The staff is very nice and the doctor does a good job. My problem with them is that they try to upsell me every time I'm there, even after I say no.

Horrible place to bring your pets to and to work at. The reviews on google are from the old owner of the business. Now it is owned and ran by an extremely inconsiderate and unprofessional vet who speaks horrible of her patients (she said she would skin one of her customers alive for giving her a bad review on google) and her employees (constantly abuses her authority and speaks behind her own employees back). She doesn’t care about your pets, just about your money. If you’re low income, stay away from this place she denies service to “poor people” regardless. The staff is nice, but the Dr is so horrible it isn’t even worth it to come here. Edit: Previously, the owner of this establishment mentioned a job position I had signed up for and got denied for as a coverup over my review for the company. They failed to mention that before even applying for a position at this location, I was a client and a friend of the previous receptionist from the facility. Please be cautious of this animal hospital, it has been by far the worst and most unprofessional experience I have ever been through in my life.

My puppy has been going there for the past 6 months. She always is excited to see any of the team. I love the fact that the doctor calls after the visit to give any updates or concerns.

I personally wouldn't come here, as when putting my cat Smokey to sleep I felt rushed, and felt like I wasn't given enough time to be with her alive before the final "death shot", after wards I was given more time to be with her after she had passed, I do not know if it was due to the fact the heavy sedation wouldnt last as a normal sedation does? The assistants were great, the ones that greet and take the cat inside, but personally I felt rushed, might have been the fact I wasn't ready for her being out down at the moment, maybe that is why I felt rushed. I'm not for one to leave bad reviews but it could also be that it was personal...m

Dr. Gudluru is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. She is very capable diagnosing and treating problems. We are very pleased with the care that our dog Jimbo has received. We are very pleased with this vet and the very competent staff.

I took my puppy in last week for her first visit. The doctor and the staff were nice and thorough. They explained what they were doing every step of the way. The doctor called after the exam and discussed the exam in detail with me. They also gave us free puppy packs to take home.

My partner has been bringing their cat to this place for a few years, so when we got a kitten we decided to bring him here as well. The last few times we have gone, my partner noticed that there were unexplained charges on the bill, to which we were given no answers. Today, I took the kitten for a vaccine. I got there early, called and confirmed I was outside, and twenty minutes later my partner got a call asking where I was. The kitten was inside for about ten minutes, and when he was brought out I was told the vaccine was done and the total of my bill. I was charged $35 for an exam, despite not being told that was what was happening either before or after the appointment. When I got home, we called the vet, told them we didn't know he was getting "re-examined" and asked what the results were from the exam since we weren't told anything. The person we spoke to on the phone had no information about the exam. We were told that the appointment card said "re-exam'' but we looked and it only had his name and date/time. Edited: we have spoken with the office multiple times, it took over a month just to get our cats records and every time we dealt with rude service on the phone; there isn’t really a resolution that we want, we just will take our business elsewhere.

Quoted me one price over the phone, then tried to charge me twice as much without any explanation. When I talked to the doctor they said the person over the phone was new and didn't offer any resolution, but the new person back on the phone who said take it or leave it. Awful experience, very similar to a used car sales person. AVOID AT ALL COST.

Thought they would be somewhat comparable to the old Airport Animal Hospital, with you know keeping the same name and all. Dr. Brewer and his wife were the best. Affordable, family owned animal hospital you could feel comfortable and confident bringing your furry family member(s) to. Knowing you were not just a number to them, as well as them not out to rob you with overpriced, unnecessary charges. My first experience, by just a phone call with the new people, I knew I would not be continuing with this place. Rude, overpriced, and unimformative.

Orders unnecessary tests. Very expensive. Would give less than 1 star if possible.

Was left feeling disappointed. Over looked a positive reading for a disease. Just to try to persuade me to have x-ray or ct scan. I had to ask her to treat my dog for the positive result he got. Treated him for the positive test and he's recovering. This is the reason people don't care for Vets. Let's over look the positive test result and spend more money on other tests. When the problem is right in front of you. Things pointed out and no treatment suggestions offered. So the issue resides. Thanks AAH. They'd of left my dog with a neurological issue than treat for the potential problem. You pose a good point right and I know my dog.

I highly recommend this vet! I had to bring my cat in right away for ingrown claws and they had availability. The receptionist was very kind and got me a free carrier (they were about to be thrown away) when I shared that my carrier was broken. The vet was very thorough and caring with my cat and they called with the bloodwork results just 3 hours later.

The vet and staff are knowledgeable and considerate. I took my cat in and received proper attention and care. They were sensitive to the emotional nature of the situation. They took time to listen and do proper diagnosis and handled the concerns I had about my cat’s situation. They had to perform emergency mass removal the next day to save my cat's life. I am glad I chose Dr. G to take care of my pet. My cat is back to normal now. Thanks to Dr. G and the staff.

Great place brought Zoey in there to get shots and see what I should do about her inflammation and anxiety, before they knew who I was they recommended that I try the CBD store on post rd 1845 post rd Warwick ri across from airport

Took my beautiful girlfriends dog to get its shots and I was in and out of there in no time and she loved everybody and she whittled on the floor too but that happens when you get all excited for the attention

New owners over charge and try to push everything they can to get more money out of you. Dr Brewer may have been cold but he cared about the animals and he wasn't in it for the money.

We transferred care of our 9 year old cockalier to Airport animal hospital from a local vet after they refused to provide a priority appointment to have a cyst removed that had us all very worried. Dr. G was able to fit us in for surgery that same week and provided excellent follow up care all throughout the experience. She and her team are so patient with our anxious Lucy every time we go in. So far, we've gone with the doctors reccommendation in terms of food and supplements to give our pup as she gets older and we've been very happy with the results. Lucy is more active and in better shape than ever before and we owe it to Dr.G's expertise. In my opinion, that's worth every penny we've spent.

No more Dr Brewer. New vet doesn't even compare. Her staff even talked bad about Dr. Brewer. I won't go back.

My little Pug Doris was attacked by an unleashed larger dog. Dr. G. did a wonderful, comprehensive, and caring work to help me with the after care of the wound. Her assistant Sarah was on the move constantly, assisting Dr. G with Doris' exam, care and follow-up. Airport Animal Hospital prices are fair and reasonable. We couldn't have asked for a better replacement for our much respected Dr. Brewer who retired somewhat unexpectedly. Dr. G will remain as our trusted Veterinarian.

Dr Brewer is a great vet. He is very good with the animals and his prices are fair. I take all my animals to him.

Unprecedented!!! Was in Vermont and my vet there said, yes, teeth cleaning probably would be a good idea. $400 bucks. Was in Providence, went to see Dr. Brewer to get doggy a shot, and asked him about the teeth. He said, well, I could take your money, but he doesn't really need it yet. I wouldn't do it now, really. CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT HONESTY>!!!!???? How rare is that?! How amazing is that?! I would drive 5 hours from Vermont for Dr. Brewer!!

I love this place!!! very caring and open minded..... Dr. Brewer and Nancy's main priority is to help animals....rather than pad-their-pockets! Dr. Brewer is an extremely knowledgeable veterinarian who gets right to the point which is very commendable .
