Lucky is a German Shepard who is very finicky w his front paws being touched and I was very nervous since he had a bad exp at a retail location. The Avery groomer was aware and made note of it. I was extremely happy and pleased when Lucky came out of the van, he was very happy and not distressed at all! He even whimpered when I put him inside to pay because he wanted to be w "the pack" and hang next to the groomer. Such a positive exp and the comfort of them just pulling up in your driveway, you can't beat that for peace of mind too. Will be def using them again :)

Our 9 month old Maltese “Charlie Bear” is difficult to groom. He was handled with great care by “Haney” and we couldn’t have been happier with Avery and the results. Our little guy looked beautiful when done. A great company and I highly recommend them to everyone. We will be regulars from here on.

When COVID-19 hit, I was at a loss as to how to handle grooming my Scottie. I looked into trying it myself and realized that was a bad idea. Then I found Avery's. They come to my house, put up with Rags shenanigans, and she always looks great. The groomers that come to my house are professional, on-time but usually early. Worth every penny! Thank you!!!

My Rosie can be quite a handful. She absolutely hates to be bathed. Avery's is always very loving and patient with her and she comes back clean and happy ????

This was our first experience with a groomer and we were very impressed and pleased with the service. We adopted our 9 year old, 19 lb, girl feline from Providence in Media approx. 2 months ago and we wanted to give her a good bathing. We chose the mobile service as she tends to be anxious traveling. We did not have an appointment yet, but there was a cancellation and we took it. Although she was anxious, our groomer was patient with her and she looked beautiful! Although she is 19 lbs, it was obvious she had a lot of loose hair and her coat just shines and the animal center smell is gone! She is still a little upset with me, but it was well worth : )

I used them years ago for another dog. They had their bad days, but mostly good, and never about the actual services just getting an appointment. Things have gotten worse. "Contact us" link got no response in 36 hours, so I sent an email, which wasn't;'t answered until the next day saying they'd get back to me with an appointment time. Weird, but okay. 10 days later still nothing. I don't know about you, but I've got no time for that nonsense. I'm sure the service is the same, but good luck getting on the schedule.

I’m definitely going back to Averys. Great service. Our ???? enjoyed her time their. Winnie is always in a rush to leave, she enjoyed sticking around this space.

5 Stars! My wife and I used Avery’s Mobile Grooming for our very anxious dog. We have a 2 year old golden retriever that is very sweet, but just doesn’t like being groomed. The groomer was very nice and understanding. She did a fantastic job, even though I am sure our dog was not an easy groom. We are so happy to have found a groomer we can count on. We will be back!

Avery's did an amazing job on our dog. Their staff were able to help us out while we were just down for the weekend as our dog decided to take a mud bath. I highly recommend them. They were quick, friendly, did a fabulous job and had great pricing. Our dog was happy and we were relieved to have the burrs out. We'll certainly use Avery's in the future when we're in town.

Disaster. Do not bring your pet here. This was the worst experience ever. They butchered my dog. The owner said they had an equipment failure and offered free grooming for a year, but it will take a year for his beautiful fur to grow back.

I used the mobile spa for my kitty, Henri. Henri was a stray in my neighborhood, and actually wails unmercifully in a carrier. Elena, the groomer, somehow got him comfortable. He came out looking handsome and purring. Very cool.

I am so impressed with Avery Pet Salon! You know a pet services place is going to be good when they greet your furballs before they greet you. Taria is charismatic, kind, and gentle with animals. My cat had terrible matted fur this year and Taria got him shaved up and looking clean. He's a nervous guy and she invested patience and time into making him look good without making him anxious. Lastly, Taria was exceptionally communicative throughout the process. She set expectations for timing at drop off, and followed up via phone to confirm pick up time. Looking forward to doing business again with Taria and Avery Pet Salon again soon!

I have used Avery's Mobile pet services for the past 6 years. I love the way they treat my fur-babies. My dogs always look and smell great after their spa day. I cannot imagine having anyone else groom my dogs.

I used the mobile service a few times and was happy to be able to take my granddog to the location on West Chester Pike. He is a poodle mix and he always comes home looking so fresh, clean and cuddly.
