The vets and staff here are so very thoughtful and caring. The environment is welcoming and calming for my puppy. I'm so glad I can trust that Tilly is getting the best possible care.

I've had pets my whole life, and been to a number of vets along the way. None have ever held a candle to Dr. Kahuda and her staff at Charleston Harbor. They foster the most welcoming environment, both for the owner AND the pet, and keep the animal in mind always. We used to be walking distance, and recently moved 30 minutes away, but still make the drive down to see them - they're that good. If you're looking for the best vet clinic in Charleston, look no further - this is it.

Each of my visits have been enjoyable because everyone loves animals and is dedicated to their health. The set up is different that other vets we have used. You are taken to a room, but the door is spilt so you aren't sequestered to a room with no windows or ability to remain part of the office. People stop by and say hello to the animals which puts them at ease. Dr. Kahuda is our vet. She is thorough and compassionate with her exams and treatment. Glad we found this practice!

I recently moved to Charleston and was in need of a Vet. My dog required an operation, and I wanted to make sure that she would be in good hands. I researched other vets and after speaking with Dr McCaskill and Dr Kahuda I knew that my dog was in good hands. They were thorough, thoughtful, kind, caring and incredibly professional. The whole staff here - from the admins, to the techs, to the vets are all GREAT! They’re super accommodating to anxious new dog moms and have always taken great care of my Westie. They were recommended by a a friend and I now often recommend them myself! Thanks for taking such great care of Henry!

We have been bringing our dogs to Dr. K and her team for years and couldn't be happier. They get us in usually on the same day if there is an emergency and are great following up to make sure our pets are responding well to their treatment. They are caring, professional and provide a great value while being on-time with the appointments.

I can't say enough wonderful things about this practice. We moved to Charleston only 3 months ago and when our 18 year old cat was clearly not doing well right before a long awaited vacation, CHV was able to see us in need. From the very first phone call, where they were so understanding about our situation to the way Dr. Coco handled our babies eventual euthanasia, they were amazing. It's never easy to handle this situation, adding on to this people you have never met, Dr. Coco was the consummate professional.

We love Charleston Harbor Vets! Our dog loves coming in, and gets excited when we talk about going to the vet or when we pull in. We know that the team cares about our pup and that he will always get the best care.

You guys are the best! Dr. Coco is so kind and knowledgeable…she really takes time with you and your fur baby. She answered all my questions and most importantly, she was so loving and attentive to Piper (my kitty). The entire staff is friendly and I never feel rushed…yet they are also efficient and never keep you waiting long. Everyone was super nice and friendly. Dr. Coco is really sharp and so loving with her new patient who was a wiggly puppy. The surroundings were most pleasant. I was seen right away and written follow up info was helpful. I felt at ease the entire time. Dr.Coco is fantastic, thorough snd smart The techs were so helpful. Talk about amazing! I am a first-time dog mom to a puppy, and I brought him to Charleston Harbor Veterinarians (CHV) for vaccinations and a physical/check-up. Dr. Coco was the absolute sweetest and conducted a thorough exam of my little guy. She answered all of my questions in a concise and understandable way. The technicians were also super sweet and nice and also answered my questions! They got my puppy all taken care of with the required medications and vaccines to help prevent future illnesses. The place is clean and modern and everyone is so knowledgeable and nice! 10/10 recommend!

I have seven cats trusted you their care, ranging in age from 1 - 14 years old. They have provided exceptional service at reasonable prices, the care is friendly and honest, and I’m grateful that I can depend on them for my veterinary needs.

THE ONLY VET I'LL EVER USE! And that is not an understatement. I have never been to another loving, caring, and encouraging vet office in my 40+ years of owning animals. Dr. Kahuda and her staff are the most professional and wonderful staff, ever!

As a new dog parent, finding a vet is a little intimidating! We heard high praises for CHV from friends we trust and we knew that’s where we would go. From the first day bringing our puppy in for a wellness check, they have taken great care of her. Our pup had some health challenges in the beginning (seizures and ring worm) and the team at CHV were attentive and detailed about her treatment and always explained every thing clearly. Everyone there knows my dog and her history and is so kind, gentle and calm when administering shots or drawing blood. I have total trust in CHV.

This is the most amazing veterinary office I have ever been to. Dr. McCaskill and Kahuda and all of other staff are the most caring and genuine people. When I had to put my baby down back in December, Erin and Dr. McCaskill were so comforting and brought peace into a really hard time. My other dog is now currently sick and they are treating him as if he is their own! The entire staff cares so deeply and takes as much time as necessary to listen and help. Thank you guys so much for everything you so!!

This is the best vet in all of Charleston. I started coming here a few years ago out of convenience since it was just a few blocks from my house. I have gotten to know Dr. Kahuda and her staff over the years and they are top notch. I can tell they genuinely care about my dog and they've gone above and beyond many times to help me out. If you are looking for a vet this is the one you can trust.

I feel the need to write a review after Dr. Kahuda took time out of her day, which I'm sure is busy, to call me on my request to ask her some questions about my medically complicated dog. Dr. Kahuda is truly a great vet who really cares about her patients and their humans. Her staff is always so helpful and friendly. It is hard to find a vet who will take the time to really hear your concerns and give you their honest response. I am glad that we've found that here!

I recently got a puppy a few months ago, and wasn't sure which vet to take my new pup to. I came across CHV, and I am so happy I did because they are truly the best. Not only are all the staff very kind and professional, but they genuinely care about your dog. I also love how you can communicate with them via txt not just by phone call only. Whenever I happen to take my pup to the vet, I always get a text asking how my dog is feeling/doing etc. Your dog will be in the best hands with CHV! I recommend them to all my friends!
