Just had a fantastic experience at Groomadelphia this week! Kurt is so kind and friendly and helped me when my navigation was going haywire while I tried to find the parking lot (pro tip: if you search "Bistro Sorriso" in google maps, it's easier to find the parking lot entrance). My dog is sometimes skittish about being groomed, but Kurt and his adorable pups made my dog feel very comfortable. Before diving right into grooming, Kurt gave my dog some pets and treats, let him sniff around, and allowed him to get comfortable in the space. Kurt sent me adorable photos of my dog throughout the grooming process, which I really appreciated. When I came back to pick my dog up, he looked and smelled amazing, he was totally relaxed, and didn't want to leave! 10/10 for the groom and the customer service experience! I highly recommend Groomadelphia and we will definitely be coming back.

Kurt was great with my dog Brody. Super professional and very responsive on both email and text. Prices were super reasonable. My pup got plenty of treats and we can't wait to come back again soon! I'd recommend for anyone.

I cannot recommend this place enough. I am a parent of a rescue dog who is now currently in chemo and have tried a few groomers in the Philadelphia area, but have never felt the right fit. Kurt and Groomadelphia are by far my favorite and the most comfortable I've ever seen my dog getting groomed. He was in rough shape due to an inability to get groomed for 7 months (low immunity) and Kurt did an amazing job making him look and feel like himself again. Kurt took the time to get to know my dog, ask the right questions and perform a thorough evaluation of his current status. Additionally, this is the first time I have seen my dog when leaving a groomer actually look happy and not come back thirsty (from lack of water over 4 hours) or cut up as he has before. The space was extremely clean, welcoming and I loved that he wasn't kenneled as he was the only dog getting groomed. As a result of all this, the appointment was quick and didn't cause him unnecessary stress. We have absolutely found our fit here!

My pups just finished their summer grooming appointment with Kurt at Groomadelphia! This was the second time my pups had the pleasure of being groomed by Kurt! Kurt is attentive, personable, professional, and reliable! You can also tell just how passionate he is and how much he LOVES dogs! I feel reassured and calm leaving my pups with Kurt. He takes his time to get to know your pup and your grooming preferences. My pups (two Border Collie mixes) always come back looking fabulous! I highly recommend Kurt at Groomadelphia and cannot wait to go back again!

Kurt is as nice as can be and groomed my 11-week-old puppy very well. It was her first time getting groomed (and my first time bringing a dog to a groomer), so he explained the steps of the grooming process and took the time to hold her and get her comfortable before he got to work. He was done in about an hour on a slow Saturday and charged a very reasonable rate for a wash and dry, cut, and nail trim. It was obvious he was very gentle with my dog because she came home very relaxed (and sleepy). She smells and feels great and Kurt did a very nice job giving her a neat and even look. As an added bonus, it's very easy to find Groomadelphia and I had no problem finding street parking. I will definitely be going back.

Groomadelphia is fantastic! Kurt is kind, responsive, and professional. He and his puppers make for a great welcome when you walk in. Our dog was washed and dried in just over an hour, and came out fluffy, happy, and clean! I definitely recommend giving Kurt and Groomadelphia a try!

Kurt was amazing with Wally! He took the upfront time to get to know him and us on his first cut today - and did an amazing job trimming up our wirey good boi. He came recommended from another friend, and we're excited to have such a passionate dog lover as a go-to for future grooming needs. ((Definitely pay no mind to that disgruntled 1-star review you're seeing, it's completely erroneous to the exceptional customer service and experience we've had)). Thanks again Kurt!!

We brought our 8 year old rescue dog for his first grooming today, and Kurt was fantastic! So professional, did a great job, and our dog was so happy! Will definitely be coming back!

Kurt is amazing, no matter what temperament the dog may present. When we had recently adopted a new dog, Kurt was able to give the best grooming experience. My dog was happy, and well groomed! After a traumatic incident at the vet involving a broken nail, my dog became very hesitant when anyone tried to touch his paws. Kurt was amazing and accommodating, making sure that not only my dog was comfortable, but that I was too. He even allowed us to work on a plan to slowly build my dog's trust back!!

Absolutely dreadful. We gave Groomadelphia three chances. The first was bad, the second was okay, and the third was just awful. Completely wrong cut for the breed. Uneven all over with chunks of uncut hair sticking out from much too short clipped sections. Clipper grooves apparent all over. Shouldn't even be using clippers on this breed. Called to complain and Kurt hung up on me.

Kurt is awesome. My labradoodle is a little shy, and Kurt spent a significant amount of time bonding with her before starting the grooming session. He sent several pictures of her throughout the experience, and I couldn't be more pleased. It was the best haircut she has received. I highly recommend Groomadelphia.

If you are looking for a dog groomer who is punctual, provides quality service and will work patiently with your pooch - Kurt is the dog groomer for you. My dog is usually quite uncomfortable with strangers but warmed up to Kurt quickly during his grooming services. I would definitely recommend his services. Trust, you won’t be disappointed!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, Groomadelphia. It was my first time bringing my 3 year old golden retriever KOBE to groomadelphia. I have tried several groomers over the past 3 years and they were all awful. So bringing Kobe to Groomadelphia for the first time did give me anxiety for the fact that all past groomers felt the need to shave my golden retriever bald!! Kurt took the time to speak to me about all my needs/concerns and reassured me that Kobe was in good hands. During Kobe's grooming session, Kurt sent pictures of his progress, which put me at ease. Kurt bathed and groomed Kobe who weighs 85lbs, which only took 2 hours to complete. Kurt is also very reasonably priced for his amazing services. I highly recommend taking your precious pup to GROOMADELPHIA!

Great experience at Groomadelphia! My dog was done in about two hours and the owner couldn’t have been nicer! Great value for the money and refreshing customer service, I didn’t feel that my dog was just a “number.” Owner really made sure I was happy with the cut before we left. Highly recommend.

Had such nice experience with Groomadelphia. Kurt was so great with my cavapoo. He spent a lot of time getting to know my pup when we arrived and discussing how I would like him to be groomed. He gave me picture updates throughout the grooming process. So happy we found our new groomer.

We took our rescue pup to see Kurt and we were so pleased! She can be a little bit skittish and usually hates everything about the grooming process. Kurt took a lot of time to get to know her and as us questions to make the process go smoothly. Our dog and her owners were very comfortable and appreciative!

Highly recommend. Really cares about dogs.
