My visit was more to the Pet Smart Banfield located in Pet Smart me and my Buddy Loomis love this place great selection of Royal Canin, treats, toys, bedding, and Loomis's favorite Deer, Moose or Elk antlers great knowledgeable courteous and friendly staff I shop here often

Not 100 percent about this place

This weekend I needed to have a simple procedure usually done by nurses on my dog. I did not have an appointment but thought I would try getting him help since it was bothering him. Michelle was awesome. She took the time to see if they could do the procedure and got it done for me in a few minutes. I really appreciate compassion like this from people who works as caregivers. Michelle stands out.

First time I was in the store and call to check in at my appointment time, and they say they were busy so I waited and then they cancelled my appointment because they could not find me inside the Petsmart store. Second time, when I arrived at 11:00 am to my appointment they said that in the morning they canceled it, without noticing me after driving half hour to get there.

Every time I bring my pets to this Banfield for their appointment and let them know I need more flea and tick and heart worm medication for my dog, they try to charge me for the one medication and I keep telling them it’s included in my pets plan. This is exhaustingly every single time I come to Banfield. Also, I took my other dog for a vaccine and they told me my dog will be ready to be picked up this afternoon, mind you the appt is for 9am. The lady I spoke to said since it’s a drop off the doctor does the vaccinations through out the day in between surgeries and she just went into her first surgery. I was furious because my other dog was out in 5 minutes for his vaccine and he was a “drop off.” I was absolutely not picking up my dog in the afternoon when she is just scheduled to get her Bordatella vaccine. Maybe more Doctors need to be working in one location to prevent this inconvenience. Janet is also one of the front desk ladies and is very rude when answering the phone, very unprofessional and feel like my pets and I are not welcome any time we come here.

I want to share information for pet owners who have plans at banfield pet hospital at street rd warminster pa we had a plan for this hospital and had regular check-ups and if the dog had any problems we visited them at least 5 or 6 times a year, usually they answered dog did not have nothing serious, she has perfect health and you fed her, lose weight. as a result, the dog had an operation today. 20 lbs. of uterine swelling was excised from her, and the fact that she was suffocating was a sign of her illness. besides, her estrus ceased, and at the banfield pet hospital told me "it happens so don't worry." be careful to go around this place.

Dr. Munson was absolutely fantastic! Jake does not like going to the vet and is a bit of a challenge. She and her team at Banfield were super patient and caring for my dog.

They Never Called Us (2 phone numbers) To Let us know our Pet's Ashes Have Arrived.. I went in Person @ 3 weeks Nothing, Only in Person @ EIGHT (8) WEEKS Did they have The Ashes!!.. They said they tried calling my Cell Numerous times, I had them call my Cell while I was Standing there to show them I have their Company Phone Number Saved in My Phone, They Apologized and said MAYBE THEY DIDN'T CALL AFTER ALL...?

Really take pride in loving your pet almost as much as you do. Explain everything in detail before anything is done so there is no surprise cost.

The Dr's, Vet Techs & Staff are competent, kind and patient. They always take great care of my fur babies.

Today Rosebud went in for her biannual comprehensive, teeth cleaning and had a mammary tumor removed. Social distancing, masks and hand sanitizing are all being followed. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Rosebud is home now and recovering nicely. Called this morning for a sick appointment for my new rescue dog. She was seen this afternoon. Enrolled her in a Wellness plan which saves a ton of money. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. Tech and Vet took the time to answer and explain every question I had. My shy and anxious dog liked them all. My previous rescue dog also went here and was always excited to see everyone. When she died, I was called when her ashes arrived back ????. Sorry others have had problems ????. I have no complaints.
