Love it here! Always fit me in for last minute nail trims. Did very well throughout COVID with car service. They are very thorough and caring for my little pup!

I recently adopted a stray who showed up on my back porch. I took him to Clements Ferry Vet to get a checkup and to make sure he wasn’t already chipped. The staff were great as was the tech who saw him. I was a bit embarrassed when I didn’t have the money to pay, but told them I could pay tomorrow when my check arrives. They were very gracious (they are a business afterall), and allowed me to call in the next morning and pay over the phone. One of the best and affordable places around, Mason (the cat) and I are very pleased with their clear advice, instructions and expectations of care!

We have lived in many different states and had many different vets, Clements Ferry is for sure the best we have had. The staff is extremely responsive and caring. All information is clearly communicated and you aren’t rushed in and out. They really care about your pet and provide quality care.

After a horrible experience at another local vet, I am so glad Clements Ferry Vet came so highly recommended. My little baby received compassionate, reliable, and expert care. Dr. Thomas answered all of my questions before I even had them and did an excellent job of giving me every bit of information possible. They made my little guy feel comfortable too. I left feeling thankful, happy, and confident in their abilities to handle my pets future needs. HIGHLY recommend!!

Really liked the people and the chemistry. Only downside it cost more than I'm used to.

I’m not sure how anyone has had a bad experience with Clements Ferry Vet. They’ve always treated myself and two pups like family. I know I can call them and ask general questions, quickly get an appointment, and trust their advice and treatment plans for my fur family. Jess, Ann, and Jenni are all fantastic, go above and beyond to be price conscious, and clear and upfront about pricing. If something is too high, they have other suggestions (ie combining annual visits that require a Dr. with blood work that requires only a vet tech- or even breaking out the services that a vet tech could do so you don’t have one big bill). Vet services and prices are all the same regardless of what vet you go to so my guess is that the folks complaining about price didn’t realize the true costs of care. For them, I recommend pet insurance. I’ve used Nationwide for 3+ years and it’s removed any burden of choosing between care and affordability. Additionally I can validate that Clements Ferry Vets prices are market standard because my insurance would not cover it if they weren’t. Thanks for all you do Dr. Padgett and team.

It's a very nice clinic to take your pets to, quite expensive it's not very affordable, if you have multiple animals to take there I would check around because just a lab work visit for a cat and dog will be around 4 to 500 dollars, that's not including possible prescriptions that may be needed, always check chewy for price matching on meds usually they will price match for most prescriptions but they won't do it unless you ask.

My dog Denver loves being taken care of by Dr. Padgett at Clements Ferry Veterinary! They do an amazing job every time we go, and their services are super convenient right now with their curbside pickup process. I can’t thank them enough for all they do for us!

My little Schnoodle, Sara, was very sick and Dr. Paggett and the entire team at Clements Ferry Vet were so caring and wonderful during her treatment. They took great care of her while she was their and i received several follow up calls to check on her. Any questions i had about her home treatment was answered quickly and courteously. She is on the road to recovery and I truly appreciate all that they did to help.

Very convenient for our two fussy cats who hate to travel, but also high quality. Very friendly staff who provide top notch preventative care, but also have been available with advice in an emergency. Our one cat has problems with urinary blockages, and they have been so good to follow-up on him even after surgery at the emergency vet clinic. So glad they moved into our area a few years ago. Very lucky!

We have 3 Great Danes, one of which was born without eyes and one that was recently diagnosed with Wobbler syndrome. The staff has been so kind, patient, and accommodating with all of them. Every experience so far has been a positive experience. The staff has also been helpful in finding ways to save money through rebates, etc. Dr. Padgett is great in explaining everything and educating the clients on any concerns and any preventative care.

Recently moved here and took our aging Black Lab to Clements Ferry Veterinary and couldn’t be more pleased with the professionalism, caring and thoroughness of the entire staff. Dr. Padgett spent a lot of time explaining the outcome of the visit and followed up with an email with all I needed to know in writing! Top notch experience!

Charger and Buster are in good hands with Dr. Padgett and his awesome crew. Buster actually loves going to the vet bc he knows they give him awesome treats. Charger is still on the fence but that’s bc he’s a little scaredy cat.

Professional and compassionate!!!! The Veterinarian and veterinarian technicians are honest while providing a non judgmental and positive atmosphere to decipher your own decisions!!!! They even mailed me a heart felt genuine condolences card after I deciphered an although heartbreaking decision for me. A decision best for my loved furry friend and furry member of my family

I brought my Doberman in because he wasn’t eating anything and hardly drinking water and would throw up. He was just laying around too. The whole staff was great making sure he was treated with the appropriate treatment. They kept me updated on everything and Dr. Padgett called the next day to check up on him. Thank you for the great care you provided for Bruno and getting him back to his goofy self! I am truly thankful

When I first brought my rescue to see them, she had some issues and I knew it would cost a pretty penny. However, when they quoted me the price for her care, it seemed very high but I agreed. The vet tech left the room, then came back with a higher price. I assumed they just quoted me wrong so I still agreed. The vet tech left the room again and wouldn't you know it, the price rose again. I said "Stop leaving! I'll pay right now!" I do not think the level of care is what I'm paying for here so I get my pet's needs taken care of elsewhere for a much more affordable price AND my new vet actually communicates!

Dr Padgett always takes great care of our fur-babies, erm, our dogs. The vets always email a synopsis of the visit and give great advice. Love them.

Dr. Padgett and his staff made the process simple and easy. They made my new puppy, Lady, super comfortable and went above and beyond explaining everything and made sure all my concerns were handled. Also gave me detailed plans and instructions for her future. Definitely have a Vet for life!!!

We absolutely love Dr Padgett and the Clements Ferry Vet Team! Lauren is always excited to see our 3 yr old golden. When we moved from out of state 3 years ago they had just opened their office. We were new pet owners and were always nervous about his health. We could not be happier with our decision to trust them with our animals care!
