Titan Veterinary Services Warwick, Rhode Island

We recently purchased a puppy through Perfect Puppy in Scituate and were given a free visit at Titan for his next shot and his first healthy pet exam. We waited in our car an hour after our appt time which I was unhappy about since we had driven so far to come here, but tried to be understanding about because of Covid. Once I went inside with the puppy the vet tech was very friendly and pleasant but the vet was extremely rude. We waited extremely long for about 2 mins of time with the vet, Dr. D, who hardly looked at my puppy, didnt make eye contact with me the entire time, and essentially ignored my questions. He gave my puppy a shot and left the room. I know our appt was free and most surely was low priority for the day, but I do expect to get proper attention for my puppy and have my questions answered, and to see a vet who at least looks me in the eye to speak to me. On the exam he couldnt feel my puppy's testicles and when i asked when they should expect to come down he told me 6 months. My new vet was SHOCKED when I said this. And told me my puppy likely had bilateral cryptorchidism and that they would need to continue to examine him to make sure he wouldnt need surgery. I wouldn't recommend taking your dog here, especially to see "Dr. D" who was rude and condescending and clearly either checked out or incompetent.

As everyone that knows me at both Titans and in my life.... my furbabies are everything to me. My life evolves around my furbabies. Everyone knows that. I would gv my last dollar or last meal for anyone of my babies. Seriously. So when I need a vet, I call John or Tammy at Titans and in they go. As for personal love and care.. Susan... I KNOW for a fact... loves on my babies while they are there for me. That... is why I bring them here. Quality care and great service. They know me and treat me as I am one of their team but most important to any animal lover is the way they treat our babies and I can attest they are well cared for. I love all of you atbTitans!!!! My visit to Titan was awesome. The professionalims of the staff was awesome.

I have had problems with Titan in the past. However, I know now that it was because I did not understand. Titan is VERY involved with my pet family (a Great Pyrenees, a Pembroke Welsh Corgi and a Siamese). In emergencies, I go to an emergency vet. And Titan FOLLOWS UP with marked concern. My dogs and cat are well cared for, even for basic reasons such as nail trimming.

Is where my dog get treatment since she was born, their prices are competitive.

We have been taking our dog here for years and we wouldn't trust anyone else with our second. Our oldest dog (pitbull) has had 2 growth removal surgeries here and both times I couldn't have been more appreciative of their skill and attention to detail. The Tech's are amazing with our dogs and love them as much as we do.

Always very positive helpful experiences! Thanks to the whole team there :) It’s not an easy job so nothing but gratitude. I always get all of my questions answered and the way everything was handled during the pandemic was really awesome!

We have been taking our two Heelers to Titan Veterinarian Clinic for almost 2 yrs now. They are good with them and seem to always put our pups best interests first. The cost is significantly less than the Vet we were going to previously. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is the expanded wait times. I do understand that there are times abd circumstances where it cannot be helped.

Came back to the clinic because you lost my cat’s blood for her blood test. Was made to wait 30 minutes after my appointment time till I got any service at all, people that got here way after me were being served before me who had been waiting for so long. Then when I finally got service I was made to get out of my car in the rain and bring you my cat to your doorstep when I clearly saw you come and take the pets yourself from the cars that got here way later than me and received service before me. Really bad service.

My bestfriend..(sister)..and arrived at her appt-for lil boy Louie...30mins early..the Vet..finally, took her and Louie in to be seen ..after waiting 1hour on top of 30mins..ridiculous..unprofessional

I would highly recommend Titan Vet.,they were very helpful to me,I just came back from them for a checkup for my little boy Lennon, the staff are very professional and the doctor explained everything to a T,☆☆☆☆☆Stars...AWSOME PLACE.
