Chicken and Turkey 1 lb. product is the most nutritional and balanced meal on the market. Not only were her portions literally cut in half, but the caloric intake was proportional to her lifestyle. She is even more lively and playful then before! And she has been eating a clean diet since I rescued here two years ago! Thank you for your hospitality to our community, Feed one teach one

I love this place. The staff/owner are always super friendly and helpful and they show my fur baby some love when I bring him in. Great small local pet shop! I keep going back, you should too!

I love this place! I wish I lived closer. The owner was more than knowledgeable about pet health and friendly. He went out of his way to get my kitties on the right track. They carried a wide selection of natural cat food and got me hooked on new quality brands. Thank you.

I am new to this area and I have recently got a dog that has separation anxiety. They were very helpful and knowledgeable with what I needed. I would recommend them to anyone!

I went into 4paws today and I cannot day enough good things about the owner. My 14 week puppy broke her femur 4 weeks go and we just found out she isn’t healing properly. I came in told him all about it he recommended Answers goat milk for her. He was so sympathetic and caring. I really felt like he went above and beyond for me and my little pup. Will 100% be a regular customer here from now on.

This is a lovely little pet store with a myriad of items to make your for baby happy. I came to the store after recently moving to the area in need of a new harness for my Bengal cat, who likes to go on walks. Do you associate that was working that day was super nice and very helpful in helping me locate a harness that was both stylish and the appropriate size for my kitty. Wonderful store with even better service. I will definitely be back!

I had my first experience here today with Savannah. She was so helpful! I was able to get some treats and she's going to help me fit my dog for a winter coat - soon to be needed! Thanks for the personal attention!

I enjoy going to a place where the staff is friendly and helpful. We had questions about nutrients in different dog foods and they were all answered to our satisfaction. They have a great selection of quality dog food and treats as well as cat food. I will continue to support our small local businesses. I highly recommend 4 Paws!

This claims to be a local shop and I always like to support small businesses like this. But unfortunately, I will not be back again. The variety of products they have is not a lot, but okay for a small shop. We were greeted nicely. Shortly after us, an older woman without a mask came in as well and asked for the vendor's advice. When we wanted to pay, the girl helping that woman saw us but did not say anything. I thought it was okay as she was still helping that woman, but after 10 minutes standing at the register and waiting to pay, I was about to leave. Finally, she went to the back of the shop and asked her colleague/owner (an older man) to help us. He clearly didn't know what he was doing and didn't like to wear a mask as he only covered his mouth, but his nose was exposed. When I told him that I didn't want one item because it was too expensive, he put it aside. He then put the item in our bag and said "it's okay, I will give it to you for free". I thanked him very much as I thought it was really nice to give a $10 item just like that. However, because he didn't seem experienced with the register and because I always check my receipts, I noticed that he charged me for that item. Luckily, I noticed it early and went straight back to get my refund. It might be an honest mistake, but it seemed more like he was counting on me not checking my receipt. Always check your receipt here! The most important part however is that they allow people to come inside without mask (that woman was standing right behind me and even without Covid she was too close) and that makes me incredibly uncomfortable to shop there. I am sorry, but I will not be back.

I really wanted to like this place, I did, but after another bad experience, I am staying far away from 4 Paws Holistic. I've gone there in the past to get food for my dog, and while the employees were always very sweet, the owner is just terrible. I witnessed him yelling at another customer and you could see even the employees were uncomfortable. Once the owner went to the back room, I was given a thorough apology by the cashier and that's the only reason I decided to try again. Which brings us to now. The owner is just as dreadful as he was before, possibly even worse. I saw him gossiping with an employee who looked very uncomfortable, and I had to wait quite a bit for help because he wouldn't let them go. My vet told me to get kibble, so when I asked him about the best brands, he told me my vet was stupid and mistaken. When I argued, he promptly left for the back room and shut the door. Needless to say, I will never be going back to this business and I advise you to stay far away. It has the makings of a good store - good staff and a pleasing atmosphere. It's too bad the owner is a piece of work.

All natural and holistic ingredients in EVERYTHING! And was given a complimentary bag of Turkey bites for my dog! Customer service was great as well.

Love this place so much. The people are so sweet and they a great selection of items that are good for your pet.

Love buying my dog organic food from here. It is pricey but well worth it because it will lead to him having a longer life and i have already seen the improvement since we switched away from the god awful iams which made him throw up consistently
