I would highly recommend going here for all of your veterinary needs. I have taken 10 of my foster dogs here and a few cats. They do a great job and really care about the animals.

I am a cat trapper in Philadelphia and this vet goes out of his way to help cats in need at odd hours. Going above and beyond. I am grateful that he is such a kind person because he helps cats that have no one else to help them.

Springfield vet really cares about the well being of the animals they serve. They have helped several cats coming into our care that have been injured on the street. Their staff is caring and dedicated.

This vet has a heart of gold and has helped out with emergency community cat issues on multiple occasions. Definitely recommend supporting this clinic as they have high integrity and compassion!

Springfield Vet Hospital staff is so kind and dedicated to helping animals! They genuinely are concerned with the welfare of animals, and have helped out many of our found, injured street cats.

My 115 pound Rottie will no longer get in the car. We aren't sure why! Needless to say, we can't lift her into the car! She was due for her boosters, blood work and a rabies vaccine. This was a problem as she won't get in the car to get to the vet. So I called Dr. Mann's office on Friday morning and spoke to Pete to get a home visit scheduled. Thanks to Pete, Dr. Mann came to the house that evening and her vaccines were given and blood work was drawn. Pete was also kind enough to refer us to a trainer, as Dr. Mann believes the problem is not physical, but mental as to why she will no longer get in the car. Pete was so great in getting Dr. Mann scheduled with Skylar that same day!! We can't thank him enough!

I love this place for my dog. They are so kind to her and me. They are helpful when figuring out payment. They always seem to get her an appt quickly. They have human treats and dog treats lol.

Called and confirmed with Springfield vet about in-home euthanasia for my sick and dying 14 year old dog. They never showed… when called they were rude and didn’t attempt to fix the situation. I will never bring my pets there. Ever since Stephanie left that place is doing downhill, all they care about is making money. They don’t take the time to get to know your pet just how you can pay them -response to the vet comment, you did not reach out after that, said you would but never did. Your receptionist said there was no visit planned, we confirmed with you 3 times prior to the day. This business just didn’t care about the dog nor the decision a family had to make regarding their old and sick dog. Your vet was rude and asked if he could “just swing by after work to put the dog down”. This business has no class, is overpriced, and you ruined the great work from the previous vet and her employees. My dog is no longer in pain or suffering. No thanks to this business. I’ve also since found a new vet that is absolutely wonderful and so considerate of the animal, Stoney creek vet.

Went for an emergency visit for my dog. Terrible experience. She is extremely anxious and does not trust new people. The workers never introduced themselves to myself or my dog, just grabbed her leash and took her into the back. They got upset with her since she wouldn’t let them put a cone on her, she’s terrified of them, is in an unfamiliar place, and I’m not anywhere in sight. I will never take my pets here due to the lack of respect for the animal. They were reckless with a dog, dogs that are in fear might bite to protect themselves. Such a frustrating staff with no respect for animals and doing what is responsible and safe.

Springfield Veterinary is the best. My boy had a minor problem and when I called I was told to come right in. I was greeted by Olivia, whom I first spoke with and she was fantastic. My boy was treated quickly and he feels great now. I have been a long time customer of Springfield Animal Hospital. When it went by that name it was good, however since Dr. Mann took over he has improved it ten fold. Thank you Olivia and the rest of the staff.

Best decision I ever made taking my baby girl here. The staff and doc are fantastic and my cat is on the mend. I can't thank them all enough.

What a great example of poor customer service business this is. It has a long wait time and they overcharged for my pets stay from what was quoted to my fiancé and were not prepared for us to pick up our dog because they closed early that fay without a call to us that our dog would be left one extra day. Super unprofessional do not BOARD here the optics and disorganized service is thanks to no management present while Vet is clearly overwhelmed with no professional help. Hire someone who knows what customer service is not just jacking the bill because of your mistakes.

Been there twice since the new owner took over and the service has been good. Still waiting a little longer before I change my rating up or down. I have found it to be difficult to find a veterinarian that ranks as highly recommended. So far my trips here with my dog have been expensive I guess that's to be expected.

This vet hospital is beyond amazing. The employees are great and compassionate with our pets. Emma the office manager was just so helpful to me and I can’t thank her enough. Keep up the great work. Looking forward to seeing you guys again. Thank you!!!

