Hello my name is Darsie Lessner we brought our Choc lab puppy Gracie Ann in for her shots with the vet tech Chandler ..He was outstanding with our girl..he took her around to meet all of the staff...We are looking forward to meeting the Dr.Berlin for our next visit..I have to say that all of the vets we have meet at Shiloh have been amazing over the years..My husband saw Dr.Kaczor for Gracie Ann's 1st visit and was very pleased. Thank you all for your kindness to everyone who enters your doors ..and when you have to make the hard decision when the time comes to let your babies go over the rainbow bridge ..you guys go above and beyond to help with the grieving process...Dr. Wade was there for us with one of our Choc labs Blazer .Till this day I just will always be grateful for her compassion..Dr. Owings helped us with our Boxer Crimson when it was his time ..Amazing staff !!

Our two pitbulls can be a lot and every time the Shiloh staff is very accepting and loving towards them. We would not bring them anywhere else. The amount of care and acceptance

Excellent service! I was given a timely appointment as a new client, the prices were better than I have seen anywhere else in York County, there was a minimal wait, the exam was thorough, and the vet was willing to spend as much time as I needed answering questions and helping to provide a cost effective diagnosis! I can’t stress enough the quality of service my dog received at this clinic.

I appreciate everyone's kindness at Shiloh & their commitment to making our kitties as comfortable as possible during their visit. Staff are always friendly and caring and take their time with our pets.

LOVE Shiloh. Although I am a Dr. Kaczor client, I have seen other doctors and they are all good. The staff is great. No complaints. I like how you don't rush the exams. You take the time to give treats and pet them.

I love Shiloh and have been bringing my dogs for many years:)All of the employees are friendly,knowledgeable and go above and beyond to assist you with your pet's needs.I always see Dr.Kazor.She is an excellent veterinarian and genuinely cares about the well being of your pet. My dog was really sick and I needed paperwork for surgery.Wendy the trainer actually brought the papers to me on her way home!!I appreciated that so much.She is so kind.

I've trusted this group with at least 3 pets to date. Always courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. Facility is clean. Wouldn't consider going anywhere else. I never feel rushed. They always have time to answer questions and are sincere about the care of my pets.

The staff at Shiloh Vet is awesome! Dr Schneider is amazing with my dog (Maggie Mae) who can be a little difficult at times. I appreciate the patience and care that are shown at every visit. They provide great care for my dogs!

We’ve taken 2 rabbits here. The first one we took (several years ago) after our daughter won it at an Easter Egg hunt upstate. We wanted to have the rabbit looked over to make sure it was in good health and that it wasn’t going to end up like a goldfish you’d win at the fair. We were told the rabbit checked out fine and was in good health, no concerns. However, they completely missed the fact that she was missing a foot????. We just took our son’s rabbit in Monday afternoon because she was acting “off.” My wife was told it was a digestive issue (the doctor was confident) and was given medicine and supplements along with a bill for $200 and told the rabbit should be fine in a week. Less than 8 hours later it died and I got to watch my 7yo son’s and 9yo daughter’s hearts be ripped in half when we told them that this adorable 3 month old bunny whom they had grown to love had passed away while they were sleeping. Great job guys. My wife called the following morning to tell them what happened and was told that they’d leave a note for the doctor and the manager and someone would call us back. Here it Wednesday evening and still no call. When you give someone medicine for their pet and reassure them that the animal will be fine only for it to die later that evening, I think you’d be falling all over yourself to try to touch base with them and figure out what happened. Not Shiloh Veterinary Hospital though. Don’t bother responding as there’s nothing you can do to explain yourself that won’t make you look even less competent.

Clean and friendly Time and caring

Dr. West was fantastic. I can't remember the first person I talked to when we got our puppy was amazing. She was patient with me on the phone. The day of our appt., I thought I talked to Crystal but I am not sure about that. Again, she was very good with me and when we went inside she was very good with Magnum and gave me some advice about Dr. West. When we checked out, the girls loved on our pup and he had a great experience. Thank you! patience with the puppy and good advice for us.

We’ve always enjoyed Dr. Owen. And today we had Dr. Moon, he was awesome today very personable and caring. Their kindness and patience at this vet is superior. Glad they’re right down the road especially since my male cat throws up in the car

I can't say anything bad about Shiloh east, the staff is always pleasant and helpful and keeps our Golden's well-being in the forefront. I recommend them highly.

The staff is always so friendly and it's clear they have a passion for animals! They always do a thorough job and make sure all our questions are answered. During the last visit, I forgot to ask about a previous tick-borne illness my dog had that was not mentioned during the visit and the vet took the time to come back in to speak with me even though I didn't request this. I appreciated the extra attention given.

Shiloh West staff are very nice, the rooms are always clean, and the staff takes time and patience with me to answer questions and address my concerns. They always accommodate my appointments with my work schedule.

We love it at Shiloh! We did some research to pick the best vet for our first dog and we couldn't be happier with our choice. All of the staff members are helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Tito loves going to vet! We would recommend Shiloh Veterinary to anyone.

The office staff is polite and friendly. They all love the animals and the veterinarians and vet technicians are the best! We appreciate the quick appointment time when our animals are not feeling well.

I have been a long time client. I would like to say that I am so pleased with the service you all have given to me and my pets over the years. You all care about my pets as much as I do. We recently had to put our lab down, I could not of had a better experience with this whole process as that of which Dr. Owings has shown and did for me and my family through this hard time. Dr. Schneider is an amazing vet who makes me crazy dog feel safe. He also kept my diabetic dog alive for years. He is very knowledgeable and compassionate.
