My first visit and All Star Grooming did a great job of trimming our Shiba's nails. He can be stressed and noisy and they handled him nicely and quickly which kept him happy!

I took my 1 year old rescue dog, Penny, to All Star today to get her nails ground. She has had bad experiences elsewhere with her nails, and runs away scared and shakes when I try to do them myself at home. Brandon was extremely kind, patient, and friendly to me and Penny throughout the process. He took the time to ask questions and get to know Penny before putting her on the table. She did so well, and that’s all thanks to Brandon. I will absolutely be bringing her back to All Star in the future!

Our dog HATES getting her nails clipped and we believe has had some sort of traumatic experience(s) in the past before we adopted her. We have never seen her put up such a fight about anything like she does about having her nails trimmed. We even tried putting her on Trazodone and having her vet clip her nails. All Star was the only groomer we could find that was not only willing to try (some groomers wouldn't even try knowing she has had past issues) but was also successful. We are so grateful to have finally found a place and they now have a customer for life!

I scheduled an appointment for my pet to be groomed and was given an appointment a month and a half in advance. I understand that groomers can be busy, so I was willing to wait even though my pet really needed to be groomed. We were very much looking forward to this appointment. I received a call the day of my appointment to cancel due to the owner not having a babysitter. That is the most unprofessional thing I've ever heard. I have kids too but if I called my boss and said "Oh sorry, can't come in today, don't have a babysitter" would that be acceptable? No, it would not be. Also, he was not willing to be flexible to accommodate a rescheduled appointment either. Very disappointed and taking my business elsewhere. I need a reliable business that values my time.

A great small business- always super friendly and do a great job grooming my dog! They were very accommodating for my dog that gets allergic reactions with new products which I really appreciated. The new location is beautiful and convenient.

We have been bringing our dramatic mutt to All Star monthly for nail maintenance after numerous failed attempts with other groomers(we would probably have to sedate her if we were to do it ourselves????). Every single employee is so kind and so helpful. The team is able to get the job done quickly and perfectly every single time - no matter how difficult she decides to be that day. We have had nothing but great experiences and could not recommend All Star Pet grooming more! Unrelated to the services but still worth mentioning, the new location is beautiful!

They are so knowledgeable and feiendly. Chris groomed my puppy, Bailey, for the first time yesterday. I was so nervous, being his first time, but she reassured me and the results were amazing!! She will be my go-to groomer from now on! (See before & after pictures below!!)

I am new to All Star I followed Finn’s groomer Amanda who Finn adores. I am very with my experience there, most importantly Finn is very comfortable with grooming and monthly nail trimming. I would highly recommend All Star.

They did and excellent job with our two cockapoos , and their prices are very reasonable . They gave us a discount for been veterans , even better . We definitely go back . ????
