Our new vet. We started going here when we got our new puppy and this was their vet. The staff is very nice and very attentive. Super glad we found this place.

The compassion from the staff and Doctor of Westtown far surpasses and medical clinic. They are true lovers of what they do for our 4 legged pets. We drive from Coatesville when we could use some one closer. Thank you for all you do. R.I.P. Daisy Falcone beloved dog of 14 years!

Love taking my pets here. Great hours for working people, staff and Doctor are nice and explain things to make sure you understand what is going on with your pet.

Dr. Holmsten and all the techs are amazing and so nice. My pup is super anxious and the tech who came outside to take my dog inside got on his eye level and started to sweet talk him to make him more comfortable. She ended up carrying him into the office like a baby❤️. I highly recommend them. The visits and treatments won’t break the bank like other vet offices, either. Plus you can text them with any questions you might have.

So glad we changed to this vet! Dr. Holmsten has been wonderful every time we've taken the dog to see him. Our recent visit pertained to a leg injury. Our girl is going to need surgery. Dr. Holmsten spent 15 minutes on the phone with me discussing our options and what's best for our dog. In the end we both agreed an orthopedic surgeon was the way to go. Dr. Holmsten put the health and welfare of our dog above everything else - including an option that he could have done. His staff is nice and friendly, and I like that I can text the office if I need anything. Their response time is quick.

My experience with Dr. Holmsten has been exceptional! Unfortunately, I have a few bad experiences with other vets; incorrect diagnosis on my dog Rocky that could have been fatal, slow responsiveness, and general aloofness, to name a few. Dr. Holmsten figured it out the problem expeditiously with Rocky; eventually performed the necessary surgery, and was there throughout the recovery process, patiently answering all my questions and concerns. It's comforting to know now, that when a problem occurs (and, it usually does with dogs), that I do not get myself all stress-out as before, because I was unsure of the vet's competence. That problem has vanquished.

I have been taking my pets to Dr. Holmsten since 2006. I moved to western Chester County in 2009 and continued to use this vet. His entire team is professional, friendly, and accommodating. I had to say goodbye to beloved dog in December. Dr. Holmsten and his team showed me a high level of compassion and helped me grieve. Dr. Holmsten has always been honest and extremely knowledgeable. I have recently adopted a puppy and his team helped me through the process of integrating a new puppy into my house. I wouldn’t take my pets anywhere else!

Absolutely Amazing! Dr. Brad Holmsten and team are extremely knowledgeable. The most professional, productive, convenient, caring and personable ever! The only one in my book. It totally stinks that I live so far away. Searching for another Dr. Holmsten will be impossible so I've accepted that I'll just have to the best on my own until things settle down. We love taking our dog here, very knowledgeable and friendly! Our dog is a rescue and very people selective, but the whole staff is super accommodating and does a great job handling him every time. Highly recommend, will never go anywhere else !

AMAZING! We are fairly new to the area so- we did A LOT of research to find a Veternarian that would make us feel safe while caring for our animals - well we found that doctor & practice! Dr. Holmsten & nurse Amy were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! All of the staff were great... from the moment I contacted the clinic the receptionist was very very kind- hearted & addressed all my questions & concerns and made us feel valued! Not being able to go inside the clinic (due to COVID ) was definitely anxiety provoking prior to meeting Nurse Amy. Amy came outside immediately upon our arrival to meet us & get a history etc. Her kindness simply eased my anxiety! After the exam Dr. Holmsten called - he was extremely kind, friendly , professional,, down to earth - he was very thorough - & to boot ... he has GREAT BEDSIDE MANNERS!!!! I am so glad we found him & his team & his practice!!!! FIVE STARS ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

We and our pets love Animal Clinic of Westtown Village. Our mini poodle loves the groomer and she always looks fantastic!

I'm so picky about how my golden retriever is groomed, and without fail, they do an incredible job here. Today, they spent extra time with her because she was scared of the dryer, and they wanted to make sure that it was a pleasant experience for her. :) I would recommend this clinic as a groomer for anyone. My parents use them as a vet as well, and have only had pleasant experiences.

The staff is very professional and loving to my dog, Mickey. Dr.Holmsted is caring and thorough , my dog is older and has developed some issues which were explained in detail. Thank-you !

Friendly and knowledgeable staff; convenient hours, especially evenings. Wonderful place!

They provide personalized service everytime we come in and are very accommodating. It seems like they work hard to not have that many dogs in the waiting room at a time, which is great! Dr. Holmsten has always taken the time to answer all our questions and we've never felt rushed through out visits.

We have been taking our dogs here for 5 yrs +. Staff and Dr are absolutely great! Very caring, honest and reasonable prices. I can't say enough good things! I'm so happy we found such a great place for our pets!

In addition to great care and attention with our pet, they made time for us on a Saturday at the last minute right as they were closing. Great clinic

The hours here are great for working pet owners. They open in the afternoon and stay open until late at night. No more calling off work to get your dog his shots. The veterinarian is kind and listens to your concerns and recommends reasonable course of treatment and provides options and suggestions to better the health of your pet. They aren't pushy at all, as I've experienced at some other local very offices. The waiting room is spacious, so you won't get too close to an unfriendly dog, and could set a cat carrier a bit high if your cat is stressed. The grooming service is pricier than box stores, but I think is worth it. They are very gentle and caring when they cut nails for my anxiety prone dog. I highly recommend.

We just started taking our Rottweiler to this vet and there are no bad things to say! They have been very helpful each time we have been in. We were most recently in to have her spayed and Dr. Holmsten and all the staff were so great. They explained everything in such depth, and took the time to answer all the questions we had!

The best in the area hands down. We have been to several Vets in the area and too many play games or try to milk you for every extra dollar, not here. It's all about your pets health first, no unneeded procedures...just an honest and friendly staff that will take care of your pet an you. What a great group!!

My dog has been going here for 7 years and recently had to have a tooth extracted. They were thorough in instructions and fit her in quickly. I feel very comfortable with the care she received. The staff is always welcoming and compassionate and the prices are extremely reasonable. So glad I found this vet!

We have been bringing our dog Tiger to the Animal Clinic of Westtown Village since we adopted him from a puppy rescue 5 years ago. We feel at home there. All of the staff are friendly, caring and accommodating. No question is ever treated as a silly one, though I'm sure some of mine have been! They make sure to remind us when he is due for a test or immunization. We also have Tiger groomed there which is convenient and all of the groomers have been great. If I am unable to pick him up when the grooming is complete, they will keep him there for me as long as needed. I have also dropped him off early if needed. Dr. Holmstein and his clinicians are great with Tiger who is excitable, but also timid sometimes at visits. We are definitely satisfied customers of the Animal Clinic of Westtown Village!
