I've been taking my dog here for years and absolutely love this veterinary hospital. The staff are knowledgeable, attentive and just super sweet people in general. 10/10 would recommend!

Staff was great and Dr. Dave was great. I just think the price was too high

Dr. Dave came in the Exam Room and immediately made our puppy feel comfortable. Nothing pushed on us, explained everything that he did. Great experience.

I love taking my golden retriever here. The staff are all friendly and my veterinarian Dave is awesome and funny. Everyone is helpful and professional as well as interactive with all the animals.

Dr. Dave & Stephane are very professional & caring, the technicians are fantastic. & caring. You couldn't ask for a better group of people. I am so glad they were recommended to me. When it comes to the yearly exams, they go over everything with you & make recommendations. When we had to put one of ours down, it was a warm comfortable setting. I totally recommend them to anyone who really cares & feels there pets are family.

I took my dog there for accupuncture. Just from my first visit I can see that it's a nice calm environment.

Dr Stephanie gave Lager a very thorough check up and evaluation for a skin irritation.

Dr Dave was wonderful with our four cats. Treated each one equally and professionally. (and as stress free as possible as we all know not all cats enjoy going to the veterinarian ????). I have went to this office since the early 1980s and have always gotten great service!!!

Williamsport West was able to get my 12yr old dog who was in so much pain from arthritis in for an office visit when my own vet could not fit him in. They were so professional and very compassionate there, so much that we plan to make them our regular vet because we were so impressed with the professionalism! Thank you Williamsport West for helping our pld pup out Ina time of need!

The vet and tech staff listened to me about my concerns, provided me great information and resources and did not try to sell me anything. I really felt like the were just as concerned about my pets well being as I am, and that was very reassuring.

I took my puppy their for the first time and they were very friendly and treated him very well.

Delighted to find a veterinarian who will see rabbits. Spent a lot of time giving us information about our bunny and rabbit care in general. Office visit was very reasonably priced.

I had my beagle his name is magnum over there because that’s where my late aunt was taking care of him I was very happy with the care he got and the staff and doctor was amazing they knew him and took really good care of him and knew what he need for his eye thank you so much I will keep coming even if it’s a 2 hour drive

I have been taking my dog to see Dr. Dave since he was a puppy so now 10 years. His techs are so sweet and helpful and they all love good ole Jake too!

We were first introduced to the staff of Williamsport West when we rescued our Shih Tzu, Casey. We saved her from a very bad fostering situation, but were apprehensive about taking on a dog with what appeared to be moderate health or emotional issues and were directed to Williamsport West for clues about Casey's past. Through many phone calls and lots of research on her end, Vet Tech Samantha helped us figure out Casey's history--including her true breed! (We were first told that she was a Lhasa Apso.) After a quick visit with Dr. Dave, we were assured that while Casey did have a few minor issues that could be corrected with the proper diet, a loving home and a minor surgery...she became the best friend whom our Gus, our senior Maltese, was in desperately need. I was so impressed by Dr. Dave that first visit, that we immediately switched Gus to Williamsport West, and Dr. Dave, specifically for his veterinary care. It's rare these days to find a doctor who so lovingly cares for his or her patients. Dr. Dave ALWAYS comes into the room and immediately goes about trying to set his patient at ease by addressing him first. This means a lot to me because Gus gets quite nervous when his daily routine is changed. Not good for a dog who's prone to seizures. This last visit was especially hard because I truly thought we were going to be making "end of life" plans for my little guy. With the new COVID protocols at WWVH, pet parents must wait in their vehicles while the doctors meet with their patients. This was especially nerve-wracking for me. When Dr. Dave called to go over the results of the appointment and his recommendations, I could tell he understood where I was coming from and the fear and anxiety I felt. He also listened to some of the concerns I had about some of his recommendations and together we came up with an alternative plan that would keep Gus with us!!! I know this review is long, but I think it needs to be. For us, our fur babies are beloved four-legged members of our family. To have someone who truly "gets" it and treats them with the same love and respect means the world. I cannot recommend this facility and each person who works here enough! <3
