This vet is the best, and also friendly and kind. I felt comfortable leaving my pet with them. Yesterday they spayed my dog shes older dog but the treatment is well worth it. I recommend everyone to know how great they are, they actually care about animals. I want to thank Dr. Nelson for taking care of my loopy. I want to also thank the rest of staff who are also exceptional.

As is the norm with everyone there, my new to them cat Kit took to Niki and Logan and loved them. Can never say enough good things about them. Awesome people and awesome vets!!! Merry Christmas ???? ???? ❤ to you all!!!

Our young dog was not feeling well, having a lot of stomach issues quite suddenly. Called to see if we could set up an appointment. The receptionist said "We are booked out for a month, good luck with that" and hung up. When it comes to an animals health (or a persons) act with a bit more sympathy.

This is the first negative rating I have ever given any business. This one surely deserves it. Beyond rude! This team was not remotely interested in helping me answer my questions about my newly adopted kitten and hung up on me. I believe their receptionist needs a new profession. If I could give them a worse rating I would.

I called this place to do an artificial insemination. They scheduled an appointment to do the progesterone blood test first... I paid $105 for this test... My female dog was on her 9th day of her heat cycle... so her results where according to "JUDY" to low.... so on the 28th I decided to go for the artificial insemination which will make that the 12th day of her heat cycle...As soon as I walked thru the door with my Siberian Husky and the male Pomorenian.... Judy just said.." that is ridiculous "......... only because we share different points of opinions, does not give her the right to say that to me as a customer.... I giggled at first thinking she was joking and proceeded to the room.... she said to put the male Pomorenian on top of the table... she then tap his parts to stimulate him.... literally for less than 20 seconds and then Said.."I cant do it".... I politely asked her to please try again..."her response was.."I am not going to spend half and hour doing this, I wont do it, I have been doing this for alot of years and Iam telling you I cant do it"......At this point I told her that she gave me her attitude as soon as I walked thru the front door.... I told her that she should have given me her opinion the first time I talked to her... I had specifically told her that I had a Female husky and a male Pomorenian which she said she had no problem with it.... If i could give this place a negative review...I would

Friendly, professional staff. I thought I had read just about everything for my new puppy but they still taught me a few things. Highly recommended!!

Not happy, they missed some staples that they forgot to take out and they said that they wouldn’t charge me, but they charged me for everything else when they forgot to take out the staples that they left in my dog

I almost don’t want to share another positive review about this veterinarian office, because it is such a gem and I would be remiss to have it absolutely overrun with business; yet I must acknowledge that the staff this office have the compassion and capability to manage any and all patients that travel through their offices with consideration and love. There are many many veterinarian offices, and for 20 years I’ve been a pet owner (parent) in Rhode Island, and even though most frequently I resided in Cranston, once I was disappointed by the care and/or compassion the local veterinarians were able to demonstrate in their practices, I was more than willing to travel to anywhere from providence to south county to find the compassionate care for my pets and honest consultations to myself that I was so dearly in want of. Everyone I have encountered at GVVC is an animal lover, first and foremost, and absolutely exceptional in their commitment and execution to the roles they play in the office on every given day. If you are reading this review, most likely you are like me, and you have had to experience the dispassionately indifferent consultations from veterinarians who seem jaded and cold to the struggles to make the best decisions. I’ve never encountered cold indifference or one single jaded individual in the 6 years I have been a patron of GVVC, and that combined with the exceptional care, that is BEYOND REASONABLY PRICED has convinced me that the people here are committed to and even ruled by one metric: an exceptional degree of care for all animals.

I can't believe I've never reviewed GVVC! We've been coming here for years and years, and love all of the vets and team members so much. They're always so kind and accommodating pre, during, and post appointments. Everyone always takes the time to explain things and ease my anxiety when I am worried about my fur children. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for premier veterinary care!

I've been taking my dog there for a couple of years and let me tell you: he by no means is a friendly dog. He loves us and loves our family and doesn't have behavioral issues but is protective. They don't make me feel bad for his protective personal traits whilehwhile treating him really well even though he could be growling at them. Overall awesome!

I love Greenwich Valley!! There staff is great! Friendly, helpful, caring and knowledgeable! Dr. White is the best he helps all of my dogs, listens to my concerns and truly cares! Dr. White is our primary Vet but on occasion we have seen Dr.Logan as well and she is great! I am very picky and my furbabies are everything to me. I trust the staff at Greenwich Valley to take care of my furbabies and their needs.

The docs and technicians have been taking loving care if our companions for years. They have undertaken surgeries, sick visits, vaccinations, and annual physicals. They have provided end-of-life services with compassion and professionalism. I now live in the East Bay, but it's worth the 30- to 40- minute drive to continue to benefit by the GV team.

Honestly, they’re fine besides the fact that their phone is constantly busy. It’s frustrating. You have to call at least 6 times before they freaking answer. But they’re good people.

Very caring and just awesome people, when you bring your pet here they will care for them as if it were their own. Pricing I would consider to be on point of where it should be as compared to some others I have visited in the past. I have been using them for a good many years and use to keep them a secret because of their awesome service but the secret is out....
