The best veterinary clinic! I can’t say enough of the help and care they give to my miniature dachshund. They are always willing to help, even when we call and ask about something that doesn’t necessarily need an appointment! We don’t live particularly close, however we will make the drive since we love this place so much.

My greyhound loves coming here...they did a great job cleaning his teeth too

The staff was very friendly. The office did not set the corect appointment day for me. They are also not returning my call to find out the blood results.

We took our puppy to tender touch for the first time today and were so impressed by the quality of care. Although COVID protocols are still in place for everyone’s safety, the vet tech (Haley) who greeted us and took our pup in was so thorough, caring, and helpful. We were surprised that the veterinarian even came out at one point to check in and give us an update on the appointment/ask if we had any questions. It had the feel of a small town business and you can tell they really prioritize their clients needs and want you to understand all of the care provided. I will add that we took our pup to a large/chain pet hospital for his first appointment and were really dissatisfied with the lack of information and care - the different in quality and service were night and day. We will be taking our pup back to tender touch from now on. Haley at the Wexford office was wonderful and we are so glad to have found a long term vet!!

I was thoroughly impressed with how accommodating they were and with the friendliness of the staff. They were very knowledgeable and informative. I was looking for a facility that really cared about my pets and I found it right here.

I have been taking my puppy here for a year now. The staff is friendly and helpful. Ellen is awesome! I would highly recommend!

Great place to take your pet

Excellent staff. They are very good at explaining your options and try to work within your budget while giving your pet the best care possible.

We have had all of our cats cared for by the staff at Tender Touch. I am completely comfortable recommending them to any pet owner as a primary care giver. They are compassionate, trustworthy, competent and it is clear that the staff sees veterinary science as much more than a job, but a calling.

We love Tender Touch and have been going here for years! The staff is kind, reliable, caring, and down to earth! Samm is awesome and so friendly!

Fantastic and caring service from Dr M and Mary. My Vet, of many years, is off on medical leave and the office was unprepared to deal with an appt. I called Tender Touch, they got my cat Lola in same day!! provided what she needed and 12 hours later the improvement was huge. Thank you Tender Touch for seeing a new patient on short notice and taking such good care of us both????

My experience with tender touch was a great one! We were super nervous about our cats 1st visit in a hospital but the staff and dr were super experience and super nice! Thank you so much for taking good care of squeegee!

Tender Touch is so helpful and caring. They are usually my regular vet.. Yesterday I came home to my dog with a swollen eye and scratches he did himself on his face. Tender Touch was booked but found me a close by vet who could look at him on such short notice. The vet they referred me to was also wonderful in taking care of my dog. They are always so caring to my dog and for that I am so thankful and would recommend them to all.

My dog Bishop tore his acl. This vet was able to quickly get my dog in and diagnose the problem. Dr. Beatty even referred my dog to a specialist. She personally called and advocated for my dog to see the specialist in a swift and efficient manner. Would never think of using a different Vet. They have a life long supporter in me

Great people, really care about the animals

My experience with Tender Touch goes back to four years ago. Being new to area, they took care of my 3 senior dogs, who developed many illnesses. Unfortunately, they all passed in the last two years. Their compassion and expertise in their issues was comforting. They also took care of my westie fosters. I have a baby westie now, I can not think of a better vet than Tender Touch to bring my puppy.
