I was satisfied with my visit

Today was my first day going into this vet, yesterday my cat was lethargic and wouldn’t eat or drink. He wouldn’t get up to get treats or to get brushed which he loves. This place opened at nine and I arrived around 9:15 and I was the first one to be seen I didn’t even have to wait. I took both of my cats in just in case , he examined both and prescribed them what they needed. for my sick cat, he gave him antibiotics once I took him home after the first dose of his antibiotics he was doing so much better and by the second dose he was 80% his old self. Reasonable prices as well. I will definitely be coming back!

Very nice staff, was seen quickly and the bill wasn't as bad as I expected. Great service and I feel like they really cared about my cat. Helped me when I didn't know what to do.

We love going here. We have 2 puppies that we only take here. This is strictly a walk in clinic and you do get a number once you go inside and they call that number. The vet is super nice and really explains this to you. The place is also super clean and their prices are pretty good. Highly recommended.

My cat is not always comfortable with Vets but now he gets care with Dr. Lee is more comfortable because gentle touch he receives at Delaware County Animal Hospital

The doctor and staff are great. Very reasonable prices. They take such great care of my cats China and Shadow. I recommend them for your pet care.

First visit there for my cat. Secretary and doctor were very friendly and accommodating unlike what some reviews suggested. I'm happy I didn't let some petty reviews to guide my choice. They even waited for me to come back with my payment after my cat received treatment. No problem at all! Just see for yourself.

They took very good care of my kitten. I would take her back there and recommend them.

The staff was amazing. Very attentive and informative about what I needed to do with my dog. Very quick with giving shots and making my dog feel comfortable. Will definitely be back next year.

Just called to get two cats spaded. Was put on hold then disconnected. Call back put on hold this time waited 20 minutes and gave up

Worst that I've ever come across . He is very condescending he uses newspaper for litter boxes four pieces of newspaper is what the cat gets no litter box just newspaper and it's cold back in that kennel room. I was horrified

This was, for my neighbor.. In and out, Dr's are awesome ...

I’ve been very pleased here. I find both he and his assistant pleasant & helpful. He is very straightforward- which I like... answers all my questions. The service is affordable. I had cats forever & got a dog 8 months ago. He is great with all my fur babies. Everyone is healthy & happy. I like that he presents all the options of what you need since I often have to consider what I can afford.

My cat fell out my 2nd floor window & broke one of her hind legs. Dr. Lee gave me 2 options to fix her leg. I went with the inexpensive option and her leg healed perfectly ????

Staff is great and helpful. Doctor doesn't play any games and gets straight to the point. Would recommend under normal circumstances. UPDATE: Do not bring your pet here if you have an emergency during the COVID-19 stuff. They will not take calls/appointments and you'll end up sitting in your car for 45 minutes waiting to be seen. If it's urgent go somewhere else for now.

The receptionist/assistant was extremely friendly. The doctor, however, was very condescending when I was unable to answer certain questions about my cat who was being seen. He would cut me off, and when he didn’t, made unnecessary comments, disregarding my words as irrelevant... as if maybe to suggest I’m unintelligent/an irresponsible pet owner. My cat could be dying soon. I did not appreciate being patronized. I did not enter that building combative in any shape or form. I went in for help. There was also a hint of assumption that I would not be able to afford my cat’s treatment. But maybe I can chalk that off as looking much younger than I am. Things cooled down towards the end of the visit, especially when I started to cry because of the news I received. Yes, I received a professional service (bloodwork, antibiotics), but the ill emotions were completely unnecessary. I was shocked and almost demanded they return my cat to me so that I could go somewhere else. But my cat’s health is a priority, so I stayed. Maybe the doctor was having a bad day. Regardless, I did not do anything to deserve his tone.

Needed to see Dr. for emergency consult. No problem there. Saw my big blue boy and he is all better now. Thank you so much from War Machine and his mom.

The vet is a know it all you tell him what you are experiencing with your pet and he tells you that you couldn't have because of some far fetched reason. The nurse is wonderful. The scale used to weigh the dogs is off by 10lbs. Told me my dog was 10lbs heavier than she was. Took her to another vet who weight her on 3 different scales to prove to me that this vet was wrong. The amount you pay for meds at this vet is determined by weight as the weight determines the dosage.

Dr. Lee is a great vet. I have been there with my elderly cat who, by the way, suffers from constipation. And just recently visited with an 8 week old kitten who, of course, had to be dewormed and deflead (I am not sure if that is an actual word). Again he is a patient , professional and just a great vet.

Dr. Lee and his off manager are excellent in the care they provide for animals. I've been taking my pets to Dr. Lee since 1996.

They are polite, friendly, and reasonably price. The veterinarian appears very knowledgeable and helpful. I have found myself a new veterinarian!

To both my dog and cat, They say they were gonna give me a discount which I never got. Had to have the cat put down on that day. I think the vet himself could have been a little more Sympathetic and kinder.

Dr. Lee is an excellent veterinarian. He took good care of my cat that had a urinary tract infection.

Dr lee is great with my dogs and the prices are more then fair def the best vet around ...and he really cares about the animals!

Dr. Lee has been a part of our family for decades.
