Amazing care and compassion for my dog. They handled him with such gentleness and the vet explained everything in detail including explaining his imaging. And Dr. Torres had a sense of humor which was so appreciated! Staff put Titan above everything else.

Despite longer than wait times staff were able to get us out sooner than expected. Doctor called me personally to discuss diagnosis and treatment. Doctor listened to my concerns.

We brought our 12 year old pitbull here emergently after he vomited up a lot of blood. All staff were so quick, professional, and kind and he was seen right away. Jake spent two days in the hospital before we made the decision to put him to sleep. Our overnight doctors, and especially our critical care doctor Dr. Tracy was absolutely amazing. She kept us informed and was able to present information in a direct, but caring manner. When we called, she would stop what she was doing to go over all of the information and answer our questions. We were so glad she was there with us in Jake's last moments. In an incredibly difficult time, we really appreciated how thoughtful and professional ALL staff were that we encountered. We will come here again when needed as we know this a place where our dogs will receive top-notch care and a lot of compassion. Thank you all so much.

We were quickly fit in for evaluation. The doctor did a thorough exam and made a quick diagnosis. Pacho was treated very well and I left comfortably with the plan of care. The entire process was good

Staff and doctors were amazing. They kept us informed on Martins progress throughout his 3 day stay. They communicated regularly and were thorough in their explanations as to what was happening with our cat.

We feel blessed to have the CVRC as an added option for our dog's well-being. It's definitely worth the drive from Savannah to have such competent, caring veterinarians and staff caring for our senior dog. Dr Jesty is an excellent cardiologist, who has our complete trust!

We were happy with the level of service we received. We ultimately had to let our sweet boy go, but CVRS kept in contact with us during all of the testing and everyone there was very considerate of the difficult time we were going through.

CVRC is incredible, they saved our "Dolly" - 2 year old Pomeranian's life, they acted very quickly with love and brought her back from a very bad allergic reaction that turned into anaphylactic shock / non-responsiveness, (not sure what it was she got into). We didn't think our baby was going to make it and they did everything they could and brought her back to 100% so far. Our puppy is still on medication but she's back to herself otherwise! Your team especially Kimberly (I believe) responded very quickly and gave our puppy the same love and care we do! We can't thank you all enough!! I have told everyone how great you all are!

Incredible communication and compassion. The front desk, admitting/discharging techs, and the veterinarian were all kind, clear and patient throughout our day-long experience. My dog swallowed one of his Christmas toys and they calmly explained all possible scenarios to me in depth. They answered all my questions and I had a detailed understanding of what they were going to try to retrieve the toy. They kept me updated throughout the day and were successfully able to remove the lost toy. Thank you!

If it wasn't for them our sweet pup wouldn't have made it. Since then he is doing so much better. They care so much about animals and are willing to help in any situation. I would definitely recommend them for any emergency needs.

Best emergency care I have ever received for my pet. From the front desk to the Techs and the caring incredible Doctors. Would never go anywhere else for Emergency Care. They genuinely care about your pet. And they follow up and keep in touch even after your pet is released. They are very reasonable in price also. Best Care!

Communication was excellent from the front desk to every step of my cats treatment , the vet tech listened well, the doctor explained to me what was going on and showed me the xrays. The discharge instructions were easy to understand. Thank you so much for helping my baby! ????

To me, my cat is family. When my primary veterinarian identified a mass, I was quite scared for my beloved animal, but I found comfort with the exceptional care of the specialty veterinarians and staff at this practice. I first scheduled an appointment and met with Dr. Renner in oncology, who is extremely thorough. I was able to get diagnostics done the same day, as I drove over an hour for my cat to receive more extensive care. Thankfully, Dr. Renner and Dr. Garnett, both very kind, were able to slot Wren quickly into the schedule to remove her liver mass and avoid potential complications from waiting longer. Dr. Garnett did an incredible job and kept me updated several times on the day of surgery. The day before the surgery, Wren wasn’t feeling quite so well, so I did take her in the night before to seek additional help. Dr. Lowe was very compassionate and gave her excellent care as well, even calling to give me additional updates. Though still waiting on some results coming soon, I’m so impressed with the help we have received so far. As a general tip, I’d highly recommend pet insurance to anyone with an animal. This has come in handy several times for me and allowed me to give my cat excellent care with low monthly payments.

We have been taking both our dogs here for emergency services for years. Today was no exception. Our senior dog (who also has chronic hepatitis) who was exposed to kennel cough & after 4 days of antibiotics was not getting any better, so we brought him in. He was refused service as the tech deemed him not critical. He was never brought inside and never even saw a vet. Thankfully I knew something was not right and took him to anther emergency vet. At 14 yrs old, his liver values are off the charts, he has pneumonia & bronchitis. I'm absolutely livid! As a responsible pet owner, this refusal of care has really put a bad taste in my mouth. Never again will I ever bring another animal of mine to this place....EVER! The lack of competency by whoever the vet tech was that deemed him "non critical" is beyond disturbing. If this is the type of care you want for your pet, by all means, but I will no longer trust their care for my pets.

I can’t even begin to express our gratitude for the employees, vet techs, and doctors that helped our sweet dog with a bad dog bite. He needed surgery and they did a fantastic job. When I saw the charges as well, every line item made sense and didn’t feel like we were being overcharged for anything. When we called with questions and concerns after we brought him home, they were so professional and helpful. Thank you!

From our first call to see if Dakota could be seen to leaving our follow up appointment, we could not be more pleased. It is very obvious that everyone at CVRC cared about our situation, our fur baby and even our concerns and emotions as owners. You were able to get Dakota out of pain (which helped me tremendously) until she could be accessed and determine her best treatment options.
