Upon calling this business, I talked to Megan and she made me feel positive about this 1st time experience. Kelly and Melissa arrived right on time and took their time checking (thoroughly)both of my senior kitties. I have never had any pet that I have ever owned checked out that well. Then after that she tells you what she has discovered and what she thinks the plan should be but included my thoughts in that plan also. She even drew a picture of what she discovered and what it could cause down the road. She values your feelings about being aggressive or nonaggressive in the care plan. I'm new to this area and just want everyone to know how awesome Kelly, Melissa and Megan are and that I plan on always calling them now. Thank you so much for making my kitties so comfortable and me so happy.

I recently moved to Charleston and needed to find a new vet for my border collie. Belle has exhibited intense anxiety when going to the vet in the past, so I decided to give mobile care a try. I was so pleased with the service Dr. Horton and Melissa provided. Not only did I receive updates in regards to their arrival, but they also went above and beyond to make sure that Belle felt comfortable during their visit. They were extremely patient and gentle with her. I definitely will use them again!

I was so pleased with my experience with Charleston Mobile Animal Care, it was an incredibly convenient option even before the social distancing measures went into place and allowed my sometimes anxious dog to have a procedure right in home. Dr Horton is wonderful and her staff are all very professional.

We have always had a lot of pets (8 currently) and we have been to a lot of vets (including 5 others in the Charleston area) and Charleston Mobile Animal Care has provided, hands down, the best vet experiences we have ever had. Dr. Horton is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to provide patient education. It's also really clear they care about your pets! Can't recommend enough.

Dr. Horton and vet tech Melissa provide wonderful care and advice for our 2 cats and new puppy. As a first time dog owner, I had a lot of questions! They were very patient and gave great advice throughout the whole checkup. They also returned less than 48 hrs later when our puppy had a small stick accident. I emailed after hours and they were able to come see her mid morning the next day.

Just had our first appointment with Dr. Horton (last name is pure coincidence) and her assistant, Melissa, and I am blown away with their service! So attentive to my senior pup and my concerns. Truly excellent experience! Cannot recommend them enough!