First time ever going to Dr. Mann cannot say enough about all the employees everybody was great and very friendly Dr. Mann was great very knowledgeable and terrific with my dog and so helpful would highly recommend and Rebecca was so helpful and clearly explained everything from meds given to price and everything in between

The nurse was nice the price was extremely high for comfort medications and cremation. You are in so much grief you just pay in order to send your loving pet home. i was not able to get the ashes because of additional cost.

This vet hospital is the absolute best and the renovations only add to the value of this place. REBECCA took excellent care of my sick pup and helped me feel comfortable with everything that they would do for her. All staff is very knowledgeable, kind and understanding. I highly recommend this vet!

Springfield Veterinary Hospital and Dental Clinic has a new look and a new team! Drs. Mann and Moody are ready to see and take good care of your furry (and furless) babies! Everyone in the office has been very kind and helpful, whether on the phone or in person. While I may not have had contact with everyone, I can say Rebecca, Rita, Rachel and Desean have been great with my family and our cats, and Patty and Pete are always ready to assist with any questions. Dr. Mann is such a great person and Vet...he really loves what he does and it shows. I couldn't recommend anyone or any place better for you or your pet(s)!

If you're looking for a vet to trust your pets life with look no further. Dr Mann, Patty Coz and the Dr who did the surgery on my Cody literally saved his life. I brought Cody in for a cough that he's had for 2 years since we adopted him. Dr Mann checked Cody out real good - looked at his records and knew something wasn't right. Asked if he could do further testing and found he had liver cancer. Luckily they had availability to do the surgery the next day. Dr Mann also found Cody had 5 abscessed teeth and took care of that as well. I must note that I've had Cody's teeth cleaned before and they never looked as white as they did after Dr Mann got done with him. I even joked with Patty asking if Dr Mann used a whitener. ???????? Not only do I feel Cody got the best care ever but everyone else was real nice there. It takes me 40 minutes drive time to get to them but let me tell you I'll be bringing my other 2 to him as well. I actually already have an appointment for one. Thank you to my 2 angels Patty Coz and Dr Mann for saving my boy's life!! ❤ ❤

Have been taking our 3 dogs here for the last 10 to 15 years. Just recently taken over by new management... prices have skyrocketed... not worth going there any longer! Looking for a new vet in the area. Can anyone recommend a vet!

I’m so happy I found my rescue the care she deserves. The staff has been great and my dog always looks better when we leave them when we arrive. I think she’s smiling! The vet is a comprehensive doctor and looks at all angles to help keep my dog healthy. I love that their equipment is state of the art and the prices are reasonable for the wonderful and specialized treatment she gets. I so appreciate the eastern-western approach and wish I could find a human doctor so well rounded, caring and thoughtful.

This was not our everyday vet, so I was really pleased that they could see us immediately for my 6-year-old guinea pig. I was a little upset that it was $150 to walk in the door and that was before any assessment tests or medication. The doctor was nice but I don't think he did a very thorough exam. . I believe it a tumor and called about putting him down and was told no less than $300. I called outlr vet and it was $118!? I am not sure if that's right or taking advantage. Didn't sit right. think he did a very thorough exam and we left with the possibility of

Let me start this off by saying that my first job was at a vet.. and my mom has worked at a vet her whole life (still does). So when it comes to caring for our fur babies, we are pretty picky.. HOWEVER, Dr.Mann exceeded all of our expectations. Dr.Mann was very forward with us from the beginning about the course of action that will be taken/may need to be taken depending how things progress, but wasn’t forward in a way where it came off rude. The man knows what he is talking about.. and he cares. The place is spotless, and the front desk was very pleasant. It’s hard to come by people who care because they actually care.. Thank you all for taking care of our sweet boy, Cody. It made sleeping at night easier to know he was in good hands.. and they saved his life.

Charged me $1,200 for tests I told them not to do on my puppy. Told me his acl was torn when it was not. Charged me for a blood test that they never gave me the results to. They were fully prepared to do an acl repair surgery on him when the acl wasn’t even torn.

Wonderful staff !! Very comfortable facility !! Amazing location, on the Boardwalk !!
