I always get my dog shaved for the summer and this was my first time coming to this groomer and it is the most uneven shave job that I have seen on him and we get his fur trimmed about three times a year for the past ten years. I’m not angry about it, the price was decent, the fur will grow back, but I just feel like for a professional service the shave shouldn’t have been so uneven. I saw the dog when I came home from work and if I had been the one to pick him up I probably would have asked the groomer to fix it.

I took my daughters cat to be shaved somewhere else, where I’ve been taking my daughters cat for the past two years and always had an issue. Today the girl gives her back to me half shaved. Said to me she is hissing too much I can’t finish her. Now I’m in a pickle, my daughters cat is sitting in the carrier half shaved imagine.? So my daughter looks on the Internet finds and calls Divine, Yvonne took us right in and finished the job. She knows how to handle a cat. I haven’t had any experience with dogs yet of course because I don’t own a dog. I am so happy to have met her she is my new pet groomer and I wanna shout it out to the whole state of Rhode Island , go to Divine and get your pet groomed. You will be 100% satisfied

This is my first time here. I brought my cat to have his long hair shaved. The shave was a little uneven but that’s fine. She did it so quickly that she shaved one side of his whiskers off! I would think, as a professional, the groomer would know the key parts around an animal to be careful of. AND she never told me she did that! If it was an accident then let me know! The price was fair but I’ll pay more to not let this happen again. Be aware

I brought my 8 month old doodle there to get a short trim and he had a few mats but not major ones. They could’ve been easily cut out instead of shaved because they weren’t matted to the skin. She shaved them and under his chin shaved half of his chin and left the rest uneven. they seem to rush

I was disappointed. I brought my med hair cat here for wash and brush, they said come back in an hour. When I showed up they had just started brushing her, I didn't mind waiting for them to finish but they just gave her back. She was still wet, still a lot of hair to brush and she smelled bad. Plus she was so traumatized she had diarrhea for 2 days after grooming.

The groomer did a great job and my doggie wasn't scared. She clipped him just the way I like and he smelled Devinr

As a kid they had good food but now it had no flavor the white chowder was like water the best thing there was the bread

My cat came out looking awful. There were patches of hair left all over his body and I was told cat would be washed and nails clipped. But turned out cat was not washed and long hair were left all over his legs looking like cat got in the fight or spent days outdoors. Nails were not clipped either. I was devastated and I had to go to a pet store to buy a shaving tool and did it myself so I could shave off those ugly patches of fur that El devine left on my cat. Never ever again.

I'm so appreciative and grateful for E's Divine for taking my dog last minute today. She is going to have surgery tomorrow and had to have a bath and cut. They took her in and she looks (and smells) amazing! Great place, great groomer. Thank you so much!! Deserving of all 5 stars!

Excellent place to get your dogs groomed! E is patient and loving with all the dogs. My dogs love it there! They always do a great job and have reasonable prices and a clean facility.

I have a Chow Chow. E's Divine groomed him recently. He had surgery in early November, and as a result of the surgery, he had to be shaved. E's Divine not only groomed him, but gave Miles a fantastic haircut to even out the areas he was shaved. Fantastic results and he came out looking like a show dog! I was SO pleased needless to say! Awesome woman. I love what she did for my cat. Someone told me my cat had fleas and of course it wasn't the case but my cat definitely needed a bath, a haircut, and nails trimmed. This is where I am gonna go every few monthes. My cat loves her haircut.
