Highly recommend Park West Vet! They love to see our Lab, Gertie and she just can't get enough of the staff there! Dr Schmidt is so patient and kind. He takes the time to love on your pet. He will answer all your questions without feeling rushed. We couldn't imagine going anywhere else!

So clean and nicely organized at the reception area We were happy to have a room really quickly which avoided his puppy zoomies. Dr Brogie loves my dog and shows it. All the staff seem to love their jobs and our pets.

We've taken our furkids to Park West Veterinary since we moved here, 10 years ago. Each visit and contact has always been high touch and customer centric ... from the front office staff ... to our vets Justin Butler, DVM and Jay Goldsmith, DVM. They care ... and it shows. You'll love this practice. We appreciate that we receive estimates for procedures so there are no surprises!

Great experience so far as our first visit there. Staff was extremely friendly and my dog was very comfortable which is all that matters! interaction with dog as well as not feeling rushed through appointment, all questions were welcomed/answered

The staff at Park West Veterinary are professional and kind. They are super patient with our more anxious "family" members. The office and exam rooms are spacious and clean and Dr. Brogie explained all aspects of care and treatment as well as options to choose or not choose. I felt very comfortable with the care provided for our 3 fur babies. The patience and calming nature of the staff to make our pets feel less anxious!

I used Park West Veterinary years ago before I moved from Mt. Pleasant. Now that I have returned I am so happy to have them care for my "kids". The prompt appointment, knowledge and responsiveness make them the obvious choice!

We have been bringing our pup Lucy to PWV 2-3 times a week since January. The love and care that we have been shown has been such a blessing. We appreciate the staff more than we can express especially the kindness and love shared for our dog during this difficult season.

The vets and techs work tremendously hard to care for my dog, who is overly anxious and can get aggressive. She is a Belgian Malinios, so nervous behavior isn’t uncommon. My husband and I are so grateful to have found them. Cleo's no longer traumatized after vet visits, and we are extremely satisfied with how she's treated. The time, care, love and patience that Cleo is greeted with every time she comes here, is what makes Park West Veterinary the place to go.

Individual waiting rooms are SO helpful with our anxious veterinary patient. We love the friendliness of the staff and Dr. Butler. Dr. Butler was so good to sit with River before examining her so that she was more comfortable. His demeanor with us and our dog is attentive and unhurried. We also have confidence in his knowledge as a vet. We live on a boat and have moved up and down the east coast, visiting a number of very good vets. Dr. Butler and Park West Vet are top notch. Very quick and straight forward. They were very accommodating to my schedule even when I had to change it last minute. Super friendly and transparent with everything. They made sure my dog was comfortable. The place was clean and the environment was overall great. They even had a follow-up call and made sure I was educated on anything that may concern the health and comfort of my dog.

Dr. Schmidt and our tech were so caring and spent so much time with our cat and us to make sure we felt comfortable with all the information they shared with us. I truly appreciate that our time with Dr. Schmidt wasn't rushed and it was a calm environment for our cat.

I love the entire staff. I love that the office is mask optional. I love the I can take my animal into a room and the entire process is completed in that room. I'm very grateful to be able to enter and not have to have my pet go in without me. Quick and friendly appointments.

We recently moved to north mount pleasant and wanted to get a kennel cough vaccine here so we didn't have to drive to the opposite end of town for just a shot. The shot was simple enough and the vet tech who performed it was very nice. Kudos to him. However, since our visit (last year) we have been bombarded with not only emails but also text messages about appointments ( we never scheduled any besides the one vaccine) as well as other unrelated info. Most would call this unsolicited spam and in fact that's exactly what it is. We never consented to having our phone number sent texts or to receive news via email. No one wants to be automatically signed up for email lists and I would think a vets office would be one of the last places this would occur but here we are.

Great staff, beautiful and clean office. Prices are on the higher side. But, I trust PWV with my fur babies completely! On this visit, I brought Petey in to have his nails trimmed. As he gets older, the less thrilled he is with me doing it. The tech was outstanding! Petey came out so happy, like he never had the procedure. She was great with him. The young lady who answered my call could not have been more cheerful and helpful as she offered a same day appt and answered my questions about flea and tick control options. Keep up the good work! Professional greeting and service. Clients for at least 15 years.
