I am very pleased. The staff is very friendly and helpful and Dr Java is the best. I was having a problem with my Mastiff and Dr Java diagnosed him right away and we were able to treat his problem. Would definitely recommend this practice.

Very please with this vet. Had an issue with my dog Maya and they took her right in. Vet looked her over thoroughly and explained my options without putting any pressure on which option I should choose. Very knowledgeable and informative.

We love taking our pets here. Everyone is always awesome. We have been using them for over 8 years and there isn't one thing I can think of that they need to improve on.

Do not make an appointment for a time and make someone wait 30-45 mins in the car with their pets. Not all of them enjoy sitting in the car like that. And I know as a human I sure do not enjoy it. Probably not going back

My senior cat needed care due to chronic vomiting. After having a bad experience at a different Vet Clinic, I searched and found Thorndale. I dropped off my cat for curbside pick-up. Within 15 mins I received a phone call informing me of my cats health and next steps. The Dr. even explained her thoughts and confirmed with me next steps and estimates for potential cost. It felt as if I was inside the office. They clearly cared for my pet and cared about me having a quality experience. My experience was night and day in comparison to our previous vet. I will continue my cats care at Animal Clinic at Thorndale!

We had Annies first check up when we got her in March of 2020 ...she got her second set of shots and we had her in recently for an eye injury! Very good care and pleasant workers! A little pricey well worth it !????

The staff is the best.

I’ve been here once so far with my newly adopted pup and my good old girl who picked up kennel cough from the new pup. They seem to love my dogs as much as I do and I really appreciate that because it’s the most important thing to me! My dogs are silly girls who are just all over the place. But I know they’re being treated gently and kindly here. I know it’s good quality medical care too. I’ll be happy to bring them back.

Great vet. They were able to fit us in during the pandemic for both our cats when each had an emergency. Super nice and caring people. Both our cats were at ease with their staff. They waited for the cats to calm down before doing farther tests. They are not just looking for money, they give truely practical advice for when and what tests to run. Their prices are much cheaper then other places we looked in the area. So great people, honest advice and low prices, it's a truely a great place.

Really awesome animal clinic that takes the time to explain why they are doing certain procedures. I’ve been taking my dog here for three years and they’ve always been incredibly courteous, respectful, and have done an awesome job making sure my dog is comfortable and that I am equipped with all the knowledge needed to make a decision.

Just want to thank Dr Haiko and the techs for being so compassionate yesterday when I brought my cat in to be put down. They were so loving to my Zoe and explained everything and made the difficult process less daunting. Truly thankful for all their empathy and kindness.
