Whoever they have answering the phones there should be fired. I called and asked when their next available appointment was, and I was given a major attitude and was told I wouldn’t be able to get my dog seen for 3 months. I understand there are other appointments ahead of me, but the attitude right off the bat was unnecessary. Then she hung up the phone before I could ask anything else.

The worst pet hospital I’ve ever been to. We had an appointment at 9:45am and the hospital kept our poor pup there until almost 4:30pm. Our dog was locked in a kennel for the hospital to accomplish absolutely nothing. She smelled like pee and came out extremely scared from being locked up for hours. Never taking her back here. If you care about your dog don’t take them here.

Banfield Wellness Plan Member for over 3 years. Absolute garbage service here. I've been using this clinic for 9 months since moving here from SC. I would NEVER recommend this clinic to anyone. They are constantly overbooked. Anytime I've had an appointment I've had to wait up to 40 minutes past my appointment time to be seen. My dog was recently injured. I couldn't get an appointment for over 2 weeks! I called and went into the store to try and get my dog seen. After all I pay $120/month for their plan. It was no use. They actually recommended I take her to a different vet completely. The last time I was there I saw them enroll 3 new people into the wellness program. They can't accommodate the existing members but they keep enrolling more people and pets! This company is money hungry and could not care less about the health and wellness of your pet. After 3 years I'm walking away from Banfield.

Just wanted to say that the website is incorrect and they do not except exotic animals (hamsters, chinchilla, guinea pigs, etc.)

This is one of my favorites places to go with my girl Lucy. It's located within PetSmart so she's very familiar with the area and thinks it's a playground to get her social dog skills on. Can be hard to get her outta there but she's getting better. Very genius to place a pet hospital inside a pet store. Kudos to that person. One stop shop of animal wellness. I'm also part of their Wellness package which covers a plethora of vaccines and other perks. If you have a pet- get one! Worth the price!

Brought our little guy in because he was limping and in a lot of pain. They took good care of him. Diagnosed the problem an gave us a game plan for him. All done professionally and compassionately considering our anxiety as well as our baby. I assume the cost is comparable with other vets in the area but I liked the cleanliness and attention here.

The staff is awesome! They are always way too busy though. Another location should be opened in the area or more staff to assist up front. Forget the stigma of the vet being in petsmart, the staff and doctors care for your pet. 100%

I made an appointment for my dog for 1045am. I got an email confirmation as well as a phone call reminder. Your pet has an appointment at 1045am. I confirmed online as well as in the phone. I dropped him off at 1030am. I was told it would be about an hour. At noon I checked on my dog and was told he would be ready at about 2pm!!!. At that time I was told that there was only one doctor and he or she was doing surgeries in the morning. What does that have to do with my pet? I had an appointment! I understand waiting an hour. Maybe an hour and a half. No apology no nothing. The lady at the desk was actually very confronting. She didn't want to listen to anything I had to say. I won't be back there again.

The employees at this hospital are fantastic. They truly care about all of the pets. Everytime I stop by PetSmart, they ask me how my pets are doing if they see me. Also, the monthly pet plans are totally worth it in my opinion.

We brought our dog in with a diarrhea problem. Dr. Brown had us bringing him back almost weekly, when pressed for results she ordered an ultrasound from a different vets office. We had to call all day to get the results we were told she was too busy to come to the phone and never bothered to call us back. Finally after telling the receptionist I was not hanging up till I talked with her she came to the phone. I was told everything was fine and the ultra sound showed nothing. Finally after months of no help I switched veterans, our new vet me the ultra sound report. First line , first sentence . There is a large growth in the intestine with two polyps. Now 10 months later I find that they have still been charging me for his wellness plan and it’s now with a collection agency.

Not a fan. Unreliable when it comes to getting my pet's prescription orders sent over to the online pharmacy. I will no longer be bringing my pets here.

This is a scam. Banfield will charge you for all types of testing and services only to recommend a vet because they only provide preventative care. They try to upsell you and get you to purchase additional services that are actually not needed. They use the love you have for your fur baby against you and it is borderline unethical. Please go with a local vet as Banfield is only about the income and not about true pet wellness.

This is a wonderful place to take your pets. From Dr. Levine, Lisa , Sheryl , Sabrina. They take great care of the pets. You can see the love they give them all. Would recommend this hospital to any one that has pets.

An amazing location! Recently moved to the area from out of state and the transition was very smooth, they worked with my work schedule to make sure my kittens could get the care they needed. You immediately feel welcomed from the front desk to the very back. They listen to my preferences when it comes to the care my kittens get and I really appreciate that! Would highly recommend this location.
