They go above and beyond expectations the staff are great and Brian is the best vet he cares for the fur babies

Extremely friendly and hospitable staff. Our dog had an ear infection and we’re from out of town. They were kind enough to squeeze us in for a couple of minutes on a fully booked day so she could get her prescription drops. I was in and out in 10 minutes and they could not have been nicer.

Doctor Cribb and the entire staff show plenty of compassion. Never feel rushed, they spend plenty of time which is important.

i felt i was coming home to family i had not seen in a long while. the staff was hugging our doggie, the waiting room was full of happy and talkative customers that were easy to befriend. but the real highlight, Dr Cribb spent time explaining our 8 years great health, and asked questions to reveal the dogs lifestyle and habits. i have never been to a vet that was so interested in our dogs life and health.

Besides being a grade a bet nereus Doctor Cribb is a perfect gentleman and really cares. You can't say enough about his staff as well if I could give them more stars I would.

Dr. Cribbs and his staff are outstanding. If they could see people, I would go to them too. I think our Lillie gets better care from them than we humans get from our doctors. Awesome!

We moved to Charleston from the Atlanta area in July of this year. I was very nervous about taking my dogs to a new vet since I had been with my vet in Atlanta for 14 years. A neighbor recommended Dr Cribb & staff as a trustworthy and caring facility. Sure enough, 2 days later I had to take my Boston Terrier in. The staff was super friendly, helpful & accommodating. They worked me, even though I didn't have an appointment. Dr Cribb was not well that day but he stayed to see Pilsbury. I was very comfortable with him, felt that he cared & I could trust him immediately. Come to find out he attended UGA with my hometown vet. So, that was the "icing on the cake" that helped put me at ease. Since our first visit, I have recommended as many people as possible to Dr Cribb and his wonderful staff! Thank you guys so very much, you are truly AWESOME!
