Took my good boy Ace there to make him an even gooder boy. Was not disappointed. Matt is an excellent trainer and you can tell he genuinely cares for dogs. It's always a little scary trusting someone to keep your best friend for a week but it was well worth it. He came back with the same happy go lucky demeanor with just wayyyyyy better leash manners and recall. Well worth the price tag and piece of mind.

The owner, Josh, is extremely irresponsible and shouldn't be running a business caring for other living beings. Before the pandemic I was an employee with a decade of animal care experience and the layoff was very welcome as I have a son anyway so I would have had to quit anyway so this isn't a 'vengeful ex employee' situation. I don't want to go into detail but I have seen him exhibit extremely erratic behavior. Current clients beware, pay attention to the way he acts over time and you'll start to realize it. I tell anyone that asks to stay far away from here.

We have an appointment for our dog to be evaluated on Monday, but they seem to be pretty professional and kind.

Very cool training facility with top of the line products

We got Harley, a rescue, about 4 years ago. We soon realized then we needed help. I called TBU, the trainer recommended classes for me and Harley together and bootcamp for the pup. It was the best investment we could've made. Fast forward to today, Harley is just simply the best dog. He now fits into our human pack, is obedient and less anxious. additionally, the vibration collar and prong collar TBU provided us 4 years ago is still functioning like brand new! Our pup is prone to be very dominant and needs leadership/direction from us to keep everyone happy and safe. Can't say enough good things about TBU :)

Love sending our dog here. She goes for daycare, boarding and we also sent her to bootcamp. TBU is great! Our dog loves going and bootcamp helped us so much in training her to be the best dog she can be! Highly recommend!

Last night I was helped by Josh even though I showed up 5 minutes after close. I had happened upon the place in my search for a coat for my boxer and he gave us a personal fitting since we weren't from the area. The personal attention was great and he seemed really invested in helping us even though, like I said, we came after hours. A great experience and we will definitely be making the trip back and may even take him up on his class options.
