Great variety of dog and cat foods as well as many supplies for more exotic pets. Also a very convenient location. There's never any major crowding in the parking lot. They are also very pet friendly. Saw the cutest Australian Shepherd while I was there the other day.

I get my dog groomed here they always do fine with my pet all I expect is a bath and defur and I'm dome with my pet is fortunate she needs nothing special so coming here for grooming is great

I needed to make a return and didn't have a receipt, the cashier looked it up by my phone number and issued my refund very easy

This place is overpriced and the young girl that works there, with the the long straight brownsih blondeush reddish hair and glasses, well she can't be bothered with any questions or to find a single item. This has happened over the course of two or three trips here, she was there every single time and just as useless the second and third times I was in there. Big F.

A lot of times this store is short staffed, and there's times it has taken over 10 minutes just standing at the register waiting to pay and there's 2 employees in the store yelling back and forth "someone will be with you shortly" but shortly turns into 10+ minutes

We went to Petsmart in Wilkes Barre today to check out their reptiles and do some research. We talked to Ken who was in the back by the fish and he was very helpful. He talked to my daughter for 30 minutes about snake care, habitats, needs and even showed her a picture of his hog nose snakes. So thank you Ken for taking time out & making her day!

I've had enough of this place. I got called on 6/20 to see I could bring in my Sheltie early...so I did. NONE of the regular staff was there,only subs. Although they have ALL my dogs settings, they screwed her visit up. She wasn't cut right, not cut enough in places, nails not done, back end not shaved. Charged me MORE for this than usual. LAST TIME I TAKE MY DOG HERE!!
