I just moved to the area and have a senior Standard Poodle who is dying. I called to schedule having him put to sleep and was told they couldn’t take him…..no compassion

My dog was put on thyroid medication. She got sick from it. I asked a member of staff is she was in danger of dying and I was told no. Two days later, I woke up to her dead in my bed. I will NEVER forgive this place not taking my concerns and fears seriously and my dog is dead because of it. Go somewhere else if you love your pets. The woman who told me my dog would be fine refused to face me when I came in sobbing the day before. Cold and cruel and cowardly.

They treated me and the pet I took in with great care. They obviously love what they do and the animals they take care of. The poor kitty I brought in needed some cleaning up, and they diagnosed and treated him very quickly.

Make appointment and call desk when you arrive and stay in car. The vet will come out to your car and provide service as needed.
