Our dog was boarded there for the first time, and she appeared to be in fine shape when we picked her up at the end of her stay. She actually tried to follow a staff member back to the doggy area when we picked her up. We thought that was a good sign. The boarding prices are based on the size of your pet, and in turn the size of their crates. Staff will give medicine as directed.The staff was very cordial and helpful to us, the new clients. I would board her there again.

Local boarding facility, Liam and Elaina take great care of our furry family members! We have been taking our pets there for years!

Not Happy came home with Kennel cough. He had all of his shots including Bordadela. He obviously had it while he was in there for a Day before because he was coughing in car when we picked him up we are very disappointed and will not be returning to preppy pets.

I brought my pup for a day of play. Let me start by saying I'm from nj where people aren't so nice. I never left my puppy,there was another person picking up there puppy from being attacked by another adult dog accidents happen but the way they treated that customer was disturbing. They blamed her dog when obviously nobody was watching them. Also told her he didn't need vet care but it was obvious he needed stitches. If you love your dog don't trust them.just read all the bad reviews. There's a lot. Take ownership of issues. Stop answering reviews by saying your not in the system. I'm not I walked before I could have a broken dog.

We booked our lovely there for one week, while going on family vacation. we were so disheartening and disappointed to see back our little puppy gigi in very poor condition (crying, coughing and diarrhea/vomiting), and also very hungry and weight loss. Seems like she has not eaten for days. We later learned that no body watched the dog overnight as they are left alone from 5pm to 7am. we are not recommending this facility to anyone who loves his pet. Be aware!!!@!

They did not answer phone calls or return my voicemail while I was away on vacation and had a concerning question. Also, my dog got kennel cough from this place. I am not too happy and don’t normally write reviews but here I am - really disappointed :(

Always take the best care of our dog and cat!

The staff was friendly and the facility was clean. My dog seemed very happy there.

My dog loves coming here, he knows when he gets close that he's going there, he gets very excited. The people who work there are very friendly.

After the emerg vet appt she had infected ear bite, pink eye, and kennel cough and on 4 diff meds to fix this. I boarded my 10 month old German Shepherd puppy which is technically still a puppy although 90 lbs here for 7 days when she was dropped off I watched on the cam and called and said I wanted her removed from the large dog room as I noticed a large white fluffy dog with an aggressive posture cornering her and chasing her and backing her into corners the kid and" I say kid" not adult who answered the phone said" oh let me look one the screen yeah I do see that going on will remove her " was he even watching at all if he was why did i catch it first? U dont put a new puppy in with aggressive adult dogs over 101 pounds dont u have a orientation/transition period for new dogs entering your premises? 4 days later I get a call that my dog was put back in that room with that aggressive dog and attacked- the reason being is that she was annoying the other dogs in the room that she was in which was dogs of the medium size .a piece of her ear is missing in the shape of a dog's mouth we are taking her to the vet tomorrow for possible surgery this place is horrible my dog ended up staying in a cage for 36 hours with an ooen wound until I can pick her up from vacation.there was no way i would trust these clowns taking my dog to a vet. We flew home from Florida and I flew over the Preppy Pets to get my dog out of that ghetto!! God only knows if she was even taken outside or given an opportunity to go to the bathroom. also when dogs are taken outside I even watched and timed it it was for 3 minutes and then they're brought back in to sit in a fenced-in side room.3 minutes to take over 10 dogs outside to so their business and then hustled them back in to the fences pen. While watching my dog while I was on vacation I would see dogs urinate and defecate on the floor and it remained there not even cleaned up and I watched other dogs walk through it this place is absolutely horrible find someone else they have aggressive dogs here and they demonstrated negligence by putting my dog into a room where I notified them I want her out of that room due to the aggressive nature of some of the dogs that are bored at there less than 30 minutes after she was dropped off. The reason my dog was removed from the medium sized dogs room is because she was aggravating them if she was aggravating them she should have been put in her kennel for a little bit not put back into a room with aggressive dogs where she was prey. When I picked her up I was given a 10% equivalent to $25 discount which is nothing in comparison to coming home from vacation having to rush to a vet with a dog with a bitten off ear. see below this is my dog 2 hours after we got home can't even hold her ear up that was bitten. When I pick my dog up there was a young adult at the desk and I said I wanted to speak to a manager there was not even a mgr available. Who is actually in charge of this place because apparently 5 in the afternoon there's someone who looks like shes in her teens to twenties working at the front desk who was only authorized to provide a 10% discount for an attack on my dog due to a decision that they made after I instructed them to not put my dog in a particular room where I witnessed aggressive behavior Of course I'm sure I'll receive a response from Preppy Pet saying that they alerted me after my dog was attacked and I hope that they mentioned their negligence that they put my dog in the large room with the dogs that I wanted her not with when I noticed that there was aggressive posturing from some of the aggressive dogs they're literally 20 minutes after I droppef her off. If you read their most recent reviews you'll find it another dog was attacked last week at this place please do not put your pet here. When I left the request at the rabies documentation for the dog that attacked my dog and it was the large white fluffy dog that I seen aggressively cornering my dog within 20 minutes after dropping her off this was the dog that attacked my dog

