Dr. Rawlings and Liz are amazing, they are both so good with my cat and are ready to answer any questions I have. I appreciate PRAH's covid policy, it was super easy to check in over the phone and all their parking spots are numbered so when the vet tech comes out to get your animal they know exactly where to go. I was so happy to find such a great facility that was so close to home.

Super friendly and helpful staff!!

ABSOLUTELY UNMATCHED CARE!!! Our dog, Juno, was a found as a stray and came to us with some anxieties. At home with us, she’s totally comfortable being handled, touched, inspected and hugged but she is generally suspicious of new people, animals and objects. She often would cower in fear and try to escape from past vets. But at PRAH the techs and the vets are SO patient with her, not forcing her to be still or rush the exam (we have had awful experiences in the past). They got down on the floor with her, let her come to them, offered treats (that I provided but they also had some in the room), just went at her pace. By the end of her last exam, Juno was totally comfortable! She even hopped in Dr. Dahill’s lap and was doing some obedience practice with her tech, Amy. Compared to the last two hospitals we experienced, PRAH has a staff full of compassionate professionals who know exactly how to treat their patients, even the nervous pups.

The staff and veterinarian were so caring and thoughtful. I got my dog into their office right away. We were so satisfied with their care of our poodle.

It's a wonderful place for your pet I highly recommend it to anyone that has a pet.the staff are wonderful.

The veterinarians and support staff who work here are so warm, professional, and reliable. They always have the pets' best interest in mind and have great people skills and humor when dealing with the pet owners too. They have done an amazing job navigating during COVID. Their rates are fair and we have always gotten the most amiable and compassionate treatment in every interaction with them, from simple appointments to the very sad day of having to put one's dear animal to sleep. I highly recommend Providence River Animal Hospital!

First time bringing our newly adopted pup to PRAH and I have to say, it was a great experience! All staff were very pleasant to speak with, knowledgeable, and did not get me to pay for unnecessary vaccines/testing. PRAH will definitely be our primary vet going forward.

Had a good experience with bringing my cat here, it was done all from my car (called, told them what spot i was in, and the vet came out to pick up and then drop off my cat) and all went smoothly!

They are 2nd to none in Animal Care and my Pets love the entire team

We have been taking our pets (1 dog and 2 cats) to Providence River for almost ten years now and they are just the best. Every staff member is patient, friendly, and caring. They go above and beyond, even calling off hours to check in after emergency appointments. All the doctors there have been wonderful and Dr. Dahill has been especially helpful with our senior cat recently. Appointments are easy to make and they make every effort to see our animals when there is an issue. We wouldn’t trust our pets with anyone else!

Expensive but you get what you pay for, and they are worth it

The people are amazing they saved our daughter's life and we believe that they are heaven sent they really to take care of their patients just like they are family and that is what puts them above all the rest

I had such a wonderful experience at Providence River Animal Hospital. The staff was friendly and kind, and took the time to explain key information. I felt supported, and they took excellent care of my new puppy. I was so pleased by the experience, and would highly recommend this practice!

Excellent staff and a very warm, welcome environment for pets and their parents. We've scheduled regular and emergency appointments easily and with zero stress, and everyone is very attentive to any concerns. The veterinarians are very knowledgeable and not only address what you came in for but track your pet's overall well being and are always ready to answer any questions. We've really enjoyed working with Erin Dahill who has been a wonderful vet for our cat. I can't say enough good things about our experiences with this clinic!

The staff are absolutely amazing and caring. I have an overweight tuxedo cat and Other vets I've been to never gave me helpful advice, but Dr. Rawlings helped me with whole weight loss plan for him. My other cat is tiny, extremely skittish and has a heart condition and the doctor and techs were more accommodative to her and monitoring her heart than anywhere else I've ever been. The staff are overall just great humans with a genuine love for people's fur children. HIGHLY recommend :)

I have a sick puppy and this place calls about 2/3 times a day to make sure she is doing okay, I love it! Audrey has been the one calling and I can’t say how much I appreciate that. I can’t recommend them enough!

I’ve had a good experience so far with my first appointment, my dog didn’t seem to mind the staff and they were kind.

As a first time puppy mum, they were all very patient & understanding with my large learning curve! The tech vet who came to get my puppy was very kind! The vet even called the next day just to check in! What more can you ask for?

Dr.Dahill and the whole staff are awesome

We have taken our Great Danes to Providence River Animal Hospital for the past 15 years. Dr. Jane Linden and her staff have always given excellent care to our dogs from the puppy stage to the senior stage. They are compassionate and caring. I highly recommend them.

I am fortunate they have been my vet for eight years. They take outstanding care of your pet, have compassion for owners and convenient hours. If your pet has been in for a procedure or sick visit they call to check on them. Questions are answered patiently and thoroughly. I really cannot say enough about their care. I highly recommend Dr. Linden and her staff.
