First time at this groomer Was greeted by a friendly staff member. Groomer came out and went over what I was thinking about a cut for my dog. Was ready in a reasonably time didn't have to stay all day. Cut was exactly what I was looking for at this time.

So, funny story, just moved here from Boston, long haired cat, very furry in the behind area.. this morning, she goes to the litter box, And her #2 stuck to her fur..caked on... called them, went there, 10 minutes later, butt shaved and cleaned and powdered, $20!!.. made appointment for next week for lion cut

Cole and Kane always look awesome when I pick them. Brandi is great and treats my cats like they are her own. And I have boarded my boys there in the past. They were awesome and took great care of them and fed them my food that I brought.

Cozy Kennels took great care of my rowdy hound shepherd mix. We will be bringing our dog back.

UPDATE: I decided to give them another shot and was much happier the second time around! They took my feedback and I am now a repeat customer. I brought my cat here for a nail trim the other day. I brought her to the front door and the technician took her into the building for the nail trim. The first red flag was how quickly my cat was in and out. While I appreciate efficiency and know a nail trim isn’t a long process, it does normally take more than a minute (especially for a more squirmy cat such as mine). When I got home, my suspicions were unfortunately confirmed. Her nails were barely any shorter and still much longer than they should be. While they seemed nice and I appreciate the limited contact procedures, I don’t think I will be coming back unless I can’t find anyone else in the area doing nail trims right now.

I have been taking my two dogs there for over five years for their grooming. My older dog is very shy and hates having his nails cut but they are very patient and kind to him They do a fantastic job. With my younger dog they not only groom her they have also spotted a potential problem and brought it to my attention and I got her to the vets and have taken care of it. They are very very good and go, I think, beyond what is required of them to do.

Best place to bring your fur babies on vacation while your away! Great staff and the grooming is fantastic! I bring my dog Xena for a bath and she absolutely loves it! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND KOZY KENNELS!

I frequently bring my yellow lab to Kozy for boarding and grooming, he loves it. I have cats also that board there, they always come home happy from their vacation there. would not recommend any place else!

I have used Kozy Kennels to board my dog for long vacations and just overnight. Every time the staff is great not only with the dog but with me! It is hard to drop your dog off for boarding, but Kozy Kennels makes it much better. When my dog comes home, she is happy, healthy and easily gets back into her routine. Thanks for everything!!!

Great grooming at reasonable cost. Took our little dog here on the recommendation of a neighbor. The groomer listened to my instructions and then proceeded to exceed our expectations. She called me promptly when grooming was complete. I will not consider taking our dog anywhere else in future. Great job and quite easy to get an appointment.

We have been taking our dogs (a beagle and a yellow lab) to Kozy Kennels for boarding for the past two years. They are super professional and accommodating and our dogs come back happy and very clean. We recently lost our lab and boarded just our beagle for two weeks, who is very fussy and somewhat of a handful, especially since he lost his "brother". They handled him well and he returned home happy and settled down quickly. It's nice to know that our pets are well taken care of while we are away. We could not be happier Kozy Kennels.
