Staff care about you and your pets

From the reception desk all the way to the Vet, these guys are as professional and friendly as they come. My girl and I always feel welcomed, and cared for whenever we have to go in. I appreciate that they never tried to pressure me into buying unnecessary services, and they are always upfront with their charges. As long as I live here Homeward Bound has my business.

Such a wonderful, compassionate group of people. I would highly recommend this vet to any person. They were so wonderful with our beloved Phoenix.

My husband called to schedule a new patient appointment for our dog here twice. The first time he was informed that all of the computers had been shut down for the night when it was nowhere near closing time and to call back the next day. I’m genuinely stunned that a place with such a reputable standing in the community is unable to take down the name and number of a potential client without the assistance of technology. The second time he was greeted with a gruff “hello?” rather than the typical, proper greeting one would expect when phoning a place of business and then was almost immediately placed on hold. We won’t be giving them a third chance. Do better.

Dr. Wilson is extremely knowledgeable and caring, along with her assistant Amy who can remember every dog or cat that comes through the door!!! Wish the scale went higher!!!

I brought my 1 year old lab in to be fixed and my 7 year old lab to have a bump removed. They were treated excellent and my puppy is crazy. He escaped off his leash so I was able to take a tour or the whole building trying to catch him and the place had incredibly clean and organized. They needed an update on shots and they made me feel no pressure at all. Defiantly will be going back!

Just wish they were open in case of emergencies. They are the nicest and sweetest.
