You see I changed my name and I'm from NY? You should choose your words very carefully they sound a little threatening. And its irrelevant whether I was on the phone or not. Doesn't take a genius to see how disgusting that store is and how mistreated the puppies are!! You have a puppy mill store front is all. Only animal in that place is you!! This place has a bunch of sick dogs. Some have sores, one had cherry eye. They are malnourished and sick. Poor puppies are in small cages where they are standing on wire racks. They are dirty and skinny. There was not any water dispensers in the cages and all of the puppies looked miserable. How is this place still in business? They are clearly mistreating the animals. It's just absurd! They should be shut down.

After visiting a few pet stores today this one left me very concerned. All of the dogs look very sick and underweight. There is diarrhea on the floor of the cages. And multiple puppies crammed in tiny cages. One of the cats eyes were red and swelling right out of the socket. The kittens also looked severely skinny. I feel so sorry for any animal in this place and by the looks of the other reviews a lot of people have had to put their pet down after purchasing from there. It’s very sad. The sign at the door says no photos… probably because they don’t want evidence of what bad shape these animals are in. I feel sorry for them all.

I got a kitten from there and the owner is sweet and kind and caring. I never had any problems there and they have always treated me with respect and kindness.

The puppys were absolutely adorable! But sadly it was a bad experience bc of the owner herself she wasn't a warm pleasant person who was selling puppies placing them in their forever homes ???? she didn't even make any eye contact when speaking to me she just Immediately named the breed of every puppy one by one pointing to their cages very robot like she seemed very busy and annoyed especially with her staff She was fast to give me prices but no other information. She read the age and price off their collar and that was all the information I was given then she just walks away . I had many questions for I was there to buy a puppy not just look I go to talk with & then she takes a phone which she spoke very loudly and stern I was uncomfortable & I was just left standing there at the counter very poor customer service, & Very high prices $$$ like a high end botique prices and trust me it was definitely not a boutique by no means it was Cages and concrete & old tile floors & a very unpleasant order Some of the puppies were wet and sticky . I didn't care for my experience there and that's sad bc the owner herself was the one who gave me that experience ???? and I left with no information no puppy ????

If I could give zero stars I would. I just got a 12 week old kitty from here on Saturday paid $150 and had to take him the emergency vet comes to find out he has panleukopenia and is a very sick kitty. The vet bill is almost $2000. I’m not only mad but I’m very hurt.

I've never been a fan of this place. Overcharges for pets even before the pandemic and I know people who have purchased pets from here with major lifelong health issues! If you're going to buy an animal, I would not recommend this place.

Dogs are abused. Staff is unfriendly. Supplies are sparse and overpriced. Don't go here.

I have never in my life experienced this. In all my years training German Shepard’s, this one (which I had purchased from this store) will be the hardest. She is 5 months old, much larger than the rest of the puppies from the store. This poor girl is terrified from all human interaction. She is terrified to walk. She is scared to even use the bathroom. I try to cuddle with her, talk to her and she’s crying. Won’t come near myself or my personal trainer that helps me train dogs. I tried to speak to someone in the store to get more history behind the puppy to see where she came from, and they were extremely rude. I was so disappointed with my experience. There’s a difference between a dog who is timid bc of unfamiliar faces and an environment compared to a dog who is literally terrified, shaking from being scared. This will be something I am going to report to get investigated.

We just got the sweetest, most playful and snuggly kittens this past weekend. The kittens are healthy and happy. The staff was very nice and accommodating while my family and I made our decision. My only complaint is that they are so cute that I don’t want to sleep, I just want to keep playing and snuggling them.

I'm not sure what everyone is talking about on cleanliness for this establishment. I was there today and yes we purchased a pup from them. There was no smell not one animal showed any signs of neglect. The little fellow we purchased is the most loveable guy the only issue we are having is he won't walk up and down our steps to get into the house. We figure it will take a couple of days. He needs to adjust. Please if anyone has read the reviews and were skeptical like we were please give them a try. We have only been home 5 1/2 hours and no complaints yet. Thank you for making this quarantine time a special time for our son.

DO NOT GO HERE!! Absolutely horrible and very sad place. Cats and kittens are extremely sick, the dogs are soo unhappy and starving. No blankets in cages no toys in cages. The owner is extremely nasty. She is always yelling at her workers that she pays WAY under minimum-wage. She cannot keep her staff!! I feel so bad for the animals that are there. They need to be saved ????

I bought a 3 month old kitten at pet wonderland on July 30 of this year , so since I bought kitten I took him to the vet and found out the kitten had ring worm which is a skin condition and very contagious to other kittens and humans so once I found that out I called pet wonderland to let owner know that the other 2 kitten that were with my kitten will more than likely have ringworm so she said she will call the people she got kittens from to let them know so I noticed the kittens was starting to walk and limp a lot more so I took him to vet again and couldn’t find anything wrong. Today I get home from work as usual I give the kitten the lovin cause I missed him and it was odd cause he didn’t greet me as usual so I put him down to feed him and he couldn’t walk so I called vet and they gave me the worst new since I couldn’t afford to a neurological test, so vet called me tonight and said the kittens worse and they told me I should put him down, so with a heavy heart I let them cause he won’t be in pain anymore so if yr looking for a pet stay far away from this place plus the vet thinks the kitten was abused so if I were you don’t go here for a pet unless you want your heart broken I had to put him down on October 1, 2020 I’m so heartbroken ????????

