All Pets Veterinary Hospital Upper Darby, Pennsylvania

I like this vet. But I really don’t like that it’s 2022 and they’re still living in covid lunacy. My pets cost $4k all together and I want to be in the room with them especially for the money I’m paying this practice. If you really can’t have people come in with their pets you need to offer FaceTime as an alternative. For all that money we are paying we should get 1:1 time with the vet… not have to blindly hand over our precious pets and then deal with the vets messengers. If this continues to be the case I will find a new veterinarian.

I took my two kitties there yesterday and Dr. Bowers is very efficient and informative. Thank you Dr Bowers for keeping my bengals happy and healthy!

I'm going to start by saying that if you go here, you have to be patient sometimes. Same goes for any other veterinary place, but you will NOT get the same quality service as you do at APV. I have been to multiple (5+) exotic vets offices and this is the one! Anyway, All Pets Vets, specifically Dr. Bowers, is the best. I took my geriatric rabbit, Pancakes, for a check up and got the works (blood test, x-ray, etc) done since it has been a while for her. After all was said and done, I was told I'd get a follow-up call because they have been swamped all day. I was fine with that. 8pm rolls around and I finally got a call from Dr. Bowers - mind you they close at 6pm. But I get a call from her, taking time out of her free time to discuss Pancakes without being rushy. Everything was fine except something seemed blurry in the chest but she offered to have my rabbits x-rays get looked at by a second opinion just in case, which she didn't even need to do. At the end of the day my rabbit was fine though! All in all, she is extremely knowledgeable in everything related to rabbits and cats (had my cat go for a check up too) and explained/ruled out other issues so that she isn't leaving me with uncertainty. She goes out of her way to extend multiple courtesies because you can see it is her passion. Many vets will not do you this courtesy and just let you know what is wrong. Throw you some meds and off you go.

This veterinarian AND her amazing staff are incredible! I had a scary situation with my rabbit who I thought I may lose. It was 6:30 and they were booked solid and closing at 8:00. Dr. Bowers asked about his symptoms and told me to bring him in. He was there well over an hour, hooked up to an IV for fluids and some medicine and mash food. Somehow he was dehydrated. The whole team took amazing care of him and "Footsie" is as good as new! I will be forever grateful to this team. Thank you so much Carolyn Farren

Dr. Bower and her team are the best Veterinary practice that I've ever been to

The staff is unbelievable! Even during this whole covid setback... they are always pleasant and helpful. They always return my phone calls In a prompt fashion. If they can't help me they contact my doctor and return my call. My dog has recently been diagnosed with diabetes and they have walked us through and taught us how to give insulin changed my baby's diet and overall have made us feel calm about the whole process.

Amazing Vet experience. Highly recommend if it is in your neighborhood or a short drive away - worth it!

Incompetent staff member cost me a DAYS PAY! First thing, Dr Bowers is good, easy to talk with and when in-person takes the time needed! Last week Bowers office CALLED ME; because of their 'curbside service' and what I considered to be a prior sup-par-poor curbside visit and the importance of 'this' visit (cancer) I did NOT want to return to 'All Pets' until I was assured I could enter the building WITH MY PUP... again, THEY CALLED ME! An appointment was scheduled for 7/2/21 at 10:30am When someone from Dr Bowers office called 'me'. I specifically asked "are you now allowing clients in with their pets because if not, I'm not interested in scheduling" I was told... "we are but to insure the office waiting area is not full of pet owners and their pets we are having people wait in their vehicles and we'll call them in one-by-one"... based on what I was told, that's the ONLY REASON I SCHEDULED THE VISIT! Well, at 10:30am that didn't happen... I called from the parking lot expecting to come-in with my dog, I was repeatedly told "sorry, we are NOT permitting pet owners in with their pet" ... a few times I explained what I was told and that's why I made the appointment... the girl could care less... I LOST A DAYS PAY because of the incompetence of some employee. MY dog has a cancer spot that needs to be evaluated for removal and I MUST be present at the exam. This wasn't a visit to get nails clipped or a medicated shampoo etc this is cancer related and I needed to discuss this with Dr Bowers in person, one on one, not an abbreviated separated exam via a parking lot phone call. An exception to the rule should have been made, and we should have been permitted to come-in as I was told at the time the appointment was made. There was no miss communication, an "I'm sorry" doesn't cut-it, I know what the scheduler told me, that person should be reprimanded and/or fired.

The staff is very kind and compassionate.

What an amazing staff! They observe distance protocols without cutting any corners to be able to give my cat the very best care - I recommend!

Dr. Bowers and her staff are wonderful. They are so kind and you can tell they really love their jobs and are happy to help you and your pets in anyway they can. Everytime I call they are upbeat and caring. Dr. Bowers is just so down to earth and is amazing with my pets, especially my bunny. Their prices are reasonable and you cant go wrong using their services. I highly recommend this vet hospital.

Have been taking our husky here since we got him at 3 months old. We love it here and they love him! They are always kind and very caring. We drive an hour to see them. We will always be back!

Horrible experience, we have two tiny dogs and our appointment was at 2:30 pm we got here 5 minutes late. Gave them a call ok cool, 45 minutes later they finally take both dogs, dogs needed some shots and nails cut another almost hour passes and we get only one dog. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had at a vet. Update: the info above is still vaild, they said it was an emergency but we weren’t told that until about an hour after, then the person I was with, her mom, got involved since she knows Dr Bower and if it wasn’t for a third party I believe we would’ve been there for hours. Nothing was communicated with us until after our appointment ended, then Dr Bower said that she was told a different story. If you want any type of good experience ONLY get Dr Bower. If not don’t go here it’s that simple.

Dr Bowers is one of the few vets who do exotics as well as pocket pets and dogs and cats. She is my personal vet as well as the vet my company uses for our animals. I recommend her to anyone who needs a vet.

Dr.Bowers and her staff are great . They are very professional and truly care about your pet. Dr. Bowers always takes the time to explain the services they performed and has a plan in place . They are also very reasonable in their prices.

My husband and I used All Pets for the 3 years we lived in Drexel Hill. The clinic was walking distance from our home, which was why we originally selected the practice, but we are happy we did! On most visits, we received very pleasant service and I know our pets are being cared for, even when we can't go in with them due to the pandemic! They're friendly and thoughtful and always waiting with treats! The only negative experience we ever had was when one of the vets told us, in a rather off-handed manor, that our 2 dogs (who we adopted as a bonded pair) may one day hate each other and, if that happened, we'd have to re-home one. They are very, deeply in love with one another at this point so why bring this up? That's a risk whenever you have 2 dogs and it just seemed inappropriate and anxiety inducing for no reason (this was not our first visit) Every other experience was great for 3 full years and they're a sold 4/5!

I called all pets about a month ago to schedule a first appt for my 2 kittens who are sisters. The girl on the phone was extremely friendly. She answered all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable. I love how they email You with the appt and the pets name, that is such a good detail. Every time I have called all of the women were nice to me. When I showed up they were very nice and smiling when they greeted me. Even the woman who called me to verify who I was was great. She even asked How my day was going. I think her name was Amanda and I have also spoke to Michelle. I am now taking my other 2 cats and my German shepherd to them in the next 2 weeks!!!! ;)

The receptionist gave the impressing that she did not have time to answer my questions. If they are that busy, they need another receptionist. I decided to take my dog elsewhere.

Amazing service! They are super friendly and always make sure that your pet is comfortable. They takes care of your pet like it’s their own. They don’t over charge at all and always help to decide you to choose the right food and right diet for your pet. I highly recommend them.
