Very expensive, but good care.

Would not recommend anymore. Made us wait in our car, in the cold. Didn't get our pup until 20 minutes after appt time. We walked our pup around the grass a few times for relief, then the vet asked us to leave him there to get a urine sample, which they charged us a boarding fee for!!!! If they do not want us inside, then get our pup on arrival and let us know when to pick up. Why make us wait in the parking lot!?! Poor customer service! Too much up charging in the last 2 years!!! When we got home, our pup drank 2 bowls of water!!!! They must of dehydrated him!!!! He has never drank that much at one time, ever! No more face to face care with vet here, they are covid crazy scared. We miss Doc Holly and the personal she gave. It has really gone downhill over the last few years. Every visit is now over 200 dollars without explaining first, nor asking permission if we can afford all the charges. We are now vet poor broke. Know before you go.

Why won't they take pitbulls

Always a wait for a table but it is worth it. Service and food is wonderful.

Mick Bratton is the absolute best Veterinarian ever. The staff there is excellent.

Vets are knowledgeable and skilled. Veterinary services are good. Very happy with vets & most techs. Practice management is sometimes lacking. Have experienced lost appointments, incorrect billing, and poor communication/no follow up. Practice does have some emergent appointments, but if you do not call when they first open, you probably won't get one.

I've been bringing my dogs buddy and Lucy there for years and they are wonderful! Buddy is a very nervous dog, so the fact that they have made him feel comfortable enough to eat treats at the vet services is very important to me and I am very thankful to have a good caring vet especially Dr Douglas she is the best! All the staff are super sweet and you can tell they are true animal lovers which is so important when looking for a good vet!

Very professional and upbeat group who took care of our fur baby for a week. Sent us pictures each day. Will definitely use again.

The staff was very friendly. I didn't know what to expect when I brought my dog in. Every staff member that interacted with my dog was very calm and even though my dog tends to bite people when he's nervous they still took good care of him. They gave him treats and even explained to me the different tests that they were performing what they were looking for basically they kept me informed whereas the last vet I went to did not keep me informed.

Left a message about a time sensative AI procedure and the return call was not timely at all.

The advertise they are a hospital. They are not. If your animal requires attention over holidays and weekends (even if your animal is in this clinic being treated) you will be required to drive approx 30 miles to transport your animal and then pick the animal up and deliver back to them when they reopen. I have never experienced this with any other veterinary service. It's misleading and absurd. Also, they up-sell services. Nobody likes to be told an appointment was for vaccines only to find they added an additional $100 in unauthorized services and to hear their excuses as they blame you. Not a fan of this clinic or their practices. We are going back to The Arch, Whiskey Rd.

I am from New England visiting South Carolina my Chihuahua baby got a terrible rash I called the vet and was able to get in right away they were wonderful they took great care of my dog gave him the correct medicine And I am happy to say my baby is not itching anymore hhe had a very violent itch . Everyone at the office was great the vet was very knowledgeable and I am very happy with the resuit's My baby is like a child to me and and I was very worried about his condition. I would recommend this vet to everyone I know I have already recommended it to a family member to take his pet there in fact he has an appointment. Thank you to the whole staff you guys are the best..

They were wonderful. Our fur baby needed emergency surgery. We called and they told us to bring her right in, now our fur baby loves going she went back for her follow up and even though the nurse was wearing her mask she knew who she was and was so excited to see them. Would certainly recommend.

Dr. Troutman and staff are very professional and you can feel there love for animals....!!! I wouldn't go anywhere else....

They were so helpful and caring called right b4 they closed had to put my dog down. Very compassionate and told me to bring my dog even though they were closing

This has been my Vet for years. Doc Holly is wonderful and responsive!! Communication is the key to anything successful. The Doctors at this vet care greatly about the animals and their humans.

Great staff and Drs doing a GREAT job keeping my senior kitty going.

Abby broke her nail playing and it was past the quick and bleeding. Called and were able to get her in same day. The whole crew was great from beginning to end. Will b bringing my other 2 in as well.

Came in on emergency with my 2 ur old bulldog unresponsive didn't know why two of the staff came out and greeted us and picked up my very large and heavy fur baby and took him inside where they immediately started test and treatment for him. I wasn't able to go back with him and the vet was so nice and took a pic with my phone for me cos I was frantic. I'm so glad I brought him there as he was treated and released with full recovery of an allergic reaction..these guys were wonderful I'd recommend anyone to take their fur baby there. Lot of compassion for their patients,.thank you guys again... Before and after photos shared..

I’m brand new to the Aiken area and have a somewhat brand new a dog named Ditty Bug. I took her to Veterinary Services of Aiken for a wellness/preventative care check, and I also boarded her over the long weekend. I’ve had pets nearly all of my young and adult life, and I’ve never had an animal come back home so happy, rested, and ready to play! 100% satisfied and will be using them for all of Ditty Bug’s medical and boarding needs! Very fairly priced, both for vet and boarding services! They don’t mind if you call every day to check on your baby while she/he is boarding, and you even get a report card when you get them out to come home!

Top notch!! Yogi my 90lb American pit has massive seperation anxiety. Dr. Troutman is the dr I request because she has a way about her that calms him. Yogi cut is paw & the good Dr was, as always, to yogibear's rescue. The staff is amazing. TY you vet services

My Diva had no special vet (she was about 14). She became paralyzed and this vet allowed me to bring her in so they could try to get to her sooner than others could. I knew she would have to be euthanized, and they were wonderful with both of us. When I got my new GS, Lily, I took her to them right away. Very good prices for a vet and they are always good with her. When I take Lily to the vet, she tries to jump out of the car to get in there. She really loves her visits. This tells me that they are good to her.

Was very caring and did a thorough job of looking at my dog and took concern about my nervous emotional cat was great and cared about my pets needs
