Eagle Animal Hospital Chester Springs, Pennsylvania

I have used them for several sheepdogs in the past but i just had my two husky's nails CUT here and I could have done a better job with a pair of clippers at home. Nails are 10 times sharper than they were before taking to eagle not to mention the nails have splintered in several spots. THEY DON'T ROUND OFF/POLISH AFTER!!!!! cut my arm for the first time ever having these two huskies due to this nail cut job! Huge disappointment !

Eagle Animal Hospital was recommended to us by a friend and I have to say, I am very happy with the exceptional service and high level of experience/knowledge. They addressed the root of the issue based on the intricate function that was causing the issue. The issue was happening on and off for about 1 1/2 years that another vet could not figure out appropriately and I was just being charged for something new each visit. Eagle Animal Hospital is trustworthy and the staff is very kind. My pup is now recovering very well and back to being a happy guy. I highly recommend them for your animals.

We have been going here for years. The veterinarians and staff are like family and always take good care of our animals.

The staff is very cordial & caring to every animal that goes in. The doc asks great questions as to home life of our cat and is very thorough with our kitty's exams and shots. Highly recommend.

We have been clients of Eagle Animal Hospital for more than 15 years. Dr. Matunis, Dr. Granite and their staff are extremely attentive, knowledgeable, thorough, professional and compassionate. We recently lost our dog, Bella, to a devastating and prolonged illness. With Dr. Matunis’ compassionate care, our inevitable and heart-wrenching decision to end her suffering was made more bearable. He and his staff created a peaceful atmosphere for Bella’s “crossing”… much more peaceful and beautiful than we could have possibly imagined. We could not have asked for more...Thank you, Dr. Matunis and staff.

I been with Eagle Animal Hospital for over a decade and highly recommend the practice for your pets. They are caring and I feel comfortable with the doctors and staff when I need to bring my fur babies in when they are sick.

The ABSOLUTE BEST! everyone is wonderful! Dr Granite and Dr Matunis provided such excellent care and compassion to both of my bull terriers. I have been to other vets in the Chester Springs area and am so glad I found Dr Granite and Dr Matunis!!! In addition, Both Drs check up on my dogs even when I don’t have an appointment! I WOULD Never go to anyone else!

They will rob you blind. You’re not allowed inside due to COVID. Before you could discuss pricing in the exam room, now they do whatever they want without consulting with you and hit you with a monster bill that you have to pay over the phone from the parking lot to get your pet back. Stay away from these criminals.

Wonderful caring staff and Drs Matunis and Granite are wonderful with my two kitties.

The people here are wonderful and so caring. My poor baby had to be put to sleep due to a tumor that could not be operated on. Everyone was so understanding and compassionate. It was a terrible day for me and I will never forget my best friend cat , Hope. I miss her so much. My cat received wonderful care and Hope felt comfortable going there. We are both appreciative of the care she received.

Dr. Matunis and the Eagle Animal Team are just great -- caring, knowledgeable and very service oriented for both owner and pet. They don't overcharge or just do something as a guess or "just cus." They are thorough, dependable and trustworthy which is huge when you have a loved fur-one that can't talk! I highly recommend them and I say this after a relocation from another state where that vet was so awesome that it was hard to leave. But I've now found a new vet family!

I can never ask for more !! Have been using them for 3 years and I have Zero complaints ???? My Dog Leo is in safe hands !!

Edit May 2020: Just wanted to say that I still agree with this review two years later. I love this place and the staff so much that when I moved to Glen Mills, I kept going to them despite the 40 minute drive. Dr. Matunis and Dr. Granite are both wonderful and caring veterinarians, and the techs and office staff are obvious animal lovers. The only thing that would make this place better if if they moved closer to me.

Pretty new to them, but they welcomed our circus right in without making me feel bad for not being able to answer all the questions they had. Very friendly and they have a great covid strategy in place

I love Eagle Animal Hospital. They are very personal and knowledgeable. They take care of my dog as though it was their own.

June 2020 I have lived in the area for about 4 years now and have used Eagle Animal Hospital for our two cats for most of that time, after a short stint with another vet that was very expensive and not attentive. The younger cat is very routine and has no health issues, but the older cat had numerous problems that required daily medicine and visits every couple months. The office staff is very professional, considerate, and compassionate, and the overall quality of care is wonderful. Prices are not as outrageous as I have experienced with other vets in the past. Unfortunately my elderly cat had to be put down in June 2020, but the level of compassion that this facility shows for both the animals and the owners is unmatched. They really take time to make sure you have all the information you need leading up to this tough decision to say goodbye to your furry family member, and they even followed up afterwards to check on us. And we got to stay with our beloved furry child until the end, so it's nice they allowed it during this total freakout over Covid.

Honestly, it doesn't get better than the staff at Eagle Animal Hospital. The front desk staff is always friendly and on top of everything. The vet techs and doctors are kind, caring, and take their time. We have a very picky dog, who is very selective of other dogs, and they always make sure a room is ready so I can skip the waiting room calamity of another dog. We moved and while they are no longer as close, we knew we would remain at the practice. Keep up the great work! We appreciate the care and love you put into our dogs.

Dr Mantunis is fantastic! Extremely thorough and knowledgeable. I trust him completely to diagnose and treat my animals. He’s an excellent vet.

My wife and I recently moved to this area and have a 10 year old dog who is dealing with his first medical issues. Eagle vet and the entire staff has been nothing short of five star worthy! They are accommodating, clear and transparent communicators and have provided us options every step of the way. We highly recommend thrm.

Very happy with the care I receive here. Took my dog to another vet for years and kept questioning if there was something going undiagnosed. Took her to Eagle Animal Hospital for a second opinion, they did tests and realized quickly she was suffering from a yeast/staph infection. It made me happy that they were able to figure out what was wrong with her but upset I didn’t find them sooner! I cannot believe the vet prior couldn’t accurately diagnose my dog. I highly recommend both vets here. They also take the time to answer your questions and I never feel they are rushing me, which I appreciate so much. I take my dog to get groomed here too and she is amazing! (Cristen) i hate to compare but other groomers I’ve gone to did NOWHERE near the job Cristen did on my girl. They care for animals so well here and I highly recommend this place!

Great bedside manner and very knowledgeable, thorough doctors

We have been taking our dogs here for some time, ever since we moved from the Sanatoga area and had to switch veterinary practices. Everyone has been extremely friendly and the doctors are attentive and knowledgeable. Although the practice seems small, they are very professional and seem to have all the modern capabilities expected.

Wouldn’t take my dogs anywhere else. Been coming here for years and they are always so nice to pups. However, some of the front desk ladies have became rude when calling them.

Wouldn't take my animals anywhere else... they are very accommodating and truley love every pet that walks in the door
