Excellent staff and service.. I was visiting Charleston when Dasher (my large Ridgeback) developed a strange swelling on his neck. I called the clinic in the morning and they could find time to see Dasher within the hour. The doctor and the staff were very professional and courteous. The doctor could diagnose the issue in a very short time and suggest medication. Dasher is almost fully recovered. Thanks and keep it up.

We switched both our dogs here in January (3yrs and 9yrs) after holding out a solid year plus longer than we should at our old vet. We have been so thrilled with the wonderful treatment and communication here! They also have been wonderful with getting our pups in quickly and getting them back to good health! We were able to get our younger dog in for a teeth cleaning as well, they did a fantastic job! And fit us in day of when our older dogs back started acting up again. They have been really wonderful and good communicators!!

Very friendly and professional! Due to pandemic we met curbside. Vet even came out to introduce himself and explained everything easily. We found our new Vet! We moved here from Wisconsin and Air Harbor made our transition easy in choosing veterinary services.

Today was my first experience with taking our dog Abby to see Dr. Southard. What a wonderful experience! Dr. Southard and his entire staff were amazing! Abby got out the car and walked right in with a staff member that she had never seen before. They made Abby feel like she had always known them. What an awesome experience and we are very grateful to have found Dr. Southard and his staff. Abby literally walked right in with us in the car! Before Abby would whine when we pulled up to the Vet and it would take my wife and I to get her through the door. Thanks for making our experience wonderful! This is the only place I will recommend to take your pet. My 17 year old cat recently had surgery and they did an amazing job taking care of her and doing the procedure. The waiting rooms are separated for cats and dogs and the receptionists and nurses are extremely friendly and caring. Dr. Southard jr is an extraordinary vet doc. Very friendly and knows exactly what is happening with your pet. He is very easy and kind to the animals he sees and did a great job on the surgery. One thing I was surprised by was pricing. They had great prices for a surgery and check ups. I brought my cat back after the surgery because I was worried about excessive swelling and they took a look at her for no charge. 100% will say this is the only vet I will trust with any current and future pets.

I like Dr Southard but this place will not help you at all. I have been taking my cats here for years and I had an emergency at 4 pm and called them to see a vet and they told me that they were booked up so they could not see my cat. They told me to take her to the closest veterinary hospital instead of helping me or my cat. Apparently all they want to do is give them shots and recommend tests that are unnecessary. I am sooo disappointed in the service that I received there. They will not do anything to help your pets. They are always booked up also. Worse customer service I have ever received!!! What kind of vet doesn't make room for his patients in emegency situations!!!! Absolutely ridiculous!

Absolutely wonderful, both of my dogs love coming here they adore the staff so much that they get excited to come to the vets office (the treats definitely help aswell) but very affordable and they really care about your pets. Definitely Charleston best veterinary around

I made the crazy decision to get a puppy after 30 years of older dogs. The staff is so warm and welcoming. Beau races to the door to go inside. This past year has been crazy with family emergencies and whenever I needed they were ready to take my boy. His happiness and desire to run inside and greet everyone speaks volumes. So thankful my neighbor recommended the Clinic. They are wonderful. 11/2019 Back again for the holidays and such a positive crew, Beau got his shots and exam. Easy and convenient!