I would give 1 1/2 stars but i can’t. But the dog i purchased from here he was sweet. But he wasn’t like a normal dog. Probably from being inside and also just in a cage for his first year. However. My issue wasn’t with the dog it was more so the owner of the pet shop. About a month later i noticed that an extra loan was taken out, when in fact i was told the wrong information on how the payment was going to be set up. I did sign. But they just hurried and clocked through everything. So i gave the shoo a call, and the owner acted like she didn’t have time to even apologize for miss communication. She rather go back and fourth and say well it needs to be paid in a certain amount of time. So i would just say for future buyers just ask the age of the dog. Puppies are best to get when 9-12 weeks because they are easier to train instead of trying to train a 1yr old dog who is set in their ways. And also just be very observant and pay attention if you are going to finance with them. And make sure to get clarity before committing to anything. i actually found a better place to purchase a puppy and they get new puppies every Tuesday and they are young puppies. Brook side pups!! They have multiple locations and reasonable prices as well. Rather be paying off one loan instead of multiple that i didnt ask for. In my opinion.

I wish I could give zero stars . me and my husband lost our cat 2 and a half months ago we are still trying to get over the pain from losing her . we decided to get another cat a month and a half ago from pet wonderland . we got a 7 month old black & white cat the lady told us Tony was heathy the day we brought him home I found a tapeworm on him so I called pet wonderland and told them and they were so rude they told us they couldn’t help us and that it wasn’t her problem we took tony to the vet the next day and found out he had tapeworms and heart problems decided to try and give them a call again she hung up on me didn’t even listen to anything I had to say . two nights ago tony had a seizure and was laying there in his stool & bleeding out of his mouth , he was having problems breathing me and my husband took him to the emergency vet and the vet told us there’s nothing much they can do to save tony we took him home that night next day tony passed . I’m so hurt about this . I will try everything I have to do to make sure they close this place down they are so rude and they don’t give to craps about the animals in that pet store . I hope and pray these people end up in jail . These animals don’t deserve this

Their is no way to even describe how bad our experience was. My brothers fiancé lost her cat about a week before we came here, she was looking for a new kitty to raise, right off the bat when she told them about her losing her cat, they immediately said “ then we have the perfect older cat for you”. Not even a sorry for you loss or anything like that also right after she told them she wanted a kitten they insisted she kept looking at this older cat, she really wasn’t interested but they kept telling her it was the cat for her and she needed this cat in her life,Everytime we went to go see a different cat they brought us back to tony, she said they had him for so long and no one wanted him but then I heard her tell someone else he was only their for a week and a half.. something felt off about it but my sister in law felt the cat needed her and fell in love with him and brought him home. THAT NIGHT. Worms were literally falling off of him onto the couch on the floor everywhere, they called back the store and they said theirs nothing the can say until they bring the cat to a vet, my brother doesn’t have a regular vet so the next appointment he could get was 2 days later but this should of been fine according to the contract that say THREE DAYS. They called back the place and told them what the vet said on the third day and they said once again “sorry it’s not our fault we can’t help you” completely voiding their own contract. They also continued on to be rude and having no sympathy for our situation. Then the cat began throwing up blood, urinating himself, they brought him to multiple vets and kept getting him help with the little money they had and no assistance from this place that screwed them over in such horrible cruel ways. tony passed away tonight and I truly believe no one should ever buy a animal from here, they obviously don’t treat them well, while we where there they had animals with eachother but this cat was separated (but they did bring tony in a room with a kitten that i was playing with which he probably spread things to) which shows that they knew of his conditions but discontinued to share that information and keep him from spreading it or give any help and they pressured her into buying this specific cat, they knew we had just lost a cat but proceeded to sell us a sick one and when they asked for help they just shut them down which now completely traumatized my sister in law from losing two cats in the last month. No one should ever have to go through this .

My husband and I stopped in this morning at 11am. The smell that hit us when we entered was vile. All of the dogs were out of their kennels and place under cages on the floor. Each cage has at least 5 or 6 dogs. There were bigger dogs mixed with smaller dogs. Some of the dogs were covered in feces, some had bloodshot infected eyes. There was one dog whose back paw was stuck in its fur and it couldn't lower it's back leg, so it had trouble standing. There were two people working to clean the cages and neither acknowledged us. I left that place absolutely sick about the conditions and cant believe that a place like that is allowed to operate.

I'm very disappointed with this so called pet store.. we visited twice. First time we noticed that some of the puppies looked on the thinner side but not knowing about all breeds passed it off as the type of dogs. We went back and fell in love with a beautiful 10 week english bulldog. We paid alot more then we felt was reasonable but wanted her part of our home. That was on 12/312019. That night we noticed she had a runny nose. On 01/06/2020 we took her to the vet because, pet wonderland policy is that she must be seen by our vet within 7 days. Her symptoms became worse. Our vet diagnosed her with coccidia as well as a respiratory infection. We contacted pet wonderland and spoke to Sandy, we were concerned that the other dogs could be sick as well. She offered to give us our money for meds. The puppy was still struggling so on 01/13/2020 we took her back to the vet for another check. The vet said that the respiratory infection had a good grasp on her and had to give her additional medication to open her airways. My husband went to pet wonderland to talk to Sandy about the condition of the puppy and to discuss all the medical bills we were incurring. Sandy accused my vet of being inept. Told us that she would have to consider giving us any refund because she didnt tell us to take the puppy to the vet. When my husband questioned the fact that the puppy shared a cage with other dogs and if the other dogs had been checked she became mad and told him that none of the dogs were ill. We asked to speak to the owner and Sandy refused. But the" kennel cleaners" that's what sandy refers to them as said that sandy is indeed the owner. Upon further research about this pet store we found many negative reviews about not only the care of the dogs but also the same illness issues with other dogs. All complaints naming Sandy as the person to make all decisions with puppies, care, cost and reimbursement
