Ice was very well groomed but I did not appreciate getting a phone call Ice is done & we close in 10 minutes. Like what were you going to do with my doggy. Super rude & uncalled for to leave an owner that type of message. Ice will not be returning to this particular Petsmart again. We will stick with our North Wales location where the customer service is always great. We only booked here because North Wales was booked solid.

Most of the people that work here are great. The groomers are awesome and checkout lines usually move very fast. Unfortunately today there was only two checkout lines. I look to see which one was moving faster and as I got to the front the woman said she was closed. So then when it was my turn to check out in the other line which is now the only open line she sent that cashier to go help someone else on the floor. When the only cashier finally came back to check me out the other one reappeared only too gossip and complain about a another coworker.

Have a new rescue dog. Was able to get all the stuff I needed, and was very happy with their grooming services. Got him a bath and nail clipping.

Was disappointed that they no longer carry reasonable priced dry dog food. There are times I just can't afford the more expensive brands. This week was like that.

Clean and pretty well stocked they way it used to be pre covid. Nice friendly people, and always adog to pet.

I bought some large crickets here to take my grandson fishing. They were large and healthy. The store was very clean and the staff were helpful.

They always have what I need for my picky eaters and a great selection for them. Also, we get our 22 year old pup groomed with them and they do a FANTASTIC job with him! We get him the "Top Dog" package and when he's done, he comes out strutting his stuff and he truly thinks he is the "Top Dog"! Their staff both in the store and in the grooming dept are all very friendly!
