the staff and doctors are awesome very kind very professional. I have been going to this hospital for over 20 yrs.

Everyone I spoke to at Cranston animal hospital was very knowledgeable and pleasant.

I’m so happy I called this vet. I had a horrible experience with a doctor at another hospital that did surgery on my puppy. I wanted to change vets asap. I called Cranston Animal Hospital the day after, explained the situation, and they were extremely helpful! They wanted to see my pup right away to check on his incision, and they made my appointment for his follow up. I went, and everyone was so nice, the check in was so easy, and they were so great with my pup! Honestly, after my experience with the surgery, how great Cranston Animal Hospital is made me so happy I cried. I definitely recommend this practice!

Absolutely amazing! My kitty Pebbles was sick so I called my vet and since they were so booked, they recommended to come here. I am so glad I did! The staff are super nice, professional, and efficient. I may just change vets. ????

The only thing that I can think of would have made my visit better is allowing me to go into the exam room with my pet (although I understand the precautions). Other than that the staff was attentive, responsive and took care of my little big cat in the best way possible :) I transferred here from a different vet in the area.

So happy we've started bringing our cats here. Everyone is super friendly and caring. They go out of their way to put you at ease. Even now when we're not going in the office with our cats for their appointment, I still feel at ease and I know they're in the best hands!

Very friendly but expensive for someone who is mentally challenged and on a budget.

Dr. Allison was awesome and professional. She explained everything she was doing when I brought my ferret in for an ear issue when I didn't have a vet. I am definitely taking my other pets here.

The Team is amazing at Cranston Animal Hospital. I have been with the Oaklawn and Cranston Animal Hospitals for more than 20 years and could not be happier with their care, attention, and service they provide.

The staff is great and prices are excellent

I do not have a pet under their care but I had to pick up some meds for my son and daughter in law who were moving out of state the next day. The hospital was due to close at noon for a celebration of one of the doctors to whom was leaving. I called and said I would not be able to arrive until about 12:15. Not only did they say someone would stay until I arrived but both women I spoke with when I showed up were very kind, understanding and personable. If they are any indication of the entire staff, I would highly recommend.

I moved to Cranston from another state, where I had a great vet. I was nervous about developing a relationship with a new vet, particularly because I have six cats. I needn't have worried. Cranston Animal Hospital is wonderful! I started taking my cats there for their annual checkups and vaccinations during Covid. Their procedures were safe, friendly, and efficient. I appreciated the first vet I met very much, but then she retired. Cranston AH brought on a new vet, Dr. Elias, who is also terrific. I just finished bringing four of my six in for their annuals. They received great care and attention. One cat had lost a pound, which raised suspicions, so the vet suggested a blood test, which showed that, for now, all is well, and we now have a baseline. The vet techs are also really good. I have one difficult cat, but the one we had handled him like a charm. I am very grateful to Cranston Animal Hospital. Everyone is polite, knowledgeable, and efficient.

I'm new to this Hospital, my sister has been a customer there for more than 17 years,, with everything Good to say about the Doctors and Staff.. We waited outside the Hospital , while we waited we met some very social and nice pet owners and pets

Best vet I’ve ever had ???? there truly caring people ????

Good communication and good pet care.

Due to Covid restrictions, I could not go inside with my dog, Boo. This was his first appointment with the Vet. I asked if she would call me in order for me to get a feel for her. She called me and was so caring and understanding of how I felt bringing my dog to a new doctor without being able to meet with her. That call showed me she had compassion, which is very important to me. The technicians also on the phone were kind and understanding. When I arrived the technician came out and was very pleasant. That made me feel comfortable to let my dog, who I love dearly, go with her. When the appointment was over the doctor called me and was again, very nice and thorough. I would definitely give a good reference for the Cranston Animal Hospital. I am looking forward to meeting doctor R. and I will be bringing Boo back next month. I want to thank the Veterinarian Dr. Rebensdorf for her kindness and caring of myself and my dog Boo.

Nothing to change here, keep doing what you are doing! You are compassionate and professional. Our fur baby Sarah, is treated in a timely manner upon arrival and she always receives the best care and effective treatments to cure what is ailing her. Thank you for all you do and for taking care of our Sarah Gracie to keep her happy and healthy!

The care at Cranston Animal Hospital is exceptional. All staff are phenomenal and Dr. Rebensdorf is hands down THE best. I truly feel so fortunate that our puppy has such spectacular care- above and beyond what I could have ever imagined. Doctor Courtney and her team are deserving of great praise - for their dedication to BEST care including quick action in the face of emergency animal distress. I will spare readers "the details" but suffice it to say that annual visits, impromptu concerns and handling of emergencies really does set the bar. Under the tutelage of Doctor Courtney Rebensdorf the complete experience in the form of Jessica and her tech team has raised the bar! Thank you ALL for truly, deeply caring and giving us peace of mind!!!

They treat my dog like he's their only patient. Always respectful and kind. Dr. Rebensdorf is the best in the biz and runs a phenomenal practice.

Everyone here is so caring. When I ran there with my precious little dog, Mia in an emergency, they took her in immediately (I live down the street). I had not even taken Mia there before this as I didn’t live near the hospital in the past. They were all so kind; Dr Rebensdorf came outside to talk to me. Everyone took the time to tend to Mia as soon as I arrived. I am grateful for this experience and would trust then with any of my pets.

We have been bringing our pets (past and present) here for many years. We wouldn’t have anyone else care for our extended family. They are kind, compassionate and the best at what they do

Dr. Rebensdorf is great and you can tell really enjoys her job. They always take great care of my pets and with COVID there new drive-up service works out well. I like to see the precautions taken and wouldn't hesitate to tell anyone I know about Cranston Animal Hospital.

I like this hospital, the vet is very good, I always bring my pet here for a yearly check up.
