I have been coming to this groomer for my Doodle for a good few years. They are always reliable and professional. When talking with them the priority always remains the health of the animal as the primary concern. I do not place the appearance of an animal over the health, so if the animal has matting it gets trimmed to prevent harm. Additionally, he was meticulous and attentive, he found a little piece of wood in my dogs paw and saved it to show me for the future. There is no question that he is caring.

They always do a great job and really pay attention to detail with matting - noticed the difference when I tried a more convenient groomer while boarding my dog - Pride and groom is the way to go!

My 13pounds dog was scared, and he insisted she walk herself to the back, instead of simply carrying her. That resulted in my pet being dragged by her leash. Very upsetting. They also did a hack job framing her face.

Very nice owner and groomers. You can tell they love dogs and treat them kindly. I’ve been using them for years and Stella always looks great when I pick her up.

Does not even deserve a 1 star. I just recently took my young puppy there to get a slight trim and discussed what we wanted with the owner up front beforehand. When I went to pick her up, she was completely shaved from head to toe almost as if they gave a razor to a 5 year old. Would not recommend this place at all. Never taking another pet to this establishment again.

I had my Pomeranian groomed here a few times. I was happy with the haircut, a lion cut. They trimmed the tail and mane perfectly. The staff is very friendly.