No on ever answers the phone! I have been calling for 2 days and I left a voice message and no one even returns the call !?!? Very frustrating and poor business

We've been taking my german shepherd here for grooming/boarding since she was a puppy (she's 6 now). They do an amazing job and take such great care of her. They call with updates on pickup times and how she did, and they provide cameras to check in on her when she's boarded. Highly recommend!

They are amazing with the animals. My dog has issues and they listen when I talk to them. All the staff is great!

The first time I took my shih tzu here she walked away with a not so great hair cut, that's fine because it'll grow back. However, the second time she went for grooming at Preppy Pet her skin was cut by one of the groomers. When my dog was retrieved the groomer tried to convince us that this one-inch slash under the right arm of the dog was there before she arrived. This is impossible and upon inspection the cut was fresh and bleeding. On top of that, they shaved her hair way past our suggestion, and her fur was uneven and frayed. I wish they would have just owned-up to their mistake and apologized. Not sure about the other groomers that work here but that kind of blatant unprofessionalism and dishonesty is overwhelmingly bad - so think twice about making this your grooming destination. I have a picture attached that we took when picking up our dog.

I have been taking my two dogs to Preppy Pet for years. It is such a great feeling when I pull up and my dogs are excited to go inside. It is always a five star experience at Preppy Pet Warminster. Great staff, Great service, and a Great experience for my girls every time.

I brought my one dog here for boarding many years ago and now have a very active Pitbull. I bring him here twice a week for puppy care and it is the best decision. When we pull in the parking lot he goes crazy and drags me to the door, he busts through the door and into the arms of a waiting staff. The staff is great and they have a true love for the animals they take care of during the day and those they board. I love being able to check in on my furbaby during the day with the cameras!! Highly recommend Preppy Pet Warminster if you are looking for somewhere for your furbaby to exert their energy!!!!

Best place ever to bring in you pets for boarding, grooming and daycare services. Prices are GREAT and staff is very knowledge about the dogs in there care.

I brought my dog here once a week and for boarding until I moved away. She loved it and could tell she loved the people there. I still have a little paw print craft they did for Halloween which I thought was so sweet. I would also get her a bath and her nails cut sometimes so it was convenient. Also liked the cameras so you could look and see what she was doing during the day.

My dog is always happy to go to daycare and tired when he gets home!! Get the daycare bath too!! It’s totally worth it. I never have to worry when I board overnight. I trust Warminster Preppy Pet with my pup 100%. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Thank you!!

After months of quarantine, my poor puppy Coco had gotten so matted despite my best efforts to keep her brushed. I found preppy pet online and decided to try them out since my normal groomer was not open just yet. Elaina (I think her name is) did an AMAZING job grooming my mini golden doodle! I am very particular about how I like her face to be groomed so she looks like a teddy bear almost and she got it right!! (I've had to switch groomers in the past bc nobody could get it right) I used to drive 25mins to a groomer ...now I have one just 7mins away!!!! I highly recommend the service here! Friendly service, clean facility and happy pups - at reasonable prices, too!!

Very nice and caring animal handlers, staff and beauty professionals here. A gem in the wild. Had to leave our aging feline with them for almost a week, and when we picked her up she obviously was well taken care of. Very pleased with this business, their services and they were all nice people.

We went on a week vacation dropped off our first timer Nash. Let me tell you one thing! I called once a day they gave me update. Watching him on the camera. Thank you preppy pet for having Nash! He absolutely loved it! Will be coming back alway. (Btw we drove an hour away because of recommendations)

Took our dogs here and they were incredibly matted after missing their latest grooming appt. due to a business closing. Preppy Pet did an amazing job of grooming them! They are so much happier now that their hair is cut. Thank you!
