Top notch Veterinary Hospital! They have provided outstanding care for my dogs for many, many years. They now offer a mixture of Eastern and Western medicine which is phenomenal! I can't say enough great things about the doctors and staff!

Everyone from the receptionist to the Dr. cares about the well-being of your pet.

I cannot say enough about this practice. I have been with them for 10 years and it has been amazing the whole way. My dog has had a few serious issues that have come up and this practice was quick to come to the aid of our family and dog and offer smart solutions, as well as providing excellent reliable referrals for a higher level of care. The building itself is clean bright and well run and the whole staff from the time you walk in to the time you check out is amazing.

Moose has a few quirks and they are able to deal with them well. The vet techs are wonderful and caring and need to be celebrated!

The most amazing vet we have ever been to. From reception to the wonderful caring veterinarians ! They treat our Golden like a king !!! They never rush you out and always answer questions completely and will always make sure you understand what they are doing. Belly rubs and cookies are given freely (if you don’t mind) Our dog loves going to BCVH he runs to the car and is always excited to go in and see everyone. Highly recommend you take your pet there.

On August 19, 2021, I brought my cat, Tootsie, to the Bristol County Veterinary Hospital for her checkup. My experience was amazing! Everyone was so nice, friendly, and helpful. Dr. Shara Ripp and her veterinary technician, Riley, took exceptional care of my cat. They were very gentle with Tootsie and truly cared about her health and well being. The BCVH customer service representatives, Brianna and Dawn, were very helpful and courteous and made checking in, checking out, and getting a prescription refill so easy. My cat has been a patient of the Bristol County Veterinary Hospital since 2015 and every one of her appointments have been wonderful. Thanks very much to the BCVH doctors and the staff for providing such exceptional care to their patients!!!

I have been taking my cats, previously Sophey and now Giorgi, to BCVH for over 20 yrs and I have always been extremely satisfied. Given the extreme conditions we are all experiencing during the COVID pandemic, BCVH Vets and staff have adjusted well enhancing the safety of staff, patients, and pet owners. It is difficult not to be present during the examination, however, I have complete trust and confidence in everyone. My cat adores Dr. Richards and is particularly, comfortable with Amari. We have been coming to you since the practice was at Briarwood Plaza...the care we've received over the past 35 years (we're now on dog #4) has been beyond excellent. We trust you all completely.

I recently adopted a rescue kitty and needed to find a vet since we don't have a relationship with any. BCVH was great. They were on time, the technician that came to get my cat from the car was very friendly and easy to talk to; the veterinarian came out to the car to introduce herself and discuss her findings and my cat still liked me when we got home... always a plus!! I highly recommend BCVH based on my first experience!

We love Dr. Richards and will miss her as we have recently moved. She has cared for Lucy since she was a little puppy and really understands her behavior and personality. Thank you! Today, we had Tabatha as out tech and she was wonderful with Lucy. I hope we are able to find a wonderful Veterinarian office near our new home.

Highly Recommend. I can't thank them enough! What a great Veterinary practice, best in the area by far. The front desk staff is professional, kind, and sensitive to your dogs' need as well as yours. The veterinary techs/CVT all took the time to listen to my concerns and answered my questions, they always made my dog Zoe feel safe even though she was always so nervous. Dr. Ripp, Dr. Richards, and Dr. McCaffrey couldn't have been more caring, compassionate , professional, or knowledgable.

We been going to Bristol vet for over 20yrs. We've always had Rottweilers and never once did they make our dogs feel like they were not like because of there breed. They are very professional, compassionate and caring. I couldn't asked for a better Vet!!

I think Bristol County is the best & have been a happy customer since the 90's, when the location used to be Briarwood Plaza. I live a couple of towns over and could easily see a Vet closer to home, but far prefer Bristol County. Thank you!
