Very quick to respond to our cat's problem and very caring in their treatment.

Brought in my dogs for the first time and they were all very nice here. I really liked the vet and vet tech. The vet listened to what I had to say which I really appreciated, and she didn't make me feel like I had to do things her way. She offered suggestions and let me decide. A couple things I didn't like was my first appointment was cancelled 45 minutes before I was to arrive and when you live 45 min away, that means you are already on the road when the call comes in. The office was open for over an hour at that time, so really a call sooner would have been the thoughtful thing to do. The other thing was minor, so I won't mention it, but those two things did prevent a 5-star rating. The most important thing is the care of my animals so overall I would recommend them.

I have been a client of Aiken Animal Hospital for several years with several pets. I cannot say enough about these Doctors and the staff. They are the nicest, kindest considerate people you'll ever come across!!!! Everyone there always has a smile for the clients. The Doctors are ALL so knowledgeable and nice! Did I tell you how nice they all are? They take your concerns very seriously , They will patiently listen to any questions you may have, and resolve any issues. AAH rocks....I love them!!!

I really like everyone at Aiken Animal Hospital. I am new to the area & really glad that I found them.They are all friendly, courteous & extremely helpful with everything! I know my dog is getting the best of care there.

Dr. Fralick was great. Adopted my dog from SPCA 2 weeks before his visit. He is heart worm positive and is undergoing treatment. I had a lot of questions and she took the time to explain things to me. Everyone in the office was very nice.

Very satisfied with the care given my chihuahua. Most recently had to board her over night. She was well taken care of.

We have used Aiken Animal Hospital for over 30 years and have always been pleased with the service, attention and care shown by the doctors and staff. They have taken care of all of our dogs in a variety of standard appointments and emergencies. We would not hesitate to recommend them.

Our little dog was sick over thanksgiving. Dr. Nelson took care of her and all it well now. I feel good about how she responded to our dog and used a conservative approach to her care..

We have “difficult” chihuahuas that we thought had to be sedated to go to the vet. Then, we tried Aiken Animal hospital. The staff loves our babies, and I think they sense that because Coco and Olive don’t mind their vet visits so much anymore. Always a friendly staff, to people and pets. :)

I loved Dr Brown! She is accepting of my ideas and hopes for my precious girl KeeKee. She gave me so much more than I was expecting. I hope this is the beginning of a wonderful, long term relationship for me and Kee.????

I was not happy that we had to wait almost an hour before being seen. Maybe the texting-sign in doesn't really work that well. They texted back that they were signing me in and did I want to come in or stay in the car. Told them I was coming in. When I got home there was a message on my answering machine wondering where I was for the 3:30 appointment. I signed in at 3:26.

Dr. Brown has been our veterinarian for about 23 years. She is the best , caring, professional and an excellent communicator. The staff is good, very busy practice

Speechless. They are so busy that they don't have time for phone calls concerning your pet, it's a text instead. Not how I want to be treated when my pet's care is in their hands and I'm spending thousands of dollars for this. No follow up calls. I seriously don't think that one of the Dr's knows what she is doing for me to end up with a dead dog within a few hours when the dog walked in fine.

Dr. Cindy Brown always takes the best care of my pets health and wellness needs. She's excellent at diagnosing any issues we may be having and setting up treatment plan in a timely manner. She interacts well with all my pets, which puts them as well as myself at ease. I've been going to her for years and will continue. Her staff is very capable, professional and friendly, a pleasant experience all around.

Dr MaryAlice is the sweetest. Support staff are just as welcoming. You and your pet are treated as family. Any questions and concerns are fully addressed until you are comfortable and totally understand what information they are sharing with you: from health concerns, to aging, to socializing, to vaccinations. Your concerns are fully addressed and they are never in a hurry to answer. I wish all medical professionals were as thorough.

Friendly, nice facility, good people.

The staff at Aiken Animal hospital have been treating my fur babies for years now. They were professional and sympathetic when I lost my older dogs and they tried everything they could to find ways to extend their lives. They have gone above and beyond to treat my fur babies like their own. I recommend them to anybody looking for a vet.

I know that everybody is spread thin these days but the Dr's and staff are great and well worth the wait! I felt appreciated and had no problem with being patient for my appointment. If my pet was critical then i would hope other pet parents would be understanding of the circumstances. I know that my pets are always well cared for and properly doted on there!

This was my first time here and I was very nervous. The staff made me feel as of I was a regular,they went above and beyond for my baby,we will definitely be going back❤️????

My doxie was not himself and walking with his head tilted to one side. I called the nurse line Saturday morning and spoke with Paxy. After giving her a brief description of Oscar's condition she suggested I bring him in for Dr. Brown to evaluate. I had no idea dogs could get what humans call vertigo. A little medication and rest, Sunday morning Oscar was darting out the door to chase squirrels! I am ever so thankful for everyone at Aiken Animal Hospital, always there when you need them!

I am always and eternally grateful to Dr. Cindy Brown for her kindness and loving care of my pets. And there are several others I could mention, But this time I am especially thankful for Lauren and her help in getting a urine sample from Maggie. Thanks to all the staff at Aiken Animal Hospital for their time, patience, and help!

Not walk in friendly. First time visit, I have a pup I saved from being killed, she needed checking up for problems and basic needs, they are super reluctant to work with some one on payment plans. Only go here for an emergency I'd advise.

We can't say enough great things about Aiken Animal Hospital. The staff and doctors are always there for us, and we've needed them too many times lately :-)!

Dr. Brown rocks!! Grumpy was an angel in her hands. Thanks also to Dr. Hailey who helped me figure out a way to get this feral cat to the vet without anyone (or cat) getting hurt.
