I’ve never been so impressed by a doggie day care as much as the camp bow wow in Bellingham MA!!! My dog adores going there everyday!! He knows when we get close, and by the time we pull into the parking lot, he’s going crazy to get out of the car to go inside to play with his doggie friends, as well as his human friends!! The staff is so warm and kind. Everyone there is so eager to help with any question, or to engage with your fur baby as if he/she is their own. All of the staff have the friendliest smiles on their faces and just give you the impression that you matter. I wouldn’t want my sweet puppy boy to go to any other day care! You won’t regret the decision to leave your precious four legged family member with their second family!!! I LOVE this place!!

The staff are always friendly and excited to see you and your dog. They'll comment on how your dog faired on most days. They offer photo opportunities during seasonal holidays which are a nice addition to the family photo collection.

THIS PLACE IS DIRTY, OVERCROWDED, AND EXTREMELY LACK THE LOVE AND PROFESSIONALISM YOU WANT TO SEE FROM A COMPANY HANDLING SUCH VALUABLE MEMBERS OF YOUR FAMILY. DO NOT BRING YOUR PUP HERE, IT IS A RECIPE FOR DISASTER!! I do not normally take the time to write reviews but wow.. was I appalled at the services provided by Camp Bow Wow. I recently moved to MA with my GS puppy (1.5y/o) who has had plenty of experience at Doggy Day cares, training, and boarding. We used to go to Dogtopia in CT and they were incredible! Super reliable, safe, clean etc. Camp Bow Wow was the exact opposite! I brought my puppy in for the "exam" to evaluate him before we planned to board him for a vacation. The staff was not overly friendly, just did their job and that was the extent. I asked for a tour of the facility, which had been provided at Dogtopia without even asking, and they seemed surprised I wanted that. I had to wait about 5-10min before they began the "tour" which just lead me up a back flight of stairs to a small window on the top floor where I could see the play areas for the dogs. They were SO SMALL and LOADED WITH DOGS!!! The pens were right next to one another and just chalk full of dogs, which as anyone who knows anything about dog behavior, is just asking for trouble. After asking tons of questions I was still left very skeptical, but I was desperate to find a new doggy day care place for my pup so I left him for the couple hours they recommended, against my better judgement. When I picked him up one staff member was kind but the two others were quite coarse with me. They informed me that my dog (who has never had behavior issues at any other doggy daycare or training) had been nipping at other dogs as they were coming and leaving the pen. That instantly tells me that they put him in a position where he was so anxious and upset that they caused these behavioral issues. They allowed my kind, gentle little boy to be in such a position it brought out a side of him I had never seen. When I got my pup back from them he SMELT SO BAD! We had to bring him home and immediately bathe him because he made my car reek on the way home. Just goes to show how DIRTY and SMELLY the conditions they are kept in. Not to mention that they did not know/care how to take his collar off properly so they messed up the loops and it took us ten minutes to put it back. The sheer lack of diligence and professionalism they showed at every step of the way just made me feel like they're the type of company/people in it solely for the money and not for the love of animals. REALLY DISAPPOINTING!!! STAY FAR AWAY!!!

I realized after taking my American Terrier Pitbull puppies (not aggressive at all) that those few staff that were there with the dogs, just preferred not to have to work much. They preferred the dogs to walk or lay around all day or sit quietly in a corner so they wouldn’t have to do much. Dogs can be territorial at times or may growl, a bit. You tell them “no” or “stop” and they continue to learn. That was too much for the staff to handle with my dogs and they preferred they not come back. It’s sad to see the labor shortage and the pure “lack of wanting to work” that is happening in these times.

Wow - we've taken our dogs here many time without issue but apparently they created a new policy during COVID they never thought to notify their current customers of - seriously avoid this place, the last times our dogs contracted kennel cough from an ill dog and you can't actually speak to anyone on that site without getting a form response back and no additional information.

Camp Bow Wow is professional, organized, and really cares about dogs. Their location in Bellingham is twice as far from us as other similar services, but we drive the extra distance for their excellent service. I trust them to take very good care of our older dog.

Both my dog and I love Camp Bow Wow! It is flexible with the schedule, has hours that work with my schedule, and the staff are great!

We just brought our 9month old Husky to Camp Bow Wow to give him some needed doggy interaction and play. He loved it, and so did we! The staff is amazing so engaged and caring about the dogs and the owners. So happy we found a fun safe place to bring our boy.

Had a great experience with Camp Bow Wow. I feel very comfortable leaving my two Pets there for our upcoming visit. Would highly recommend them to people who are looking to leave their pets overnight.

I have used Camp Bow Wow before for one of my dogs and I ALWAYS recommend it to people looking for a daycare or boarding. The woman I spoke to on the phone was knowledgeable and when I had to reschedule my evaluation last minute she was very understanding. The customer service is top-notch and the employees are friendly. Always taking great care of the dogs. The prices and package deals are affordable as well! Yeti had a great day and he'll be back!
