Always takes care of my pet’s needs

I will Never use this clinic again!! Not because of Vet, but because of the office staff. Very unprofessional and inconvenience of scheduling!! Never again!!

I think they do a great job - but please keep in mind that I rarely recommend anything to anyone (if something goes wrong, no matter what the reason, the person I made the recommendation to will find a way to blame me. That in mind, they're very patient with my dog and give helpful advice.

Everyone is friendly and caring. The doctor's explain everything in layman's terms. Just wish it didn't cost so much.

The doctor and tech were awesome and so sweet and honest about the price and very fair. I will definitely come back.

I wouldn't trust my pets to anyone other than Dr. Tope & Dr Miller and their staff.

We had an appointment for Bailey, our miniature schnauzer, to be seen by Dr. Tope. The technician checking us in was great. She gave Bailey a lot of attention to help calm her. The tech also listened carefully as we explained the reason for our visit. Dr. Tope was unable to leave a patient he was treating so we were asked if we would like Dr. Ann to treat Bailey or continue to wait for Dr. Tope. We chose to have Dr. Ann see Bailey since we had been looking forward to meeting her.. Dr. Ann was wonderful with Bailey and also listened carefully when we spoke with her. We would not hesitate to have any of the doctors at Electric City treat Bailey. They are all great!

I love this place for my Zoe! She is a timid dog and they have always taken great care of her! I highly recommend this office for all your furry babies needs :)

Dr. Mark Finke was very understanding and helped us understand Rocky's condition, the surgery, and recovery. Dr. Finke and Mallory made us comfortable and were informative about what to expect

Dr. Tope and his crew are the best! They helped me with a last minute appointment for a newly acquired hedgehog on a Saturday. They provide the best care

Knight and Princess love the care they receive. The techs are great.. the rooms are clean..and the Vets know their stuff.. We know this.. we have seen them all in our 7 years with Electric City Animal Clinic.

Has nothing to do with the love for animals anymore all about that money crying shame

It was a great experience. They were professional, knowledgeable and spent a significant amount of time with my pup. He got 4 shots and did not even flinch.

The vet tech and doctor were great! Explained and answered questions I had very well. Took good care of my nervous pup!

Our cat Tuffy stayed 5 nights at Electric City when we went to Charleston for a long weekend. He has Feline Leukemia so we felt sure he was in good hands. We were not worried about him at all. They took good care of him.

Electric City Animal Clinic was able to see our sick pet on short notice. Some other area vets do not take small animals beyond cats and dogs so we were grateful for ECAC. Staff treated our modest pet like a first class patient and spent a lot of time diagnosing her problem. Also received a callback after leaving a message for the doctor which is uncommon these days.

We have a beautiful Spanish Mastiff who is treated by, boarded by, and groomed by Electric City here on 28 By-Pass. Our experience there with Bella and the rest of our pets has been wonderful . We trust then with our pets that we love dearly. We would recommend them to anyone in the Upstate area.

Went here to get a stray bunny checked up. He immediately noticed an puncture wound hidden in the fur built up with abscess, prescribed a antibiotic, and made sure she was in tip top shape. It’s been a few days and the wound is clearing up. I couldn’t be more excited to bring my baby to someone who is quick and knowledgeable! Thanks Electric City!

I have only had one visit to Electric City Animal Clinic, but my experience was a positive one. Everyone from the first contact on the phone in the parking lot to the doctor and vet tech in the exam room, all were professional, courteous, and helpful every step of the way. The doctor took plenty of time to make sure all of my questions and concerns were answered, and I felt good by the time I left about what to expect next (I have a dwarf bunny who will be getting spayed and I knew nothing about surgery on bunnies...he explained everything and put my mind at ease) I now feel as though I can take my bunny in and leave her in good hands with competent people to take care of her and return her to me safely. As I said, I have only been in one time, but if that visit is any indication of how they run their business every day, I would definitely recommend Electric City Animal Clinic to anyone looking for a place to take their pet loved ones where they will be well-tended by caring people who have their best interest at heart.

I went in with the dog that had never been there before they worked it out so that I got the dog looked at the next day. They were very courteous very professional took care of my dog.

Dr. Ann and Paul were very patient on our first visit with our 4 mth old bully pup Zeus. He’s alittle challenging as he is hard headed with some bad habits. Very much recommend this clinic. Our Flemish Giant rabbit is also a patient there.

My fur baby has always went to electric city, I took my sons 100 pound fur baby there to be seen when he was out of town and they were so great with him. He’s was very sick and they ran test test and have him meds and was so much better when my son returned.

They took in my sick dog almost right away and I came back after they had time to fit her in. I didn't have transportation for her right away but a neighbor dropped her off for us. She is much better thanks to their quick attention to our dog. They helped me put her into my truck since she cannot get in by herself.

As always, we are pleased with the results of the care Electric City Animal Clinic provides for our pets, including the recent care they provided for our cat, Smokey.

Omg! Cant rave enough! Kiba loved EVERYONE as did I. The girl I spoke with on the phone after his check up was so sweet and knowledgeable!

The service and care for our cat was remarkable. Dr Finke was truly amazing and very helpful. He was able to set us up with a appointment with Paws so we could get Kitty ???? the surgery she needed. We were not able to pay for her surgery and Paws were able to provide our cat with the surgery she needs/needed. Electric City Animal Clinic Dr's and staff really care ❤ about their animals. They were so good with Kitty. They were very quick with their Exam and X rays. Their prices were reasonable and affordable. I highly recommend taking your pet here. If they can't provide you with the best help surgery wise for your pet, they will recommend you to someone who can help based on your situation. We were lucky and thankful to be seen on the same day I called and we were able to get an emergency appointment. Our kitty was shot and she was left injured with a broken arm. She is a stray outside Cat that we fell in love with over time. She has become apart of our loving and caring family. I will definitely revisit this vet clinic again in the near future for Kitty ????!

Dr. Tope was so cordial, and welcoming. Beau typically doesn’t like anyone besides me - you know, he’s a chihuahua. ???? She had him responding to her within minutes!!! They answered all my questions, and offered solutions for my concerns.

They are always fantastic in every way and always are so caring towards my puppy I always bring in. They worked me in when I had an emergency and they have A+ Customer service
