Takes a month to get an appointment. 15 minutes late for up for that appointment, time to wait another month!

Absolutely love them! Great vet care, can call them with any question and they really take their time to answer you, so happy with their care

I am forever grateful that this Hospital was willing to take our precious young momma bunny when NO ONE ELSE IN A 50 mile radius of our home in Elmira would! Praying that they find the root to her paralysis and unresponsiveness. Christlike love ❤ to be given as they test and observe her for her wellbeung.

I have had very positive experience with them. The Dr was very thorough and took her time speaking to me. I do wish they had emergency service/ weekends as sometimes things happen during off hours but all in all they are very nice and helpful

Dr. Bonnie is an absolute wizard with my very special needs dog. I don't know how she gets an exam done and gives him shots while he's trying to leap at her, but she is fearless and quick every time!! I could never take my dogs anywhere else.

Staff here has always been great. Everything has been reasonably priced and they have always been as accommodating as possible (within reason of course)

We took our dog in to get spayed and were charged $200 for a pre-spay appointment & bloodwork and quoted $1100 for the surgery itself. This is daylight robbery — if you look online, they say the most expensive spaying is at most 600, not 1300 total. We called around and found another vet who was able to give us an estimate of $485 (pre-spay appointment and bloodwork included) Please don’t support these huckster & take your business elsewhere

I chose this based on proximity and the existing google reviews. In less than 5 minutes of our first visit all the hype was validated. I have since been back 3/4 times and I cant say enough about how helpful and friendly the staff is. They are extremely knowledgeable and I couldnt be happier.

My mom took her dogs to this place when she needed to go to the hospital. They have taken great care of my doggy, will keep coming back, but very expensive!
