My new vet since moving back to west chester area and got say so far so good.

They seemed really nice the first time we went there. We told them about problems we had with other 2 vets charging us for things without telling us ahead of time, and they assured us they would not do that. But, they did exactly that. We asked for a specific service to be provided, they took our cats back to the doctor, and brought them back having performed procedures that we did not give informed consent to. Then, the lady at the front desk wrote up the bill with multiple extra charges, and proceeded to try to argue with us that its not their fault and that this is what we asked for, which it absolutely was NOT. They attempted to manipulate our clearly stated request for a rabies vaccination, into bringing the cats “up to date” with all of their vaccinations. We did not ask for nor consent to multiple shots to be performed, and they did not inform us prior to the procedures. It’s ridiculous how rude she was and the fact she raised her voice and tried arguing saying we should’ve known and they do as they please attitude. I wish everyone could hear how she spoke to us. Beyond shocked that I had to go through that type of customer service. She angrily gave us back a refund for the shot we had not asked for after she was done arguing. They didn’t tell us who they called and we didn’t know who they could’ve called not knowing where we have been and we had our cats forms from the last shots and we should’ve been asked before you continued just giving out what you thought was “okay” Other vets were okay and more professional in handling situations. From hearing back from WC community people we finally found a good place for our cats.

Very nice local veterinary clinic with friendly staff. Easy to make appointments. Ample parking. This clinic has been taking care of my pets ever since I moved to East Goshen 20 yrs ago and I have always appreciated the care they have provided.

Dr. Collins is fantastic, our dogs are greeted with kindness and compassion at every single visit. Any time an issue pops up it is remedied quickly and efficiently. We wouldn't take our three dogs anywhere else now that Dr. Collins is there.

Delighted. I have now had appointments for my 14 year-old cockapoo with both doctors at this practice and have been impressed by their thoroughness, compassion, warmth and evident competence. They made sure I had enough information to make choices for, and properly care for my little guy. And they listen. So glad Dr. Hitchens chose them to take over her practice.

Good service. Quickly figured out the problem with my pooches foot. Pricing reasonable. We plan to go back.

Our last visit was for my girl's sinus infection. She was given a check over and 2 prescriptions. Seven days later she is doing great. Thanks Dr. Collins and staff!
